I downloaded the ROM is the one who works the front camera to record video in snapchat and instagram, someone can tell me why? has anything to do with what it is based?

AOSPXS OC Kernel
This is an overclocked kernel for build 3. I used DooMLoRD and Apology11 sources (cpufreq.c and acpuclock-8x60.c). Use at own risk! This is my first kernel compiling experience.

There are already Lollipop based AOSP ROM's, although not by this developer, but are stable.

1st install the rom then reboot
after first boot install patch through TWRP

rom necessary improvements...

But there are some suggestions from my side, if u could do so..
Lockscreen is good, no doubt about dat, n the equalizer on it while.playing music looks awesome..!!
But bro for security reasons, please fix the other options..
Cant change the lock style.. System ui force closses n factary reset..!!
Other thing, waking up some time causes System ui force closing in pattern lock..
File manager better than earlier, but bug i found was that,after a copy paste job it force closes... Try fixing it..
Was facing problems using the screen recording, in built app..
Didnt start recording wen clicked from the power long press menu..
Sound is quite low, fixed by installing the soundfix.zip, but try to add it in the next rom from default.. For those not knowing, attachment added.. Install from recovery..
Facing problems while calling, the first call after long time no use,causes network failure, means it becomes blank, no response..
Will keep informing about needfull changes..

After flashing this Rom my IMEI is lost.

I've noticed a couple oddities with the rom.
The first being that seemingly when focus is on an animated item the rom seems to ignore presses on the soft keys. (When a video on Facebook started autoplaying the home and recents would not do anything until I scrolled away from the video)
The vibration from Swiftkey does not seem to work when "typing" despite being enabled.
These aren't really questions, but I got redirected here due to post count.

Another thing. I found a small bug.
I activated the Advanced reboot in the developer settings.
When I went back the switch was deactivated, but the Advanced reboot menu was still activated.

just flashed this rom and I find I have the common "duplicated" messed up file system. I tried using the restorecon command (restorecon -FR /data/media/0) and although the command was executed successfully, I stil cannot re-establish my file system.
Am I missing simething? I would love to avoid going back to stock and starting all over again!
Any suggestions?

Is anyone else having issues receiving/sending mms while on wifi? Any work arounds? I am using stock messaging app on Weekly 8.16 firmware.

I resolved my issue with mms over WiFi by creating an APN just for my mms. Sending and receiving is delayed a few minutes but it works.

Small DPI/Scaling
I noticed that the icons and text is really small and I've looked at how to change it but I can't figure it out. I saw someone say something about pixel density but I can't figure out how to change it in the options. Anyone have any pointers? Edit:I played around with the DPI in the buildprop file. Much much better!

Camera issues
Every so often my camera will crash. Snapchat,google cam, default, it's all the same. I seem to have this issue with every aosp rom i've tried. I've done a clean install multiple times and even redownloaded the zip when reflashing. Anyone have a good fix for this?

I guess it's NOT so "stable". ???

hey mate. did you managed to get it fixed? i had the same problem as well, so its not uncommon to you

For me, on my N5110, boot up takes an excessivley long time (about 2 mins each time). Several times I've had flickering between the home and lock screen. Can't transfer apps to SD, and the ROM just seems overall much slower then others I've tried. I tried/compared it to CM 12.1...... which boots in about 34 seconds. All the issues I mentioned above are not occurring with CM.
Overall I like it, it might just need some wrinkles ironed out.

SuperSU v2.49 beta This one worked for me.
Just discovered this Q&A so I will repeat my question here:
How can I get to the recent apps menu?
1. The home button brings me back to the home screen but a long press does not bring the recent apps to show up
2. PIE control is not working. I tried to turn it on by switching to immersive mode but nothing happened. I cleared the preferences in setting --> personal --> Backup & reset -->reset preferences
I'm using the 20150704 build on a N5110

Happened the same - I just downloaded supersu 2.4.6 and installed via twrp. Worked fine.
