Cruzerlite Nexus 5 cases

Hey there guys Cruzerlite is back! They had awesome cases for the Nexus 4 and I plan on getting the black one for my (soon to ship) Nexus 5

I got a few of the bugdroid cases ordered. Can't wait. I have loved my evo lte case since it dropped, dropping it hundreds of times. Cheap and good basic protection.

I ordered a teal bugdroid one. It shipped yesterday from Hong Kong. I wonder how long it'll take to get here.

Ordered a green Androidified for the wifey and a Spi case for me.

I ordered the clear bug droid. I have yet to be disappointed with a Cruzerlite case:good:.

I got a Bugdroid for my N5. Fits like a glove. Love it. Been using Cruzerlite since my Galaxy Nexus.

How well do these cases protect the front?
How about a drop that lands on an edge?
They only show the back of the phone, not any front pics.
Anyone have a pic of the front with the case on?
Edit: Since its buy 2 get one free I ordered one of the armor ones and two different color smaller ones. Lots of choices now. The phone kinda ugly and looks fragile so having a case or three is important to me.

There's a video review on Amazon. The guy seems to think it will "definitely" protect the phone from a fall... not sure how definite that is, but it seems well built albeit very thin.

I ordered the tpu in teal yesterday and plan on getting the spigen screen protector. I love my nexus 5 but I do not trust myself until its behind a case and screen protector

Ordered the green androidfied. First time using Cruz elite so hoping it'll be thin and nice.

Anyone have any other pictures of different colours?

To me all that says is there is a screen protector glued in like the Tudia case. I could be just over looking the info though.

Yep, sorry! I saw a guy asking on instagram if it was waterproof, and they said it's water resistant. Guess it's not the same concept

I like it, it reminds me of the cases that UAG make.

Looks ugly. I wish we had more choices. I just got a tudia omnix and its okay. Buttons suck.

I plan removing their screen protector, mine is better and enough

I can hardly wait for mine to get here !
So I can set it on fire and put this case out of it's misery.

I quite like the robust look of this case but would prefer the case without the screen protector part as I already have a tempered glass one on. Does anyone know if you can use it without the built in screen protector part?

Yep thats a nice one too, it reminds me of the spigen slim armour clone case I had for my galaxy S4. Had about 5 or 6 cases for my S4 and it was probably the best of them all, really solid and provided great protection. It was a spigen copy also so it was only a few quid.

I've had the Poetic Revolution for a day now and after one charge the USB plug doesn't hold in place any more ....... after one charge!
I wish that I hadn't thrown money away for this case.

I agree.... I bought this case also and I could not get my volume buttons to work. I had to actually modify the volume buttons so they would work and I removed the USB flap cover so it would not bend my USB cable while connected to my One.
It is a very nice durable case however I dont like that I had to modify it to use it.

I have had this case for a while, the screen protector is water resistant but it isn't that high quality so I keep missing touches. Also, I can't reach the sides of the screen with my big fingers. It has protected my phone from multiple falls however, and it feels really solid but it does add heft

[Q] Looking for a true bumper

For my Galaxy S III I had a metal bumper, similar to this one for the S5, and I loved it so I want a similar one for my G4.
Has anyone seen one or know where I can find one? I would love to have it before my G4 shows up on 6.5.

Have we confirmed yet that this bumper will work with the leather back?

I will post once I got the case and my G4 hope it works perfectly otherwise I might look for plastic back with built in wireless charging

Nice find... I think for $9.00 $5.46 I will order the one from eBay - since it is in China - and save some money over the one on Amazon and then, if any issues, I can deal with eBay. I like the concept of just a bumper so you can see the leather back. Assuming.... it works with the leather back of course

Going to likely have to buy one of the bumpers & self paint. I doubt anyone will make a OD green case in aluminum.

The shipping times on these things are out of control. I need an Amazon Prime option to show up.

There has to be a reason none of the images on either of the links show one with leather. Hmm. I'm skeptical. But if it works I'll be getting one for sure.

So far, has anybody heard anything about cases for the 5T? It sounds like the actual device is almost identical to the 5, including button and switch positions. The new position for the fingerprint sensor will certainly have an effect, though...
I use my 3T for bike courier work, so a sturdy case is essential...)

Does anyone know if the official Flip Cover cases from OnePlus have any magnetic mechanism to keep them closed?

Amen to that, I will be opting for the same. Had it on my OP2 will do the same here

bought some cheap ones from aliexpress. note that aliexpress already have a lot of replicas for the 5t from the spigen one for the oneplus 5

Just bought this Nillkin case in white, I liked all Nillkin cases used so far.

I have been using the Supcase Unicorn Beetle Pro for my last few devices. I typically order the case before the phone and that case isn't out for the 5T yet. Hurry up Supcase!

I like this official OnePlus 5T Silicone case.

Lack of name leading brand cases?!

I have yet to see Incipio, speck, tech21 or any other leading brand case available. It seems they've all decided not to make cases.
I have a ringke air and a vrs case, but I'd like to get a speck. Guess that ain't gonna happen!?

I actually like the tactical and didn't see it prior to you posting.

It's a nice case, but the buttons are a little too flush.
Edit: I bought the EVO tactical. Hopefully it's like the Galaxy S7 one that I have.

I got the Spigen Neo Hybrid and I really like it... Slim TPU, extra protection on the edges and has a good feel... I know that OtterBox and UAG have also cases for the G7 but I wanted to try this one and I have no complaints...

I just got the tech21 Evo tactical. It's actually a really nice case. Smooth feeling with tactic buttons. The case is actually a really dark black. The pictures make it look dark gray, but it's not. I will use this case for now until the speck one I found online arrives Friday. I'll keep this either way and prolly switch back and forth. This case is fully acceptable tough and will disregard fingerprints no doubt.

The speck delivers today. Was originally Saturday. I will post pics to both soon side by side.
