TWRP issue with rebooting - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge

This is a good one!
Have TWRP 2.8.6.0. The V.2 recommended version.
I can flash ROMs OK and reboot the device fine.
However, if I flash anything else and reboot using TWRP, it boots straight back into TRWP.
Even if I select power off. It doesn't power off, just TWRP splash screen and back in!
I've tried turning off (vol up/down+pwr) with no luck. Can hold vol down and get into download mode but as soon as I try rebooting from there it goes back to TWRP. I know the fix has to be easy...

Oppo find 7 no recovery mode

I tried to install cm rom the day before. After rooting i flashed through oppo tools the twrp recovery and rebooted the phone. After that i have no access to recovery mode! Pressing power button and volume up or down does the same thing! Gets me into fastboot where it says to press power button for 6 secs to reboot. I have access to color os but cant flash any recovery! Tried flashing stock recovery mode and some others too, tried to flash stock rom again but nothing! I also used recovery installer where i can install gummy twrp but when i press to boot at recovery mode the program downloads boot.img but then i get the message "bootimage incomplete or not signed"! What else have i to try? Any solution?
Same with me, and now I can't find a download link for the recovery because oppoforums are down?

Flash this package, mates.
To boot into recovery:
- Turn off the phone.
- Hold Power + Vol Down.
- When the Oppo logo appears, let go of the Power button, but still hold down the Vol Down button.
That's it.

Flash CM13 Recovery

I flashed the official Recovery from CM 13 via fast boot. Now the Device is hanging on Enterin Recovery... I am not able to get in the Recovery. I hold the Volume down Button and the Power Button. But every time I get the error Entering Recovery. I am not able to boot my Rom or anything else. Any ideas?
Do you try to boot into CM? It´s the first CM13 version, so there could be some bugs.
Did you try to boot the system with a different Recovery like TWRP?

This is just one way to fix Software update encountered a error use kies recovery

Ok so if you've ever flashed a firmware through odin or flashed a system, etc.. and got this message when you try to boot your phone. Theres a way to fix it.. Usually when this happens you can only boot into download mode and the custom recovery doesn't work. Theres a trick I use whenever I encounter it I boot to download mode and turn on odin then in odin turn off auto reboot in the settings. Next flash a custom recovery then pull the battery out after it flashes. Wait a little bit put the battery back in then press volume up, home, and power at the same time and it will boot you into recovery. Once in recovery you can flash another custom rom or stock rom or restore a backup.

Can't boot into TWRP 3, VS985

I held down the power and vol down buttons when booting, let go of the power button when the lg logo appeared, and held it down again quickly. It just boots into Resurrection Remix and not TWRP. I can boot to TWRP using the advanced reboot menu > reboot to recovery. However, if my software bricks, I have no way of accessing TWRP.
Also tried letting both buttons go and pressing them down again after seeing the logo. I have TWRP 3.0.0 installed via TWRP manager. I can flash roms and boot into recovery using Quickboot or reboot menu, so recovery definitely exists.
Just tried the recovery combo for the Korean variant too (power + vol up, then vol up + vol down) but that seems to do nothing too.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Phone will not boot to rom or recovery

edit: Disregard..... I'm an idiot. I was able to flash stock recovery with Skipsoft. How do I delete this thread?
I used Skip Soft to flash the most recent TWRP. I followed the steps where I flashed a file while in TWRP, until it told me to reboot to system.
I rebooted to system and it only gets to the TWRP screen, not any further. I can only get into the bootloader screen (if that's what it's called, it's the one where you hold Vol Down + Power), anything else just stays at the TWRP screen.
I can't do anything with SkipSoft because tries to boot my phone to the system first.
I'm definitely inexperienced in how this all works together and I don't know what else I could try. Can anyone help me out?
