And i saw this : First, and we’ve said this previously, just because KitKat is touted as being better for lower RAM devices doesn’t mean we will be bringing back support for devices that we’ve dropped in the past. , So i know that out device has 512 MB, but i wanted to ask did cyanogenmod droped support for out phone ???

I currently have both a Nexus 7 (2013) running official MM and a Nook HD running unofficial CM13. The last stable release for the Nook was CM11 and official CM development has stopped. That hardware is almost past its useful life. The Nexus is fine but I would really like a slightly larger screen and an SD card slot so I am looking at used Tab Pro and Tab S 8.4" models. I'm not a fan of Touchwiz so I want something that I can flash Lollipop or MM onto. I know there's a stable release of 12.1 for the Pro but only nightlies for 13 on either model (and no stable CM at all for the Tab S.) So my question is, are any of the current CM releases (or other ROMs) good enough to be a "daily driver?" My experience on the Nook was that stable releases were indeed pretty stable and nightlies were hit or miss. Can I assume the same for the Galaxy Tabs?
FWIW, I use the tablet mainly for FB, Chrome browsing, reading NYTimes and as a book reader (using the Kindle app or FB Reader.)
Thanks in advance for your opinions.
FWIW, just about any of the CM13-based ROMs are very stable. Most of the serious bugs were fixed a while back. You've got several to choose from, and they're more or less all based on 6.0.1_r50-something. I don't think you can lose with any of them.

I have a Tab Pro 8.4 & have been using the latest build of temasek's UNOFFICIAL CM13 & it has been running great. I use my tablet every day for Facebook, G+, XDA, chrome web browser & a few word games, read using the Kindle app or Moon Reader Pro.
I have owned this tablet for a couple of years now & started out with CM 11 on it.
Here's a link to Temasek's rom

I have used LOS 14.1 on both a Moto G (2015) and a Moto X (2014) and am a big fan of this ROM (also used CM 12 on a Nook back in the day.) I recently acquired a used Moto G4 (not plus) for use as my daily driver. I have decided to stick with stock Nougat until LOS 15 is stable. Having not really followed development threads much, I'm curious if there's a typical amount of time from an initial build to a stable ROM. I know there's no exact answer but I wonder if there's a range that often applies. E.g., 3-6 months or 6-12 months or ??
If this is a stupid question, don't call me an idiot, just don't respond!

Heya XDA commuity
ive been looking for days to find a android 12 rom to test fire but havent been any luck. i have the oneplus 3 A3000 is there no support for android 12 on it cause of the hardware?
im also running PixelExperience 11 Plus, the Developer making the rom for this phone dosent seem to be updating it anymore and has the status of PixelExperience 12 in Beta testing but no downloads.
i hope i am in the right area for the oneplus 3 forums
Qualcomm ended the kernel support which means no more stable updates. They could get something that looks like A12 but it wouldnt be stable, example Galaxy S2, has Android 12 but its experimental and really bad battery life.
