Camera Error, Camera Failed To Launch

XDA Devs,
From last two days i am experiencing issues with the Camera of my Zenfone 2 ZE551ml (1.8Ghz, 2GB, 16GB, Firmware:-2.20.40.160, i.e., LRX21V.WW-ASUS_Z00A-2.20.40.160_20151225_1227_user044030427_201501060109).
The Camera App is closing Down with the Error message "Camera failed to launch. Please Reboot your device and try again."
If I try to use the built in Flashlight App, it crashes the whole system and i have to do a hard reset.
Even other camera apps/social media apps/built-in ""Mirror App"" are not able to detect/recognise the camera.
I have tried to :-
1) Reboot the Device, that too Multiple Times
2) Reboot the Device in Safe mode, that too Multiple Times
3) Clear the System Cache
4) Clear the ASUS PixelMaster Camera Cache
5) Perform SMMI Test from the Calculator, which shows a error message "Unfortunately, SMMI TEST has stopped" on starting CameraFlash Test, on Camera test it show "Something wrong with Main+Front Camera Capture Test!".
6) And finally Factory Reset, Twice
Please Advise
I would try reflashing your Rom, can be done by flashing through fastboot or adb sideloading and I would reset my device before flashing. You can download the full Rom for adb sideloading on ASUS website or the img files links are located in the "change from CN to WW" thread under general thread here

Need help with saving files

Hi! I have a problem related to saving. When i want download something, Chrome says "Waiting for network", when i want to take a screenshot it says "a screenshot could not be made", when i want to take a photo, it says "camera error" and it closes when i press OK button. However installing apps from Google Play works.
NOTE: I never tried to do root or install Custom ROM on device. I'm running on official Android 8.0 update, and i only did hard reset once.
