Hello,
So currently my MEID is all zeros according to DFS. My ESN is B0000000 in DFS as well. In my phone settings it shows that my phone number is 000-000-0016. Also shows a different MEID in my settings: 17600000000
When I trry to change my MEID/ESN number in DFS I get the error:
"CPS_ERROR BAD_SPC_MODE"
How do I fix this. I alrady know that my SPC is 222222 and it says device unlocked in the logs.

I am on QXDM and was successful in zeroing out the meid but not the esn. I'm on 12.15.00.09.01 and went thru the whole list , then I do a REQUESTNVITEMREAD ESN and it says it's zeros but when I restart , it goes back. Anybody have any ideas?

Why do you want to zero your esn? the esn is basically a serial number for your phone used for network id, and is unique to your phone. Doubt there is any way to change it
I had my Epic touch flashed to Boost, but my MSID is 0000000000 instead of my number, which is giving me error 67 and no data connection. When I go into the menu using the MSL to fix it, it won't take. I select the edit screen, and it has a box at the bottom which says "touch here". I do, then the key pad comes up and I type the number in, but it won't delete the "touch here" characters, and then when I go out and click done and it reboots, theres still no data, and I go back in the the MSID is back to all 0s.
I literally got this phone yesterday and I'm not sure if there's a problem with the flash or if its user error on my part not knowing how to edit my MSID.
Thanks for any help you guys can offer.
I believe you can edit the msid from qpst build 323. I personally use cdma workshop tho.
Sent from my BAD A$$ EPIC TOUCH 4G
I tried finding CDMA workshop, but I couldn't find a free copy. I didn't want to spend $200 just to fix my MSID.
I will try QPST though.
Thanks, will let you know
I did not see anywhere to enter my MSID in CDMA or QPST, but that is most likely user error, I havent used those programs much.
UPDATE: I did get the MSID changed and it saved, but it is still giving Error 67: Data username/password.
Anyone have any ideas how to change this, or should I just reflash it?
I have a rooted and bumped LG G3 D855. I have been investigating enabling additional LTE bands using QXDM, QPST, CDMA workshop, etc. and have accidentally changed my SPC code. Initially the phone would accept the default SPC of 000000 but now it will not. I have an EFS backup from TWRP. Can anyone help me examine these files to determine my "new" SPC code?
I can still continue my LTE work using QXDM since I can still write to certain NV items without the SPC code but I would still like to recover it.
So after tot back to stock, my phone refused to activate and prl/ profile updates fail with authentication error, and it fails to activate with "activate this device" in the settings menu.
No efs backup, and when i called sprint they tried to have me program it manually with the msl, but the msl they gave me failed. 000000 worked, and msid is set to 000000008747. Needless to say, the phone call was pointless.
I tried using cdma workshop and the like to write the meid dec, but even though the logs say it was a success but it didn't actually take.
Anyone know if there's another way to write meid, etc? Dialer code or something? I'm looking for a self-fix to avoid going to sprint to use my repair plan.
I dont know my IMEI number, is it the MEID HEX? When I enter this into the IMEI converter it acts like its missing a digit. I have 15 characters in my MEID HEX.
