Friends i need help.
After flashing funtouch OS rom i got a problem of delay in turning screen on..It takes approx 8-10 sec to turn screen on,but restarting the phone solves the problem temporarily for say 2-3 days.
I tried clearing the cache from recovery, removing sd card but problem still exists.
After some searching i found out that it is a problem of deep sleep and i didn't understood it well so i need to know what to do in order to remove that delay.
The problem exists only in Funtouch OS and not in other roms and i like this rom so i don't want to remove it.
I now this for sure that it is not a app that causes this problem and i didn't get this deep sleep thing too well so plz help me.
Thank you.

Hey,
I have flashed this ROM a few weeks ago and I am experiencing some problems. Sometimes the mobile phone can't be 'woken up' when the display is off. Power button or any other buttons don't react. I have to pull out the battery and reboot. Sometimes it just stops reacting while touching the screen and the device is 'stuck'. Only pulling the battery solves this.
Another problem is with a folder on the desktop. It just doesnt open. It doesnt happen that much but it is annoying sometimes. I can touch it, the animation of touching appears but the folder doesnt open. I have to reboot to solve this. Anyways the phone is not as fast as it was before the flashing...the animations etc. are slow and needs to load up. Also while using wifi/mobile internet it gets very warm. Is that normal?
Any solutions? Tried to search for those problems but couldnt find anything. Also tried to send a msg to the developer on his website. Hope someone can help me.
Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I thought those problems are happening only to me. I will have to find another ROM, then.
Sorry for any mistakes, it's my first thread on this forum, also English is not my native.
So, I have a problem with my XP. It sometimes (very randomly but 7-8 times a day for sure) cannot wake up from sleep (when the screen goes off, whether it is after pressing POWER button or after a while of doing nothing) It suddenly started when I was using TA rom, but not immediately after flashing but later. I decided to change rom hower it did not help, so I changed the kernel (previously Doomkernel v14, now Lupus) and again it didn't help. Now I'm on my 5th rom (Gin2JB) and the problem still persists. I think it may not be a problem of single device: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=992626 - the same problem. I tried many solutions but none of them helped: disabling automatic light, formatting SD card (problem persists with SD card ejected). My phone is constantly overclocked: min ~600Mhz max ~1,6GHz. Once, screen came back but with Airplane mode ON but it was once. Could it be the hardware problem (I hope not ) Does someone know what may be the cause?. Thanks in advance
Also, when the screen is "dead" the phone is alive (notification LED is blinking) and the digitiser is working (I mean I can answer calls by sliding)

I also get the same.
I think it's because of link2sd, if you use
I don't use it unfortunately. I have however nearly-broken LCD flex (when sliding, at a certain point the screen goes black but when I slide it to the end it comes back) - maybe that's the cause. I planned to replace it in the nearly future. Also, I observed that my problem doesn't happen on max. display brightness or maybe it's just me but... I had it set from the morning and it didn't happen and when I lowered it to the 50% 2-3 hours ago it happened once. I'm so confused.
IMHO, your flex is causing problems. Most probably flex is causing problems in ALS connection with motherboard...
And if it's not working normaly on stock firmware, then it's not software issue.
Again, that's maybe...
Maybe also ALS is malfunctioning...
Edit: dial *#*#service#*#* and test ALS

Hmmm I have the same problem and I do use link2sd but I believe its the flex cable as sometimes the kernel logo on my phone doesn't show....its strange as it started happening like only a week ago

I replaced my flex cable today and the problem is gone Thanks to all
Hi, Since i updated to android 6.0 I have been experiencing alot of issues. My phone recently started to turn off for no reason for every Rom I install. I cant use it for 10 minutes for it to turn off. Sometimes I must try like 5 times for it to boot. Is there anything I can do about it? Im just thinking I should throw it to garbage and get the S7?
Thanks
Does the same thing on a stock ROM? Possible battery problem?

I am trying to install the stock rom right now but during installation it shuts down randomly. I have tried another battery and it still does the same thing so I think the battery is not the problem.
Also wanted to say that I dropped the phone few times without any screen damage. Maybe that caused a hardware problem?
EDIT: I successfully installed the stock rom. I will let you know if it runs smooth now, thanks!
It seems that my power button has a problem, every time I press it, sometimes it opens the menu where you can select if you want to reboot/turn off/vibrate and the phone turns off.
Hi to all,
my beloved tablet suffers of screen problems, infact randomly the screen turns black and i have to restart to make it working again. However, durig this issue the tablet seems to work propely, infact if i connect to the PC, it recongnises the tablet properly and I can access the internal storage and also sdcard , if i try to change the volume I can hear the regolation signal.
Furthermore, also the power button seems to work properly, if I press it once the brightness power off, if I press it again the brightness turns on, but without image.
I would try to use some apps like visor to see if the tablet really continues to work but everytime i forget i have not the pc or with me.
Now I have cm12.1, the same build since a lot of time, and I read something that blames the kernel for this issue, but I'm not sure about it because for a long time I had not problems.
There is a way to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance
Same problem
Hi did you ever solve your problem because I have the same thing happening with similar conditions.Just seems to randomly not show any android but the screen is just lite.thanks Stuart
Sorry bro, I don't have it anymore, I would suggest you to try to go back to latest stock firmware and check if you can solve
I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find a definite answer anywhere. So my Lenovo Z2 plus which is rooted and was flashed with Flyme OS. I was playing pubg and halfway through the game, my phone rebooted. I thought maybe my battery drained but I tried to reboot anyway thinking that atleast it will boot up to show 0% battery, but it didn't. After plugging it in, it would work again for sometime then randomly reboot. And when I would reboot it myself, it stops right after the logo.it only moves further if I plug in the charger. So if it's a battery problem, why does it always reboot at that precise moment. And when it reboots randomly, it's not even hot - the screen, the back, anything. Sometimes it works for hours and would suddenly stop, sometimes it works only for a few minute after unplugging. There's no specific app that triggers this. I even changed the ROM to AEX 5.8, and the problem persists. Is it genuinely a battery problem or is it related to bootloader or anything. Because it does not reboot while in twrp. Any help would be appreciated

Okay, so guys - I am using POCO F1, Started having this same issue yesterday, on the internet, I found - this is a hardware issue, and the solution is to get a new battery,
So I went to the Xiaomi Service center, Their engineer said the same, this is a dead battery issue. So I bought a new battery - and the phone is working fine.
so Final Solution = Get New Battery
