Hey guys, I am a maintainer for Validus rom and am looking to build for the optimus G. If any of you guys are interesting in testing the rom for me, please let me know.
Thanks!
Sorry but im unable to test for at least another week. Be sure to use kevs sources and most likely rom will be practically bug free

Neat features - anything i need [emoji1]
I'll sure test it in my sparetime.
@oadam11
i found your ROM and flashed it this morning.
Pretty nice and there are already alot of features implemented.
Unfourtunaly i could only do a short test because it cant recognize my wifi (just like resurection remix - official & kevinjoas). Other wifi networks are listed and i can switch wifi on & off.
First time i flashed rr it found my wifi but couldnt connect. Now it doesent even find it. I got no problems with wifi on DirtyUnicorns, Omni, LiquidSmooth, SlimLP and AOD - all AOSP. Cant fetch a log for this bug but i guess something is missing(lol). Wifi revert zip (JustinXu) also has no positive effect. To bad..
@oadam11
Ok it works now. I flashed alota roms today. After several wifi restarts, switching wifi on&off and leaving my smarthphone next to my router it finally found my network.
No chance to connect in first setup, have no idea why because other roms connect immediatly.
Just to let you know
Your rom looks awesome

Hi there,
I have compiled 3 ROMs for the find7/7a using cm sources. The links are available in my signature. It has already been tested on android-hilfe by a few of my friends as I don't own the device.
Feel free to flash them and let me know your feedback. If all is well, I will create one thread for all 3 ROMs as I maintain too many threads already.
On the other hand, if someone is willing to maintain 3 separate threads, be my guest.
I will be uploading CRoM v7.1 later today. CRoM and BEANSTALK are 4.4.4 builds. AOSB is 4.4.2 which will get updated in a couple of days.
Have fun guys...

Nice!! thx!!
But i have to ask will it support x9077 find 7 QHD? As I have read from Chinese OPPO forum that x9007's rom can not fit x9077
No. Only x9006/9007.

Excellent work mate. I contacted AOSB just yesterday asking for a port - and this is actually the first time I have used it; it looks and behaves a lot like JellyBam. Strange, I wonder if there is any relation?
It will get official recognition with the next build meaning you can use the ota to download future updates, but I will still be building them.

How about a Dirty Unicorn port? Thanks again for your work. I'm loving AOSB
AOSB: MMS fail to send after adding images from stock gallery. It keeps crashing messages. Log and Screen attached
Known issue. All devices have it. Informed Hany..

Not yet. I am taking some time off to port miui for the mega. Aosb v1.3.6 will be up today. You will get a ota notification.

I have the Find7a. I just saw that some drivers were put up a few days ago for the find 7 on their gerrit. Thanks for the heads up mate. How about a codefire x build or lewa os
Its ready to compile if you know how. I just compiled DU for the Mega and its performance is stunning.

The pist I made right after it should have cleared this up but it was not very explanatory. They have not released it yet. See here for gerrit No doubt Chasmodo will just chuck it up on goo.im when it's finished. You could follow Chasmodo on G+ here which will give you gerrit and update posts etc
Not trying to be a PITA, and I know you answered the Find 7 question previously.
I noticed the ROIMS are labeled Find7 vs Find7a. I know that CM has gone to combined nightlies, so I'm wondering if that is trickling through the other ROMs
I was wondering if there are any pipeline developments for a Stable Version of CM11 for the P6.
Am surprised Cyanogen don't officially support this phone yet but just putting a request out there in case someone is working on one as I'm sure i'm not the only one looking for it.

Just refresh the page from time to time, but tonight for sure it will be uploaded if all tests are ok.
Not by me, but @surdu_petru will upload the firmware if he thinks it's stable and good for daily use.

Nice to see you here mate, when i saw your name for the first time here i was like "i remember this name, he was an xperia u/p developer if i'm correct", and i was correct
I've tried your rom, it flashes without problems but it doesn't boot at all.
Here's a logcat i've taken : http://pastebin.com/u7gJgDYJ
I don't know much about building/compiling roms because i'm mostly a kernel developer (i sadly have my own limits even with that), if you need some help you better ask to @Kevinjoa, he's very experienced with this device and also a friendly guy

I would like to to download the sensei kernel but since the download is no longer valid I can't.
So I want to ask if some of you guys have an old download, and want to upload the file and link it?
Thanks in advance
yeah i wanted to ask that too, but maybe it is dead (no longer supported or compatible)
The savior has arrived.

I actually had no idea the Find 7 HAD a custom kernel.. If you don't mind my ignorance, could someone tell me with what ROMs it is compatible with and if it also works on the 7a? Thanks!!
I think its compatible to 5.0.2 roms not sure with 5.1.1 tho.
has issues with wifi etc2
I haven't tried it with lollipop but it worked perfectly in AOSP (4.4.4) ROMS. P.S: My friend had made this kernel. It was posted on XDA & OPPO Forums but since not many people thanked him it was discontinued.

yeah. works on 4.4 up to 5.0.2 aosp roms
but I wish he continued tho. oneplus one kernel is 90% identical to find 7/7s. wish more devs could make kernels and roms to this device but the lack of interest is low
Guys this kernel is alive. It back up and rolling after a long time.

Well, I don't know... it might become official someday, I guess we'll have to wait to see.
So far, this unofficial build is the best option available for me, and I'm using it as my daily driver.
So, if you want, you can enjoy it, or you can simply choose another custom rom and move on...
Btw, in case you didn't know, there was an official build that was discontinued some time ago, you can check the official website for download. But the thread was closed and the rom is probably ''outdated'', so it won't be of any help if you want to report bugs and get support...
