Device : Redmi 1s Cm11 R19
I was trying to underclock the cpu clock speed using 'CPU Tuner', set values (min :300, max: 1094).
but after some time the MIN values automatically went up and got stuck at 11900,
i've tried fixing using the same app ,at perfomance section in settings, even flashed and installed CM11 again( complete)
no use
currently locked CPU clock speed using trikster MOD,
but i have to keep root permission on and set it again after every reeboot.
is there any way i can change to how it used to be?
plz help
thank you

install no frills cpu control from play store ( free ) > grant it super user permissions > then set the required min and max frequencies you would like to assign then go to the settings in the app and mark the option " prevent other app from changing the settings " > then come back to the main app screen mark the option set on boot and then reboot the device ...
if the above procedure works check in the settings> performance > cpu frequency (it should be the one you choosed)
if it didnt work then do a full wipe and reflash the rom and again follow the above steps then it should work for sure
solutions
Just flash another kernel..it works for me..

I overclocked my BA from 398mhz to 531mhz, I am wondering if when I goto file > exit, it still runs at 531mhz, or it only runs at 531 when the application is opened "minimized", also when I restart my phone its set back to 398mhz unless set to 531 , anyone help?
When you exit PHM, your device goes back to original speed, so does it when you restart (unless you check the 'start automatically' option in settings).
Can somebody explain to me the values from overclock menu in boot menu from 2ndInit?
Thanx

As far as I understand it such a clocking/volting allows you to boot up your system with these settings (they may be picked up pretty early) as opposed to the e.g. SetVsel that applies your setting only after the complete system boot up (and, in case of SetVsel (any others?), a few more tests). Behavior like that may speed up your system boot (there's a lot work to CPU upon system boot up, so if it gains extra power earlier you may feel boot sequence is faster), however may be more dangerous since they may be not stable and cause your phone to FC. Anyone, are there any tests before applying clock/voltage settings by 2nd Init?
Since I've never installed 2nd Init, I don't know what differences are for the user menu. AFAIK the SetVsel gives you more options in more user friendly way.
If you want to reduce the screen delay to 1-3 sec you must:
1) Install seeder as a script (install it manualy by exstracting seeder v7.zip, by pasting the files in the correct places and by setting permitions than at terminal type su, enter, seeder, enter and activate seeder and set it to run on boot)
2) After that you should go to performance and set the min freq to 832 mHz and max to 832 mHz and tick on set on boot
3) Than go to phone→ settings and untick reverse lookup, people lookup and formard lookup
4) You will have to set to 0 window animation scale, transition animation scale and animation duration scale at settings → developer options
5) Than reboot your phone and the screen wake up delay is 1-3 sec than you can turn the screen on just by taping on the centre
6) If you want to reduce screen delay to 0 - 1 sec you must install this moded systemUI2.apk

Use adb instead, and it won't revert back after restart.
Code:
adb shell settings put system haptic_feedback_intensity 0
Hi,
i used this setting, is it not strange that it still works after an hard reset?
Thanks for the tips but it's disabled whole vibration system such as I am not getting vibration when a call received or after the call ends. Is there any way we can only disable vibration while unlocking the phone.
Thanks in advance.

Thank you for this. It actually worked when all the other ways of trying to stop touch vibrations didn't work.
