dunno about the s2 models, but the pictures for the galaxy note looks like it doesnt provide enough corner protection. when you drop a phone, its 90% likely to land on a corner first, so corner protection is important.

Apart from not having a 'Galaxy Note' label it takes forever to arrive to Italy.

I got the black mesh yesterday. I really like it. Looks good, feels good. Adds about 2mm to total width. I think it covers corners well enough to protect Pretty well, but it does leave the top and bottom and half of each corner exposed. Sure does squelch the accidental hitting of volume and power buttons, which was a major goal. Fits fine into PU "leather" belt case I got.

To my surprise, the bubble case has arrived today...very fast postage, only took about a week
Anyways....here are some pictures and my thoughts about it, comparing to the Nillkin TPU case.
# The black part of the back of the case is actually of hard plastic material, and the grey sides of the case are of TPU. It kind of remind me of the Commuter Series of Otterbox, but instead of being 2 pieces, it's all in one piece. It does feel cheaper than OtterBox though....well...IT IS...
# It fits the phone really well and covers the edges of the screen a bit better than the Nillkin ones.
# I'm not sure if it is because of the hard plastic at the back...but it is actually quite hard to put the case on without feeling that I might somehow scratch the sides of the phone. But if you don't have a habit of taking the case off frequently, it will not be a problem to you. If you do...then...this will definitely cause you some pain.
# I think the dimensions of this case are a bit wider, longer, and thicker than the Nillkin....but NOT that much.
# The unlock and volume buttons are HARDER to press than the Nillkin case
# The glossy back bubble offers great look and also good grip (surprisingly).
All in all...I am very happy with this case...and personally I prefer this one than the Nillkin because of it's cool looks and the mixed of materials of hard plastic and TPU (somehow I think it might provide better protection).
So, anyways...I hope this helps and also hope to hear others opinions soon...

yep mate, sure sounds a great deal.. as the ebay seller wasn't shipping to India, I started searching other sites for thi, and found it at obostore. I have bought stuff from them before, and they are good.
Will upload pics after I get it. Ordered white here so that if quality isnt good, then can order black from the ebay guy if he agrees to ship here.

Zenus Masstige Block Folio Case

Great Case I just got last week. Not too bulky, lightweight and looks great. Talking with the flip closed feels natural and doesn't distort sound. It feels soft to the touch and it has a great build quality. You can tell they took their time making this. The stand is also great because you can adjust you angle easily! I recommend this case!

As I found out yesterday, it's also very sturdy and protects the phone well... I was taking the Note out of my jacket pocket and it slipped out of my hand and dropped to the rough cobblestone street. I was dreading the sound of broken glass, but all that happened was a slight scrape on one of the corners of the case/phone.
It hit the ground on one of the corners, and nothing happened to the glass, even though it bounced pretty hard.
Very impressed.

I been using this case for a few weeks now and i'm very happy with overal quality and design. I purchased it to use as stand while watching videos but it also came out very protective as well. I add some pictures taken by me to guide people who are interested in this case

I also purchased this case so I could have it once I get an At&t Note. I ordered brown and the build quality looks amazing! It will definitely protect the screen. Now I just need to get that white Note to put in there.

Those pics above are good but you forgot a critical part of the case...
Its also a stand! And will be very useful.

I think brown is best choice to go with white Note. Actually i took those pics with my Note itself so I couldn't figure out to take pictures of the case with Note loaded.

Cool! I am getting a White At&t Note and figured it would look real nice with the brown. That black you have is really clean though.
Does it work well and is it stable enough at multiple angles when you use it as a stand to watch videos/movies?

I also came across this case. Though the Tridea diary case looks better than this but it doesnt have the cutout for talking on the phone with flip closed and also no kick stand functionality. So this case seems to be the best bet.
Existing owners can you tell me for how much u bought this case. Currently its on ebay for $27.88. Should I buy it compared to the tridea case and which color?
MOST IMPORTANT: Also does this Zenus case make the camera sink in further than the free flip case which comes with the phone?

I bought the case off ebay for around 28 dollars. Total it was 35 and got here in a week. The camera hole is sunk in so laying it on its back wont allow things to come in contact with camera, its deep enough. I say go with this case!

Hi. Does the elastic band secure the case in a closed position? Also is it durable enough?

yes, the rubber band will hold the case closed very well.
...But how long it will last?
I just recieved the case, today.
I most say, it doesn't look like it will last long or forever.
But still... I think it is a great product.
I'll like the case even with a broken rubber band....

Here's my two cents..
-I recieved this case roughly a week ago and alreaddy the elastic band keeping it together is showing the white elastic inside (got the black cover)
-The stiches where the elastic is stiched into the front cover is widening.
-Very, very bulky.. I thought it would be okay but this makes the phone almost twice as thick. When normally my note slides into my jeans, with this case it had to go into my jacket pocket. Just saying in case you like to carry your note in your jeans pockets.
+It covers every side of the phone
+The grippy area makes it easy to use it as a stand in alot of angles
-Cant give it a 20 degree angle like I could with the SPIGEN SGP Stehen case, so when you're on a desk and want a slight tilt to the note.. can't do it with the zenus case.
Overall: It can't beat Spigen, but then again.. its 15 bucks cheaper.

I actually like my Nexus logo running landscape on the phone like stock. I wonder if they can cut that out?

Since screen protectors usually cover those top and bottom areas, would you basically not be able to take off the screen protector without taking off the skin? Would you even be able to use a screen protector underneath? I feel like it might be elevated.

I have many leather bound books. And my phone smells of rich mahogany.
I couldnt resist. lol

Yes, please post pictures!

Hey guys, got the cover this morning and below is a link to the photos. I haven't put the front face cover on yet but placed it on the phone for the pictures so you can get an idea. The white ash color works well with my white Nexus as it isn't that visible at the seems.
Installation was straight forward and wasn't too challenging. One concern is if I will be able to pop out the sim tray, but will test that when I get home tonight.

Lookds good. How is the feel in the hand? do you feel the edges and all that?

The feel is good. It is less slick than the stock white back, so I don't feel like it is going to slide out of my hand. Also, although subtle, you do feel the grain in the wood which is a nice touch.
Regarding the edges, there is a small seam between the back piece and the side pieces that breaks the continuity but it is something that after some use I doubt I will even notice. The edge of the side that is facing the screen is a bit more noticeable, but nothing too concerning, it is a piece of wood after all.
All in all, it is very well made, I especially like how the single back piece is designed to wrap over the curves of the back plate.

Just bit the bullet on a bamboo front and back for my black N5 will update with a post when it arrives!

How long did it take for them to ship it out for you? I'm a bit anxious, and I ordered it Saturday night and paid for priority shipping, do you think it'd be wrong to expect it by Friday?

I ordered mine on the 5th of February and it shipped on the 12th, which was 5 business days. I didn't do priority shipping and it was delivered on the 15th. When I ordered mine, covers for the white nexus were shipping in 3 to 5 business days which is what I got. I do recall there was a message that said black nexus covers were taking a little longer to fulfill, not sure if that is still the case.

Just installed mine and am very pleased with it. It has a really nice feel even if the edges on the wood are a bit sharp, not too sharp though. I installed the front cover on top of a glass screen protector with zero issues.

FULL Bamboo Case, NOT ORIGINAL! PICS UP!

Found this on Amazon. Couldn't help but order it. Less than $15 shipped and real wood! Received it today. I'm actually quite impressed with it. Forgot to mention, shipping said 14-31 business days but I received it in one week.
Pros:
-Real Wood
-Looks great
-Great fit
-Low Price
-Crafted well
Cons:
-A bit thick. Makes the phone a little bit big (with an already big phone) in the hand.
-Power port cutout is a little small. One of my old cables wouldn't fit.
-Due to thickness, it can be a little tough to reach the power and volume buttons.
-No 'snap' to hold the case together. It just slides, I don't know if it would wear fast or not. There is, however, a metal plan with nobbies on it that help hold it in place.
As promised, here are pictures. The first 2 are with and without flash to get a good look at the wood tone. I think it looks great.

That isn't where it glues together, that is where you snap the case together. Pictures should be up shortly.

Looks like a nice case although the line is very visible. I guess thats better than having a hard snap on case where u have to force the phone to be removed.

Agreed the line is very visible but you have to keep in mine that this is wood, not plastic. Wood can't be molded like plastic, it's crafted.

I'm very interested, does the cover have lips in case you put your telephone face down on the table?
And if you have a 0.3mm tempered glass screen protector?

Using it with a .32mm thick tempered glass screen protector. Lip is big enough to clear my screen protector.

Thank you very much; I've ordered mine too.
I prefer it over the 'original' back cover bamboo case because the original one shows a bit of brown plastic and also I think (the original one) is meant to be used without any cover case to show the beautyness of the bamboo cover.
As this is a true COVER, I think it will protect our phones a bit, and as you confirmed it allows the use of a glass screen protector, I think it's perfect.
I'm a bit concerned because of the mechanism to separate the two pieces of the cover, but I think I won't doubt to glue them together if necessary (as the cover is cheap and the battery is not removable...)

I have had bad experience with slide on cases in the past... Next thing you know you have a nicely straight scratch on your phone. You have to be extra careful putting it on and taking it off. Good looking case tho.

There's a few different places to get it from in UK. Good find. Just waiting till a few people get it and give there opinions

The inside is felt lined. No scratches to date. I've removed it several times.

I am in the same boat. Ships from Hong Kong, but never to Hong Kong. This is pretty darn ridiculous. There must be someway that isn't crazy hard or expensive to get this case into my hands in HK...

I got the same case today. I love it. Looks great and will do a great job protecting it. I was able to trade in my note 7 case for it.

Guys few questios:
Does it feel bulky?
Is it hard to press volume buttons?
Looks shinny, doesn't it?

It doesn't feel too bulky. I really like the size with it on. Volume buttons work great! It is shiny but I like how you can still see through the case to see the v20 on the back.

Agreed! And it isn't slippery!

I almost purchased one last night until I viewed the camera lense protection. It's pretty much flush with the case. With all hand full of v20 camera lense shatters being reported I feel the lense should be recessed a little more.
The case did have fantastic protection around the outside edges. Best I have seen to date for a V20, the phone would literally bounce when hitting the ground.

I got that same case when I bought the phone, I like it a lot and it reminds me of a ringke case (my favorite case maker and my last 3 phones have used them) i noticed that the large cutouts on the bottom actually fit my pinky well when holding the phone with one hand.
I normally wouldn't get a case from the store since they are so over priced compared to online but this phone was too slippery to risk waiting for a case to arrive in the mail.

I just picked up a UAG at my local ATT yesterday. They just got them in. Case is above camera lense at estimated 3/16 of an inch. I like it a lot and not too large. Call around maybe you can go compare at your local ATT and decide which you like best

I got the Ringke ONYX in the mist gray color. It matches the phone well, and protects the camera (my phone took a 5' drop flat on its back onto concrete last night).

Wow I can't believe someone actually got these in stock! I'll definitely check around to see if any att stores have them me.

I got the Ringke Fushion with Smoked Black Bumpers...matches well with the Titan LGV20.

I went with the midnight blue. Feels very secure when holding and color looks good in my titan v20

Where did you get the tech21 case from? I can't find them on Ebay or Amazon? Can you provide a link, please?

Where did you get it from?? I've looking all over for it. It 's not even available on the tech21 website

Tmobile carries it.

I'm late, but I can say that the tech21 case is pretty good. It looks cool, nice to hold, does a good job of protecting the phone. I would trust the Case-Mate Tough I had on my Galaxy Nexus even more, but that thing increased the size of the phone a lot. Fine for a small phone, but with the V20 that would have been way too much. I've also had a Spigen Neo Hybrid on my G5, but that too was flawed. It was slippery and the shape was uncomfortable in the hand... there was a sharp corner.
So the tech21 is perhaps the best case I've ever had.
