BuuF is Back,
This is a stock theme currently, with more to come.
Currently I am on a locked verizon M9, so I plan to expand this theme dramatically.
Ive ported BuuF to many phones over the years, improving on it everytime. It started as a windows mobile 6.0 theme, then got ported to miui on the htc touch pro, but has sense been
scratched and rebuilt, with most extras/backgrounds made by me, however all icons still and always will be from Mattahans BuuF Collection. Paul Davey is the mastermind
behind the BuuF icons.

Wow, can't really remember that, but it was the first theme on my HTC desire.
i was s excited to see this when i went through the themes. i had this back on my hd2...how did you theme the keyboard and dialer. i am trying to make my own themes but i don't see the options on the theme maker

Hi Guys
For all that are unfamiliar with BUUF, it is a set of icons made for the desktops. Hopefully i recreated this experience to our beloved Android. All icons are courtesy of its creator Mattahan, the battery was supplied by Mr. Stylo and the clock was made by Rontz. Everything else by me 8) I really hope you guys enjoy this as I have put in quite a lot of time. Up to date we have 550+ icons changed in this theme and these pics really dont reflect the extensive amount of makeover it has gone through. I want to thank Stericson for giving the community and myself a great new hobby. Necromancer for his ubuntu theme which inspired me and everyone should go d/l it 8) Last but not least, Dave the illest for originally supplying the update.zip and the tools necessary to create my first release. Latest build is built from the ground up. If you use any of my icons go right ahead as long as you give me credit 8)
7/9 Sorry guys its been almost 5 months since i last updated this thing. Been so busy with work and now that I'm finally happy with a stable build out there, I decided to finally start porting this thing over. This has only been tested on Cynogen's build 3.6.5 You guys can test it on other builds at ur risk. 8) This is not a full change over as I have done previously in JF builds. I will continue to release new revisions as i have time to update the current icon set. This update may also require that you are running apps2sd as the update file is fairly large. I havent tested it on a non apps2sd build yet so someone can let me know. For now it will only be one color. as the theme gets more complete, I'll release new colors. Ok enjoy 8)

I'm working on a theme using the icons from GANT (actually GACK, the OS X version of GANT since it uses PNG icons) if dthadamaja doesn't beat me to it
I'm almost done with all the icons, but I still need to add resources like the tab, status bar, battery icons, wifi, a bootscreen, etc. I'm starting from the default RC30 so it won't have any elements of the Windows 7 theme in it, but it will probably have a lot of the default stuff...
I'll make a new post when I'm done, but it will probably end up looking a lot like this since GANT and BUUF are highly similar (but GANT has a bit more gloss to it)

Installed the theme with no issues..
Some of the icons are a bit blocky (calendar, browser bookmarks, refresh, etc) though. I hope these get fixed as it moves out of beta.

Sweet I had my TyTN II all GANT'ed up so this would make my G1 that much better! Can't wait for a release
hey how did you change the unlock pattern for the theme? where were those files located?
is it just in the framework.res folder? and you either tweak the icons given or replace them with your own personal image?
im tryna grasp the whole concept of the phone, im making a theme as well
wanted to try and edit everything, why not, unlike others i have a lot of free time this term in school, so why not
also you said u used the "windows-step by step" instructions to sign and create your app? i am having troubles with the signing of the apk
I was soooooo waiting for the black and white theme but you have renewed my love for GANT. Manhattan the kid that came up with these icons is amazing. I think he was 13 at the time he created the first GANT theme.

BuuF is the name of the icon pack. Go to deviantart.com and type in buuf or gant

In the past I have always made themes for the CyanogenMod ROMs but since the recent stuff I am hesitant to run that ROM myself let alone make a theme for it. I was loving the Akirah ROM but it looks like he is throwing in the towel. So what ROM do you guys want all my themes converted too? That including Oreo, Blur, and my new Pulse theme.

I vote for enom's Official Donut with the blur theme. It was great on akirah's but since he's done I'm moving to Enom.

3.0 was probably last release from me. My G1 is totally dead, doesn't turn on anymore and it wasn't on warranty. I haven't decided if I will get another one, so for now you may consider project as dead.

Pulse (Pink/Black/Grey) would be perfect for me if the launcher bar was completly transparent good job. its the one im using now!
I vote pulse (but with blue or white highlights if possible?) for cyan

Another vote for this. With Akira stopping modding, and all the problems [limitations?] with cyanogen; Enom is the clear choice for a donut ROM.
I don't see a problem with cyans it's a theme not a rom.
Cyan for sure. Can we get a link for all three for 4.1.99 just to decide then when he releases a stable rom maybe use the one ppl like more?

Introduction
Hello everybody! My name is Nitroz. I am a themer for TeamKang, thanks to Roman for letting me in You will be seeing alot more content from me and in the AOKP ROM. Some of you may know me from the Galaxy SII forum (Here), I sort of got my "fame" for porting the Black Android Theme by Pele. The theme got about 60,000 downloads and 100,000 page views and counting! But I decided to move onto an AOSP phone and start creating my own themes since I have gained the experience to do so. So welcome! If you're looking for a Black, Minimalistic theme for your Galaxy Nexus then this is the thread for you.
What is Black Exodus?
Well, when I first got my Galaxy Nexus one thing stood out to me which I didn't like. The color scheme of Ice Cream Sandwich. Its a very dull Blue color which I didn't tend to like for the most part, plus the dialer backgrounds were, in a way, fugly. So I decided to take on the task of making the style as minimalistic as possible with a nice Black & White design instead of Blue. This is what Black Exodus is, a nice, Black & White simplistic color scheme. Maintaining the ICS look, but with a White color instead of Blue.
Why Are You Moving to the Theme Chooser?
As most of you know, the other day via Twitter, Roman and Kejar announced that they have managed to get the theme engine from CM9 working on their ROM's (Gummy and AOKP) I've been working closely with Roman and AdamTheCashew and testing Black Exodus for the theme engine and turns out it works! So no more CWM Flashable ZIPS (Unless you want the inverted apps).
Why Are There No Inverted GApps?
Since I am very new to the CM Theme Engine and had to work it all out for myself, I haven't got round to including the inverted GApps (If its at all possible). I'm more concentrated on theming as many system apps as possible whilst maintaining a small APK size
Installation Instructions
-Download the BlackExodus from the Market links provided
-Depending on which ROM you're using, go to Settings>Themes (This is for CM9)
-Apply Black Exodus (There's no preview yet)
-Hit Apply Anyway
-Reboot for the navbar to theme properly
-You've been Exodus'd!

Power menu is themed if you're on a new CM9 build. Or (I would assume) on an AOKP build based on b36.

Running this awesome theme on my Nexus S CM9 nightly. Really like it and donated after trying the free one out. One question.. should the messenger be black? Mine isn't so I'm wondering if it should or because I'm on a Nexus S. Again awesome theme! Worth the $!

This Should work on any stock deodexed rom, rage rom, but should also work on any moto hd rom...since its only pushing images to the appropriate folders.....please test what rom its working on for you!!!!
This was built based on Rage 2.1 and then updated to 2.2...going foward I wont have to update the theme as the rom updates as I am no longer pushing .apks rather pushing the res folders directly to the installed .apk (thanks villianroms for VRTheme)

What we have here is a BuuF Theme, that is still a work in progress.
This theme looks best with the Buuf golauncher or ADW theme and lockscreen theme, however I plan to theme the stock Moto launcher and unlocker.
lots of the default plain arse black background have been changed to a more appealing dark brown.
The homescreen screenshot shows the updated 4g/signal/battery icons....the 4g icon is awesome....robots left eye is data in and right eye is data out, they emit an orange glow when they are activated, radioactive signal icons

This was tested on rage rom for Razr M...should also work on any deodexed stock rom, and possible non stock rom(should test for me please)
for the HD 1 zip so far works on stock rom, rage rom, beanstalk, vanilla rootbox, and probam.....these are the ones I tested on the HD....in theory it should work on all razr m roms other than possibly a touchwiZ rom(support coming soon)

I'm running M.O.A.R 6.0 WITH FAKE mk3 ............When running installer I pick the Wasabi theme and complete reboot.....all of the theme is there but it doesn't have the themes home screen picture......does anyone know why only portions of the theme would show up? I'm using the Nova launcher......everything else works great.......Flashed 7.0 and went back to 6 until Morphology is running. Any thing would be a great help
I don't quite understand your question. You said " all of the theme is there " . Then you ask why only portions of the Theme install. The Wallpaper is most times not included in Themes. You may want to ask on the Thread. To see if someone has the Wallpaper, and will post it up for you.
