HELP! Accidentally formatted firmware in recovery - Xiaomi Redmi 1S

My wifi & mobile networks are not working and some options in settings force close after clicking on them. I was flashing a new rom (cm11 4.4.4) on my Redmi 1s through cwm recovery and I accidentally formatted firmware and I think that's what caused this problem. Rest of the rom works fine, but practically without network and wifi a phone is useless. :crying:
What should I do now?
Would flashing a new firmware solve this problem?
I found this procedure on google, someone please help me and tell me if it works or suggest any other method.

Try re-flashing the official MIUI ROM using fastboot method (be warned that data and other stuff may be deleted in your internal storage when flashing using fastboot) then flash any custom ROM you want. See if that solves the problem.

Try to flash the stock rom via fastboot.

[Q] weird things happening after flashing different roms

I recently learned to flash,
So I used TWRPV to flash coz i cant access the recovery mode becoz of rooting.
1.Flashed Slim Bean. Worked perfectly.
2.Try to flash jellybam. Got flashin failed.
3. Reflshed Slim Bean.
4. Tried to flash Miui rom. Again got error, after googling i found that i have to delete two lines from the script in miui rom with note++
I did that but not worked, then i myself checked the slimbean script, and deleted some more lines from miui script and flashed, still not worked.
5. I did same to jellybam. Then one of jellybam rom worked.
6. Now after reboot some times note 2 switch off itself when in pocket or in table. Or sometime while charging with big battery on screen with stuck tiny round circle. I have to remove the battery to switch on.
and i can't turn on bluetooth also USB not working. In pc device manager when i connect phone to pc via usb it shows CDC COMMUNICATION INTERFACE (7 times), and Com neon Suspend (1 Times)
7. Now using slimbean but problem is still there.
Any idea what happened to my n7100, is my phones efs corrupted, or soft/hard bricked,
I don't have any backups.
Can anybody please help me. I posted it here coz I can't find the same problem anywhere. There arevsimilars but they are different.
And bad English coz I'm Apatani.
Sorry for that.
My note 3 was SICK from some times (from 7 Months)
Some said it was EFS corruption. my problem was occurred because I flashed my N7100 with MIUI rom built for Galaxy S3.
My Bluetooth was not turning ON (Blank in bluetooth adress), Usb not workin with PC, turning of or Freeze while phone sleeps or auto lock.
Tried many things Flashed different Modem or Kernels, Flashed all of the custom roms available for N7100, Flashed Stock from SamMobile site.
and Lost hope... then I continued my daily life with my N7100 (using Red EYE sleep disabler)
But now today I already using Ditto Note 3 v.3.0 (Used v.1.0,v.2.0,)
today Flashed Ditto Note 3 v.3.1.1 with aroma
Selected everything in Aroma Inataller (Including Updated Modem)
then in First Boot my N7100 Freezed while i was entering my Wifi Pin First Device Setup
Waithed for more then 1/2 hour but still Freezed...
then i rebooted it with removing my N7100 Batteries
then again Boot and it Widened my eyes, my mouth was open, and i was Smilin...
My N7100 Bluetooth was turning ON, my USB is connecting to PC without any secret code for UART mode, my Phablets screen turned off, I waited for around half Hour and then i Pushed my Home Button and it respond and turned on the Screen.
Firstly your very brave to do this or your too Rich to afford a new device if you brick it .
Now firstly Please dont make any changes to the existing Rom that you have downloaded seeing other Rom scripts ,
Now before flashing any rom go trough the OP to understand what OP has mentioned about flashing.
Dont Refer to Google refer to ROM OP OR THREAD any question you have post it there so you will get quick response.

Well since your phn is acting weird better flash stock rom via odin and see if the prob persist if all is fine then gv a fresh start flashing recovery and stuff and use philz recovery for flashing if it acts weird than just make the flash counter 0 and take it to service center for precise details go though ketan thread

Download Stock ROM,
Flash it it Via Mobile Odin or PC ondin,
Once flash completes Boot into recovery and do a Factory Reset+User data ,this will wipe everything on your device memory .
and then tell which rom you want to flash ill guide on how to do it.

Actually, I think I found out what exactly happened to my note 2.
The ROM I tried to flash was for s3 (MIUIv5 I9300 Note 2 Edition 3.6.21 by @muchopoli83)
This ROM was flashed after removing the two lines from updater script, the assert lines.
But after flashing my phone didn't started so I changed the ROM.
So, what should I do. Is stock ROM still important.
If yes can u please give me the link.
I found one with pit file in xda but that link is not working
And some guys with similar problems are talking that every stock ROMs are not working for problems like this.

Still got the problem and cant find any solution
anybody any idea
Simply go to recovery wipe everything including format_system,
then choose any rom from N7100 development thread as your suitability .
and flash in recovery as per instructions given in OP
Then tell here what happened
looks like efs croupt no worries just flash stock rom from odin then root it with cf-root method
use triangle away to remove the flash counter and then reboot unroot from su app and ur good to go to service center
just tell them i updated this phone to latest from ota and it failed iam when it restarted there was no cellular

Do you have GSM network?
Flash Stock ROM via PC Odin v3.09 and use re-partition and Nand erase all with PIT file, Freset Autoreboot.
After flash complete everything must be ok.
I had the same problem few weeks ago. I also tried to flash alot of ROMs but same problem exist. found a solution to this problem yesterday this is what I did
1. Download leaked 4.3 it will take time because the file is 1.2gb
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2499794
2. After download flash it via Odin in pda. Make sure auto reboot and f.Reset time only have check.
3. If the flash fails, it's ok but make sure it already flashed the radio and modem.
4. Reboot again in download mode then flash Philz recovery
5. Reboot in recovery mode then flash slimbean rom or any rom you prefer.
6. Install gapps
7. Wipe cache and dalvik
8. Reboot and your ok now
I'm in slimrom build 2 now. Bluetooth is ok and no more reboot when phone sleeps after few seconds.
Hope this helps.

[Q][n7100]RESURRECTION REMIX 5.5.7 Mobile data & "gapps stopped" problems

[Q][n7100]RESURRECTION REMIX 5.5.7 Mobile data & "gapps stopped" problems
Hello,
I flashed RR 5.5.7 on my N7100. This is my first time, overall I like how my phone turned into a modern device after old touchwiz. I flashed the gapps package on the official thread, after problems I re-flashed with "gapps-5.1-arm-2015-07-17-13-29.zip" which I downloaded from the included system option for updates. There is an option to download the latest gapps package.
So far I have 2 major problems with the phone.
1. Mobile data is very unreliable at best. It constantly disconnects I think. Chrome sometimes loads, sometimes does not. For example, spotify shows me as offline. Is there any setting that ı can try to fix this?
2. I use 2 google accounts on my phone. I managed to add second with the mentioned package above. But when I go into accounts and click on google (in order to set what is syched), I get "gapps stopped" error. Can anyone give me an advice on this?
Thanks alot.
mobile data disconnection issue could be due to modem problem... try to flash different modems via custom recovery to check which one is best for you..
and about gapps stopping error.. . try to reflash the gapps n do a factory reset.. if not fixed try this gapps https://s.basketbuild.com/filedl/gapps?dl=gapps-lp-20141109-signed.zip
Hello and thanks for the answer. Since I'm a noon, don't knowabout different modes to flash, could you explain it further?
your right now on a custom ROM.. so most probably you will be on a custom recovery too.. to flash a modem via custom recovery.. you need to find zipped modems with different basebands.. and flashing a modem via recovery is just same as flashing a custom rom or gapps . i mean same procedure... anyways what is your current baseband versions??? btw these are 4.3 modems try if your on it http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2044937 if you are right now rooted i advice you to backup your efs foulder before flashing modems.. to backup simply google n install this app.. rootexplorer.apk and copy paste efs foulder to a external memory card
Thanks a lot I will read on this asap.
BTW about phone shows n7100xxufoa1 as baseband version on this ROM. But I live in Turkey, so I may need a different modem it seems.
Yes try buddy
The thing is I still haven't found which modem to flash. Still searching...
I gave you the link to dowload modems.. check above
Yes, but I'm using a 5.11 rom, would 4.3 be ok?
Buddy your modem n7100xxufoa1 is 4.4.2 modem and that modem region is kenya/africa .. anyways there is no official 5.1.1 modem for note2... even no 5.1 /5.0 official stock firmware..custom OS are customised/themed OS and modems used are just the same thing as it stock firmware.. try to find a 4.4 modem of another country and flash it.. the region difference in modem is creating your issue.. btw see here your modem info.. http://samsung-firmware.org/downloa...national)/xi25/AFR/N7100XXUFNL1/N7100OJVFOD1/
Thank you again, so if i can manage to extract modem files from my stock rom which is backed up, and find a way to make it flashable, I should be ok.

doesn`t work.
is it neccessary that kernel and baseband have to be the same version?

nope, I actually found a fix for the same issue, root your phone then delete /data/misc/wifi/wpa_supplicant.conf then flash your rom again (not sure if you need to clean data and cache) with odin and it should work.

unfortunately, this does not work, wi-fi can only be enabled if i use the one from my rom
I was have same issue.
How did I fix it? (I have 9190)
I flashed 9195's stock rom via odin. Of course odin gave me error. I removed the battery and placed it again. Flashed latest 9190's stock rom and wifi issue solved.
i flashed a rom that fits for i9195, that is not my problem. i have no wi-fi after i update my modem. version number is correct but wi-fi can not be enabled, even if i flash it twice. my rom is the sc-stock rom

The ROM controls the wifi, not the modem. Strange that multiple ROMs can't even be enabled, I suspect data is left somewhere, do full wipe to install a new ROM so all old data etc is wiped and make sure you are not installing app data etc from a backup for this.
Else it might be the kernel.........

wi-fi is working with the baseband which is included in the rom (until i flash another baseband, then it stops)

i've broken my phone!

So i have my I8160 and i have 4 different recoveries. CWM 4.0.5.6 and 4.0.2.8 and also TWRP 2.8.6.0 and 3.0.2.0. Yeah i know it is strange but just let me explain you. I rooted my device and then installed CWM 4.0.2.8. Then I flashed ChronoKernel and restarted the device. It rebooted into CWM 4.0.5.6 and i wipe everything and tried to install CM13 + ggaps. Unfourtunately the installation of ggaps ended with code 70. I booted the phone and it showed off only 1GB of storage! I quickly restarted the device to flash the ROM once more and suprisingly it booted into TWRP 3.0.2.0. I tried to install CM13 and CM12.1. CM12.1 just stucks at Optimizing apps 48/88 and CM13 does not detect smth like internal storage... I think CM11 is a bit too old for me so i want a bit more fresh OS. Do you have any suggestions how can i fix this memory problem?
First of all, you don't have 4 different recoveries. It's just that each ROM /kernel installation also installs their own recovery.
Anyway, I think you should start fresh. Flash 3 parted JB, then follow the appropriate steps given by the developers

So i should just download the firmware and flash it using odin right?
And i just want to add that mobile network connection is not working, on stock it was
Try using this: http://d-h.st/AZN
To solve mobile network connection issue, make sure that before you flash a custom ROM that you are already on JB stock ROM
So i flashed JB and i can not set up my phone because Google processes crash all the time. But i dont see Mobile network connection.

I had Cm12.1 then i flashed one-parted firmware from SamMobile. I did a factory reset after that and i am working on it now.
Now i am going to flash yours firmware
Your firmware already flashed. Mobile network still not working
