I installed xposed alpha 3 on the new lollipop and get bootloops.
The device starts without bootloop when I wipe cache and dalvik/art.
I removed from system/framework the xposed.jar, but I still get bootloops .
How can I fix that ?
After installed pre-rooted .242 fw,
1. flashed xposed framework
2. installed xposed 3 alpha apk
3. download and installed Gravitybox (LP)
4. after reboot I have bootloop
5. flashed xposed framework zip again
6. wipe cache/dalvik
7. reboot
work successfull, no bootloop

this method is 100% reliable?
Works only for compact Z1 or normal Z1 too?
You can then download other modules?

I guess you could move files manually and set permissions, but might be more of a headache, since it's more than a few files. Your simplist solution is to figure out what's going on with recovery. With stock rom and root, there's no reason why NUT dual recovery shouldn't work fine, except that you don't have drivers etc on your computer. Otherwise you can flash a recovery img with fastboot or Rashr and it should be good.
What's your current rom, etc., and what have you tried?
I am on 3.2.6 and I need to update to 3.2.8 so here is my question ,
I am on twrp 3.0.2.1 do I need to update to 3.0.2-23 by eng.stk
Will xposed-v87-sdk23-arm64 and SR4-SuperSU-v2.78-SR4 work on 3.2.8.
How I can safely flash to 3.2.8 so I wont get a bootloop. Here is my step please tell do I need to modify anything ?
Remove Xposed installer app
Boot to twrp , wipe delvik and cache
Flash 3.2.8
Flash Super SU
Reboot
Reboot to recovery
Flash Xposed (Do I need to wipe delvik and cache here ?)
Reboot
Install Xposed app
Activate Module
There are reports that xposed breaks 3.2.8. Has anyone managed to get it working without issues?
Usually you just flash oos, supersu and xposed in one go and then wipe cache and dalvik cache just to be safe.
xposed module
I faced Xposed flash in 3.2.7 build itself. It went to brick.
Uninstall xposed before upgrading, and then flash the latest test build of xposed after upgrading. Flashing the older ones results in a bootloop

I'm on 3.2.8 with xposed v87 and SuperSU 2.78 (no SR) with -23 recovery. No issues. I also used aroma debloater. However you may skip it. Xposed installs just fine. No issues like CB

Goto recovery---Wipe cache,dalvik,data,System---Then install rom and gapps only.reboot
So I was on rooted 3.2.6 with xposed installed and decided to upgrade to 3.2.8.
I dirty flashed the full ROM 3.2.8 onto my 3.2.6 (without flashing SU or xposed because I wanted to use Snapchat with snapprefs again so I i flashed 3.2.8 without root , logged into Snapchat etc. )
after that I flashed superuser and xposed and since then my phone doesnt boot.
I interrupted the first try because it took over 20 minutes then tried it again after clearing cache and dalvik but it still doesnt boot ( i see the two circles and red dot)
Hope someone can help me
PS: I didnt make a backup because it would be too large, on the other hand I have the full 3.2.8 on my internal storage as well as the latest superSU
solved it
If someone experiences the same problem you need the newest xposed version v87. Flash it normally and wipe cache/dalvik , thats it !
I had that, I fixed it by boot to twrp flash the xposed uninstaller zip to remove xposed, then the phone should boot normally, I then found a newer version of xposed (the November security patch in 3.2.8 doesn't like older versions) and flashed it via twrp again, all my modules were still there and didn't need setting up again either.
Hope that helps

Hi
I have Honor 7x bnd l21 with oreo rom.
my device was rooted and I tried to install xposed framework using xposed installer.
but after I install that, while my device is booting it stuck on Honor logo and then it loop again.
please help me what should I do?
I have TWRP on recovery_ramdisk
I tried to flash a custom rom with TWRP and it failed.
I tried to flash stock rom with TWRP (update with terminal command like as I did before) and its failed too. (when I write reboot recovery, my device turned back into TWRP)
Hi,
If you want install xposed you can use a magisk module, but beware your device will no longer pass the safetynet test.
have xposed install via xposed installer apk, found on uptodown website. have it install via recovery, it will reboot and start flashing. you need root for this of course.
then, after it finishes, it will instantly reboot out of twrp. boot back to twrp and flash this before it boots https://drive.google.com/open?id=1bo445eAjt57edZ0X8F1qXUuxEcr608I6
