I cant find any information about calling screen in One M9. Is it fullscreen when device is unlocked or like on "clean" Lollipop on top of screen?
Is it possible to change navbar icons like this one from Google?

Sense 4 is alright as it is. However, I'd like to figure out a way to skin the current dock bar. Does anyone have a n00b guide out there?
I don't want to replace the Sense Launcher with Nova or Apex, since that'll basically disabled Sense widgets which is not a big deal but since a lot of other elements will remained skinned (in Sense) it would look worse to combine Sense with the AOSP-look
So in short, I want to be able to skin the current dock bar oh and also, does anyone know to replace the icons quick and easy? or are we looking at decompiling the framework-res.apk files and hack away?
Thanks!
Could anybody Know how to change the Incoming call style during lock screen.
Like Changing Salsa style from Htc Ring style accept.
I heard that By Alterting(may be replacing HTCLockscreen.apk)....
But it fails to work for me. Can anybody say.....
Note : Not asking Lockscreen Replace. But just changing Incoming call screen.
For diff: Jikantaru Rom and Salsa ROM, Different HTC lock screen call incoming style...
Any help for meee...

That's right; it's a function of the lockscreen (HTCLockscren.apk/.odex).
Grab a lockscreen suitable for your Sense/OS level. For example, if on Sense 2.1 and GB OS, then you can try my flashable lockscreen. That's got the "Htc Ring style accept" to which you're referring.
Thaks for ur reply.
Could u suggest me any Lock screen Thread or Links. I could not Find a right one.
and one more GB 2.3.3 lock screen s suitable for GB 2.3.5 ? Will that supports???

I haven't seen any method to make this really working yet. Deleting HTCLocker.apk will work if you want to get this type of locker, but to pick up the incomming calls firstly you need to unlock your device, so it's preety annoying.
If you want this style for incomming calls, just install Holo Locker.
I've been reading the M8 forums for a while since I got my HTC One (M8), and finally plucked up the courage to unlock the bootloader, root, get s-off, and perform the GPE conversion.
This went fine, and the phone works brilliantly, except I've noticed something regarding the navbar. If I set a live wallpaper, I get a nice shiny transparent navbar. If I set a static image as the wallpaper, however, then it's a black navbar for me.
It's more of an annoyance than anything, but given the screenshots I've seen here on XDA, I know it should be possible to have a transparent navbar with a static wallpaper.
Any ideas, guys?
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
Since HTC 10 has Sense8_GP, it has the stock SystemUI. I think a HTC-stock-ish UI could be achieved with some tinkering.
Can somebody make the icons have a line below them, and use the old icons?
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=elsalvador.htcsense7cm12theme
And activate the 3x3 layout somehow, like on CM13, to look like the regular Sense?
(Btw, i've noticed that the HTC Desire 10 has the old icons on the status bar... That means it has the regular Sense. So maybe in the future, a ported System UI from that phone might be possible?)
The 2nd screenshot shows a VibeUI theme for CM13/12.x. Is the only photo i found with the 3x3 layout without installing CM13 just to take a screenshot.
I'd be very much up for this as well—I cannot stand the new QS.
When I was using the M8 (back around May or June this year), I flashed the "S Rom" which had ported a ton of features from the HTC 10...one of which was the HTC 10 QS (the same ones we have natively in our stock ROM for the HTC 10).
Not liking the QS then either, I inquired of the rom's dev if I could get the "old" quick settings back, and somehow I was able to. Unfortunately, I cannot remember if getting the old QS was the result of a specially modified S Rom for the M8, or if it was just a mod I flashed. If the latter, it wouldn't be too hard to tear that mod apart to see what code was changed (which I suspect is in the SystemUI.apk).
I'll look it into as soon as I have a moment.
Yeah. Comparing the files would be too hard and would take way too much time.
One other thing i dont really like (and you would probably think the same) is the volume control pop-up. Being at the top if pretty hard to reach with one hand, because the display is so big.
I liked the one from Sense 7, Android 5.1.1, because it was in the middle of the screen where was easy to reach.
I wonder if anybody could move it a bit lower.
Update: HTC Desire 10 Pro only has the Sense icons in the status bar. The QS is the same as on HTC 10.
It kinda looks like an A9.
I've seen a review on YT of a demo unit.
HTC One M9 just received Nougat and it has the regular UI.
And even Google Pixel has a HTC-ish SystemUI (gray background with blue elements)... Well it was made by HTC afterall.
I wonder if those can be ported...
After numerous tries, I finally figured out HTC themes and Maker Pro to simply change dialer color and lock screen clock. I must be really dumb because this seemed so difficult.
There is nothing intuitive about changing lock screen clock or dialer when you want to use what you find in another HTC custom theme or even your own. I finally found a clue in an older HTC 10 thread.
If anyone knows of a short tutorial, let me know as I would like to reference it here. Maybe Google will squash this train wreck of a theming app for pure Android.
FYI, I am using Flick Launcher beta which I like but it doesn't change dialer or lock screen. If other launchers will change stock dialer color and lock screen clock, let me know.

FYI, I am using the ported Google dialer found in XDA. Very good replacement.
