[Q] app launcher on event?

Is there an app that can be programmed to launch an app on certain events. For instance, I would like to launch slacker when connected to a specific Bluetooth device?
Tasker can do that, among many other things.

Google+ RealTimeChatService?

This service is started every time I use Google+.

[Q] Monitoring and logging app?

Anyone know of an app that can monitor and log all actions on the phone i.e.: hard or soft key presses, apps opened, unlock and locking of phone, files deleted? There's a no phone policy at work and I don't exactly trust my locker to be a safe place for my phone even with a security lock on it. All I've found on the play store are either ip sniffers or data loggers and superuser only logs apps that request root.
Hmmm, do you have root? You could use the catlog app but that's a whole lot of everything. I think you want a keylogger of sorts but I haven't really seen one for android. I use smart app protector and it can take pics and video of failed unlocks and successful attempts as well plus lock down every single app.

Tweetcast/Twitter not updating

Ok, so this has been going on since I got Pie on my 2XL but this is still happening on my 3XL. Both Tweetcaster and Twitter wont refresh unless I physically go in and refresh. At first I only had Tweetcaster on my phone but wondered if there was an issue with that app so I downloaded Twitter as well but that didnt work either.
I dont have either one on the background block. Also, something weird, neither one comes up in the list in Digital Wellbeing when I look at the list of recently opened apps. Its as if the system doesnt recognize them at all.
Is anyone else having this issue, and if not, what Twitter app are you using that is working?
The official Twitter app doesn't poll for new tweets on it's own at all, as far as I know. It will push for mentions or DMs (if enabled) but it only gets new tweets when you open the app. I've never used Tweetcaster so I'm not sure about that.
This was one of my biggest annoyances with I switched from Fenix 2 to the official Twitter app. Fenix would poll at a set interval and notify me if new tweets were found. Twitter app only refreshes when opened.

Android 10 Location Controls

Now that Android 10 allows Location for apps to be set to "Allow Only When App is Active" it seems like a good permission to use to limit the battery drain sometimes associated with Android System from background GPS.
When I try to set the "Google" app and the "Maps" app to this setting I get a warning that it may stop the app from functioning properly.
Does anyone know if its OK to use this setting for those two apps on my S9?
Thanks.

From what I've noticed is if you close out maps. It has to relocate you. As for Google apps I would assume personalised services such as weather and stuff will be inaccurate I may be wrong as I've not tried on Google app but in would assume
