Hello guys, i have noticed that some games have multiplayer working only with WiFi and these games does not use mobile data. Is there any possibility to lie apps that mobile data is wifi connection or to manage mobile data running like wifi?
I had same problem. Here You have solution. Only disadvantage You must be rooted and installed Xposed.
Use xposed
On the other hand I really discourage the use of Mobil network for multiplayer game, the lag its really annoying for you and other players

Hi new to the forums but have found them incredibly useful so far. Noticed a couple of weeks back an issue with my WiFi hotspot app where when it is turned on (with mobile data already enabled and working) it claims there is no network availability on the app and my laptop is unable to access the internet through it despite being connected wirelessly.
Strangely enough I can still access mobile data through the internet app whilst its running. I found I could solve this by turning mobile data on and off whilst the wifi hotspot is active and then disconnect/reconnect my laptop and it will work perfectly fine. The app will say connected to mobile internet. Intruigingly if I turn the mobile data off in settings and turn wifi hotspot on, I can access the internet on the phone but it will initially come up with the "connection failed" pop up and then continue to load the page, despite not apparently being connected.
It's no deal breaker but not sure if anyone has experienced this issue yet, anyone found a fix?
I got same problem dunno realy what is problem was working good then it just startet turning off my mobile network any fix for this ?
I had the same problem. Im using an app called 'Wifi Tether' and it works fine and its alot quicker, your phone needs to be rooted though.

I will try didnt rooted the phone but i will tnx for answering
As in the title, I could use a little help with some advanced network setup whilst wifi tethering my desire to my Xbox.
When my Xbox is connected to my desire, tethering with mobile data, I have problems playing some games online due to a "STRICT NAT TYPE". I occasionally have this issue with my home internet but its nothing that a quick reset of the router wont fix.
So how can I get an open NAT type using my desires tethering capabilities?
TIA.

Hi, I was wondering if you can use this phone to make a WLAN network. I recently switched from iPhone to Android and am having trouble finding an app to compensate for my needs. Basically back on iPhone when I tethered, I would automatically be connected to the network I created so I could play WLAN only games (like Muffin Knight or Minecraft Mobile) with the other people connected to me. With this phone however, I can't connect to my own wifi so it doesn't work. I've tried the regular Wifi hotspot, Foxfi, and Simple Tether. Whether or not it works in providing internet connection isn't really important to me, I just want to be able to play with my friends
That sounds more like some custom ad hoc or p2p network. You trying to play games via your own teather via the wifi from the phone. So your host and others join your private network ? You can then relay internet connection to them local or is this more a network vpn tunnel?
I remember doing something like this back when I had an idevice im just making sure im understanding properly.

Hello,
I'm facing this issue that YouTube play store and other few apps like paytm do not work on mobile data(YouTube works fine in chrome), but they work fine when I'm connected to WiFi (any WiFi works, even hotspot created from other phone using same mobile operator)
When I open YouTube it gets stuck on loading and after sometime asks to check my network. If I want to use YouTube in app I have to connect to any WiFi network and launch YouTube app which loads within 2,3 seconds. After I do that even if I disconnect WiFi and start using mobile data for the app it works perfectly.
I tried few things when I was searching solution for this but couldn't find solution.
I also tried different rom and other network it doesn't load.
Currently I'm on RRemix 8.1.
Thanks in advance
