Tried installing this through recovery. First time over the leaked t-mobile GB without any wipes and it just boot looped. So went back to recovery. Wiped everything. Did a clean install of this zip. I still just get boot loop. Having to do a restore.

(EDIT for further clarification: Check the PC10IMG.zip from May's size and that leaked build's size that was posted on the T-Mo community. Same size, down to the byte.)
This is incorrect information, and the wrong build altogether. The 2.13.531.8 build is what is in that post on the new T-Mobile community. That is the last leaked build from May, which was put on handsets mistakenly that were sent out as refurbs. 2.15.531.3, yesterday's build, is going to most likely be a "patch" style of update.zip, which will have the differences to be applied to the current software on the phone, thereby making it a smaller sized update, but won't have the complete set of files for the OS. So in tthe end, there is not yet a solid structure to build a nnew ROM on top of. No offense, siulmagic, but this is the same as the last one. Dig through more of the files and you will see exact matches. From what I saw, the newest build has the updated Google Music icon from the new Google Music Beta enabled app. Also, I believe the new Market is built in. Your images above, show the old Google Music icon. Either way, the build that was posted in the forums was just a re-post of the leaked build from May, since the T-Mobile forums were completely re-done, and some people there know nothing about visiting the XDA forums.

Doesn't matter here! Just wanna get this ROM booted and see what it's got.
i've looked all over for this kernel and i cannot find it... its for the cm7-gx4... i hope someone has it so i could flash this rom very soon, and also could i use a different kernel for this problem?

I'm not quite following what you're trying to achieve.
When you flash a rom, the kernel is included. You don't have to flash the kernel separately unless you want a custom kernel.
Following the link above (the lmgtfy, I didn't know what CM7-GX4 was), it seems that you're looking for the kernel from a rom that's quite old. Are you wanting to flash that kernel with a different rom?
Maybe sleep deprivation is making me silly and dumb, but I just don't get it.

And in your attempt to be an ungrateful individual who requires that everything be handed to him....I've gone ahead and completed the difficult task of running another Google search for you.
I've also gone ahead and thrown in a brief "How-to" so that you know exactly what you are supposed to do with the information I gave you, since you apparently failed to grasp the fairly simple concept on your own.
1. Use the link from my first response to download the CM7-gx4 ROM.
2. Use the second link to learn how to extract the kernel from the CM7-gx4 ROM that you downloaded from step #1. (I assumed you would've been able to figure this part out on your own)
3. Take newly extracted CM7-gx4 kernel and flash it to your phone.
4. Go back to the stickies in this forum and read the thread about ROMs/kernels and then facepalm yourself for not realizing that the kernel is already packaged within the ROM and doing the above steps for no reason.
5. Press the thank you button at the bottom of this post.
if u actually took the time out and actually read that post u should understand that the developer posted a link for a kernel... i dont expect things to b handed to me but i expect people to actually know what im talkin about to actually help me with what i want without being sarcastic... so now go and think about what u've done

If you "expect people to actually know what you're talking about ", then you should type more clearly and give more information.
You said you were looking for a kernel for a rom and that you wanted to flash the rom soon. Then you said you were running Decks. Then you said (and I'm translating into proper spelling and grammar) "If you actually took the time to read that post, you'd understand that the developer posted a link for a kernel."
I'm still lost as to what you're trying to achieve, but I don't think it's even relevant because I think you moved on to something else.
If I understood what you were trying to do, I would try to help you. Maybe I'm just missing something obvious.

I apologize if this has already been discussed in a previous thread but why are we using the Fascinate .pit for EC07?

That's not confusing at all.
I read somewhere, and it turned out to be pretty true, that PITs are actually kinda of a big deal... And for some reason, they don't work properly most of the time... The PIT that i suggest people use is in fact for the Fascinate, but why would that surprise you? The partition layout of the two phones are exactly the same, it's just our phone has the ticker I use that PIT simply for the fact that i know it works, and it doesn't cause problems... And when i tried to use one made specifically for our phone, it didn't work out too well....
So yeah haha

I just ran into an issue trying to odin an EC07 rom with the Fascinate .pit. It wouldn't complete and I had to pull the plug and start over.
It depends on what Fascinate PIT you are trying There is one specific one that works...... A lot of the others DONT............ (Not even properly for the Fascinate...)

To update official software, you need to be on stock software, unrooted, with stock recovery What version of Jelly Bean is your CleanBean ROM based on?DO NOT take any updates while rooted or on custom ROMs.
Yeah don't ever take official OTAs while rooted/on a different rom other than stock. Hell i never even take an ota for the rom that I'm on, i always do things myself to ensure everything works right. Your build.prop needs to be updated to trick the OTA update, check the developer's thread to see if he posted one for you to flash

Be careful when editing your build.prop though, I'm sure CNexus includes this in his guide but just in case, make a copy of it and store it somewhere safe like an external sd or your computer before you edit it. Good luck! Also be sure to hit that "thanks" button, i find myself thanking almost all his posts

I wouldn't be too afraid. Just be as careful as you can be. I believe editing the build.prop is pretty harmless so long as you keep a copy of the original somewhere. You should do it yourself! You'll feel awesome knowing you took another step and got your hands a little dirtier and have 1 less thing to have to depend on someone else for

You may have heard of my SkyHigh kernels for N920* and G928* & G928T Exynos7420 variants. Are there any users here that would like to contribute to your cause?
I do not have your variant, I have a N920C, so not all things are tested and need decent user (constructive) feedback for some things.
Let me know if you wish such a full featured Synapse kernel. As I have already cut back on my support to other variant, this offer won't stand very long. .
By showing support, I will require the boot.img extracted from G928PVPS2AOK3.
Also, what is your directory?
Code:
/sys/devices/battery.5[COLOR="Red"]2[/COLOR]/_____
/sys/devices/battery.5[COLOR="Red"]3[/COLOR]/_____
/sys/devices/battery.5[COLOR="Red"]4[/COLOR]/_____
I will also judge reaction to this post, so if there are only a handful, I won't bother.
Cheers,
