Odd touchscreen issue during gameplay. - Amazon Fire Phone

small issue I noticed with the fire phone.
I am on 320 LCD density. I load up my game(puzzles n dragons.), and notice that I have to tap below the menus/gems to even move them. Most of the time I miscalculate and end up moving something above or below it.
any idea why? I never had this issue on my moto g. but apparently this is the only app that gives me some touch issues.

[Q] Flickering Problem when running my game

[Q] Flickering Problem when running my game
Hello all,
Recently i am developing a game. While testing on my galaxy S3 i noticed that sometimes the home screens and app pages flicker when sliding through pages and even swiping the notification bar down.
The funny thing, it doesnt happen every time i play the game, but it happens some times. To get rid of the problem i have to open my game again or any other app and then exit out of it and the flickering will stop.
Ive tried and tested just about ALL of my code. There doesnt seem to be any major issues or memory problems. I am also cleaning up properly when exiting my game, and destroying objects and even stoping my game engine.
At this point i am beginning to think it is a bug in the Android OS or something. My device is running Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean. Ive had many others beta test the game on some cheaper and lower end devices and they dont have the problem. And of course not on tablets.
What do you guys think? Has anyone else encountered this issue?

XBMC screen output has gone crazy and changed resolution

Hello,
I have XBMC 13.0 Beta4. I have been using it fine for about a month. I changed to a new skin a few days ago but I am not sure this has anything to do with the issue. Today I was going through the menu looking at different options in the skin, however i did not change anything. I pressed the ESC key to get back to the home screen of XBMC. When i did this, the screen went wacky. Previously, my resolution was 1920 x 1080. Now, I see 3 windows along the bottom of my tv and about 30 small windows across the top of my screen (6 columns of 5 windows.) So when I go to settings, I see the resolution is now set to 720x480.
I am not sure how to get this back to normal. I cleared cache. Outside of XBMC the visuals are fine. Should I just upgrade new latest release? When I play a movie, movie plays on all "mini" screens. Sound is fine. I also tried setting XBMC visual settings back to default but that did not help.
I am not sure exactly what the issue was. I uninstalled and installed latest version of Kodi and the issue is gone.
I feel silly for jumping the gun there. It was working OK until I tried to add a network share. At some point it looked like it hung or something timed out. When I pressed the backspace button on the keyboard it immediately went to the weird output. Forcing a stop to the app and restarting does not help. Very weird.
HAD exaft the same happening some days ago with SPMC. Worked okay so far as suddenly while configuring YouTube addon via keyboard the Screen gone crazy... Upper half of the screen everything flickering and smeared and lower half showing xbmc three times. Resolution 720x480, not adjustable. Outside and in every other app everything normal. Everything I tried had no effect, until I deleted app data.

Smoother digitizer (scrolling) on Android 9?

When I got my 5T one year ago, I noticed that the scrolling was a bit jittery while I touched the screen. Any scrolling that happened when I wasn't touching the screen was smooth so I figured it had to do with the digitizer. I read some thread about it but never found a solution, and I finally accepted the fact that this phone didn't feel as smooth as my Nexus 6 did on this regard.
However, after the Android Pie update, the scrolling is now much smoother. There's barely any noticeable difference between scrolling with my finger in Chrome and scrolling that happens without interaction (like when I push away a page and let it scroll by itself).
Am I the only one experiencing this? Maybe I'm extra sensitive to these things, or perhaps my phone had some weird bug that finally got overwritten with the OS update - I never tried factory resetting my device.

Laggy scrolling and animations after screen replacement

Hello!
My phone has been left aside for several months because of a ghost touch problem, recently I had the screen replaced in order to fix the problem, but now I have a problem with choppy scrolling animations. The screen seems to be running fine at 60hz (refresh rate test and youtube videos), performance in games also seem to be fine. Is there any fix for this?
Thanks!
Did you get the original screen? If you didnt get the original display, that might be the issue.

Question Screen freezes sometimes. Device faulty?

Sometimes my screen freezes for a second or two, which in general sucks but not a big deal, the problem is bigger with games though. With most of them it freeze for a little bit and some of them quite often. In this video (
), maybe you can see it in minutes 00:20 and 4:27. The question is, does this happens to you too? Or is my Device faulty?
If it only happens while playing games that load ads in the background, I suspect network bottleneck freezing the foreground game. Try playing offline or setting system DNS to Adguard DNS
Thanks. I'll give it a shot, but it also happens on other games while no visible ads are on screen.

I can confirm this happens to me too. It's very random and rare. But it happens. It's not just games, I'll be scrolling left and right in my launcher and it'll do it on rare occasions. I don't think it's a faulty unit. I think everyone's six Pro does this. I'm pretty darn sure because I have a second Pixel 6 Pro that does the same thing.
