AOSB/CRoM/BEANSTALK for find7/7a - Oppo Find 7 and 7a

Hi there,
I have compiled 3 ROMs for the find7/7a using cm sources. The links are available in my signature. It has already been tested on android-hilfe by a few of my friends as I don't own the device.
Feel free to flash them and let me know your feedback. If all is well, I will create one thread for all 3 ROMs as I maintain too many threads already.
On the other hand, if someone is willing to maintain 3 separate threads, be my guest.
I will be uploading CRoM v7.1 later today. CRoM and BEANSTALK are 4.4.4 builds. AOSB is 4.4.2 which will get updated in a couple of days.
Have fun guys...

Nice!! thx!!
But i have to ask will it support x9077 find 7 QHD? As I have read from Chinese OPPO forum that x9007's rom can not fit x9077

No. Only x9006/9007.

Excellent work mate. I contacted AOSB just yesterday asking for a port - and this is actually the first time I have used it; it looks and behaves a lot like JellyBam. Strange, I wonder if there is any relation?

It will get official recognition with the next build meaning you can use the ota to download future updates, but I will still be building them.

How about a Dirty Unicorn port? Thanks again for your work. I'm loving AOSB

AOSB: MMS fail to send after adding images from stock gallery. It keeps crashing messages. Log and Screen attached

Known issue. All devices have it. Informed Hany..

Have you compiled C-Rom 7.1

Not yet. I am taking some time off to port miui for the mega. Aosb v1.3.6 will be up today. You will get a ota notification.

I have the Find7a. I just saw that some drivers were put up a few days ago for the find 7 on their gerrit. Thanks for the heads up mate. How about a codefire x build or lewa os

Its ready to compile if you know how. I just compiled DU for the Mega and its performance is stunning.

The pist I made right after it should have cleared this up but it was not very explanatory. They have not released it yet. See here for gerrit No doubt Chasmodo will just chuck it up on goo.im when it's finished. You could follow Chasmodo on G+ here which will give you gerrit and update posts etc

Not trying to be a PITA, and I know you answered the Find 7 question previously.
I noticed the ROIMS are labeled Find7 vs Find7a. I know that CM has gone to combined nightlies, so I'm wondering if that is trickling through the other ROMs

It is for the i9505, as the difference between T-Mobile and international is the lib files. I am doing the same thing victorator is currently doing with cm10 nightlies. As victorator is not compiling from source but creating a ported build from the T-Mobile.

[ROM] CMBQ11 (lol) 1 Day Only [April 1st, 2014)

Hey fellas.
Currently working on a ROM Project (yay, right?), and I wanted to see if everything would compile correctly. And, well, it did. So that's pretty chill.
This is literally JUST CM11 with no changes at all. Hence, the 1 day only thing.
Not much else really needs to be said. So, I hope you enjoy it. Perhaps I'll just use this OP as the OP for my ROM Project when that gets finished up.

I'll sure test it in my sparetime.
@oadam11
i found your ROM and flashed it this morning.
Pretty nice and there are already alot of features implemented.
Unfourtunaly i could only do a short test because it cant recognize my wifi (just like resurection remix - official & kevinjoas). Other wifi networks are listed and i can switch wifi on & off.
First time i flashed rr it found my wifi but couldnt connect. Now it doesent even find it. I got no problems with wifi on DirtyUnicorns, Omni, LiquidSmooth, SlimLP and AOD - all AOSP. Cant fetch a log for this bug but i guess something is missing(lol). Wifi revert zip (JustinXu) also has no positive effect. To bad..
@oadam11
Ok it works now. I flashed alota roms today. After several wifi restarts, switching wifi on&off and leaving my smarthphone next to my router it finally found my network.
No chance to connect in first setup, have no idea why because other roms connect immediatly.
Just to let you know
Your rom looks awesome

Interested in porting CM 13

Hello fellow XDA members, I recently purchased a Le Pro 3 and a Le S3 during the flash sale and would like to use Cyanogenmod on my devices. I was wondering if anyone on this forum has ever ported a ROM before as I have not, and only know about the CM porting guide and opensource.le.com for the kernel source. If anyone has any tips or would like to assist me in porting CM13 to the Pro 3 please reply to this thread or PM me. Thanks, and let's hope LeEco releases the source soon!
Love to help but this isn't my department ????. But we should probably see more support in a couple more days once they start arriving here
Just out of curiousity, what exactly had you hoped to achieve with this post? If you're interested in porting, ideally you should at least be able to build a rom (for another pre-existing device)... and then you'll have to hunt down help on the CM forums and then eventually IRC.
Talking about this on XDA is pointless.

The purpose of my post was to see if anyone in the XDA community had experience porting a ROM to a new device, and if they'd be interested in helping me. I have read through a few guides and understanding building a ROM, but am struggling to find what I must "merge." From what I've found so far, I'll need to edit/merge the directories in /system/libs and edit the kernel?

No, it's far more complicated than that. You'll need a copy of the kernel for sure, but you'll also need a device definition. You can use the op3's device as a template, it's probably the best example of an msm8996 device you can have.
You really should be checking into the CM forums. CM people are pretty uppity about not supporting things on XDA. They also don't tend to help. Even as a developer I find it difficult sometimes to get their attention. Your best bet is to go to them if you want their help. Good luck.

Where did you get that information from? They "accidentally" released kernel sources not too long ago and seemingly withdrew it. I got a copy of them and that's what I've been working with. I don't have a device to verify if any of it works.

Not a lot. I've identified the CAF tag the sources are based on and have been working to separate the relevant LeEco mods from the less relevant ones. I've also been attempting to remove the leeco specific things from the drivers that i'm keeping since they're a horrible mess and CM won't be able to make use of them anyway. I've also been finding the appropriate open versions of the drivers and taking the latest ones instead.
The mods from LeEco seem to be a mess, the dmesg output I got from a user on the chinese model (the x720) had segfaults from the modifications just after boot. The logcats are so full of errors I was unable to get the user to send me a full logcat from boot.
Interestingly enough, the chinese system rom looks like it came from a Le Max2. This makes sense since it's LeEco's first msm8996 device, and the Le Pro3 is the second one. I imagine the kernel sources work across a number of the 8996's.
Can you send me the link to where you got the open drivers.
