SOLVED. Internal SD card access denied .270 stock rom. - Xperia Z1 Compact Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello. I have flashed both Nordic and Baltic prerooted rom and have the same problem: can't access my internal SD card contents, access denied. Earlier did not have the problem with .242. I went from KitKat to .270 without .242 in between, could that be the problem? Haven't got a 242 rom ATM but may try later.
Grateful for ideas, thanks!

I've had the same Problem as you. The App "Int-SdCard write fix" solved the Problem for me. It's available in the Playstore.

Thanks mate helped a ton!! Working now.

Hello if you are new
Basically Xpera M doesn't have that option sadly
You can root via Towelroot.
Here is a link
https://www.dropbox.com/s/5lx7uvky1tl2mrq/tr.apk
(Not my work)
After you root you can install GltoSd and mount the game/app data to an SD card
Hope I helped.

Format only if your SDCARD isn't FAT32. If it is FAT32, formatting won't be necessary.

[Q] External sd wont mount

HI, I'm in a bit of a problem here. I recently rooted my phone and it worked fine. But recently I downloaded an apk, g pro recovery off the internet. I know it was dumb for me to do that and I should've researched better. The problem is, I installed the apk and installed the custom recovery (cwm) and it rebooted but after that my external sd card just wont mount. I tried hard resetting my phone and I did a factory reset but no luck. The phone isn't bricked but I think the custom recovery is installed is still there. I would like to know if theres a fix for it because my phone seems to be working fine except that the sd card wont mount. Its a phone problem as I tried using the sd card on multiple phones and it worked and I tried using another sd card on my phone but it didnt work so its a phone problem. it just shows "SD card insterted" but it doesn't really do anything other than that. Please help as I have a titanium backup of all my stuff in my sd card.
this is the link from where i downloaded the recovery:- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2284298
Try flashing original stockrom kdz file by lgflashtool2014.
Then all should be original again
I have the same issue. Will flashing to kdz overwrite any current settings???

Cant write to external sd-card after lollipop update?

Hi guys wanted some help on this issue. I just updated my p600 to stock lollipop 5.1.1 btu. I previously had jelly bean 4.3 stock. I dont have root.
I use utorrent to usually download content direct on my external sd card but since the update it dont let do that anymore
I can download to internal sd but i sometimes download huge size files and dont have enough space on internal to do so.
I was wondering if theres any work around to download direct to external sd card? P.s. i dont have root and am fully stock due to warranty. Thanks

You are right. SD card did not work with cm-12.1-20151115-UNOFFICIAL-temasek-lt03wifi-V18.5.zip. But, go back to the October builds and the SD card works

Nope, google doesn't want you using sd cards so they prefer to make life hell for us...
If you wish to use the sd card to torrent, really fast way to kill sd cards by the way, then you will need to root . You will also need a custom kernel or you'll boot loop after rooting... Sorry...
