Just a moment ago I browsed through androidarmv6's github account and found this : https://github.com/androidarmv6/android_device_samsung_gio/tree/cm-11.0
Are they started Cm11 (android 4.4 kitkat) development?
I am very excited to this
I hope they made the cool build because maclaw isn't with us anymore!

Glad that Gio is still not dead but its sad that maclaw left developing for us I used to love his fast and smooth builds of CM

For now his just rude to people who's asking for the Ace/Gio project! so there's no reason to follow his blog nor project if you on Ace/Gio anymore.

And if i say u that i already build it from original cm11.0 sources, but i cant install bcz dont we have the proper recovery? -.-'

He meant that he built cm11 from source but nowadays newer CM roms need the latest recovery to be able to install the latest cm. Correct me if Im wrong @MatZ69

They are fixing issues on the gio probably, like they did for cm10.2

I found that in ROM there is Lib64 and Lib folders, what does that mean ?
May be its both 32bit and 64bit !

Im sure it can be ported since it uses the same chipset as of yureka that is qualcomm 615. Fingers crossed

Still using your miui port based on KK.... upgraded to lollipop and reverted back to miui again... Let see when u will he back with lollipop based miui... So when should we expect it...

So, after all I have unlocked the bootloader as my device was heating a little so I decided to try few custom ROMs in my phone. So I read at a thread in XDA that AICP is the best ROM so I tried it. I loved that ROM. But I'm having two bugs in this ROM. My WiFi is not working and My hotspot isn't working. Please help XDA .

Try changing the kernel... Try Heliox and Jaguar kernels... it should fix the issue

i have flashed latest alpha aex，its smother and stable with small bugs.
i do recommend it if you want oreo
aicp oreo was released but i dont flash aicp oreo ,i dont know the details.

Were you able to fix this?
I'm facing the same issue. Tried several basebands and ROMS. Also, flashed stock rom through QFIL/QPST, but the issue is still there.
