When I try logging into netflix it will say netflix cannot be started and give me a -116 error. I can clear data/cache and same thing. Uninstalling and reinstalling does the same thing. I don't think it completely uninstalls the app. It just disables it since the app is originally preloaded.

I just started noticing I was having issues with the Play Store, noticed that only Apps, Music, and Magazines were showing up on the first page. When I go to my apps it shows only 22 installed, which is way less than I actually have installed. I go to all my apps and it shows them all installed but it says my device is incompatible.
I've tried clearing the cache, force stopping, reinstalling gapps but nothing has really worked. I'm thinking I may have to do a clean install but was hoping to avoid it.
Any advice on getting around this issue?

Did you try doing what I did and that is in the application section go to play store and choose uninstall updates. . Also I read somewhere that the play store was having issues. .

Thanks for the response, unfortunately it across a lot of apps and really only have the option to just uninstall and then I can't reinstall.
I think I found a work around for now though, have to delete the account and reboot. Then add it again. Seems to show everything installed and lets me actually update now. Unfortunately after exiting the store a couple of times it starts to act up again. Maybe eventually I will get it to work after a few reboots.
Since the Lollipop update Friday, my Amazon Instant Video player has crashed whenever I try to view a video (Error Code: UNKNOWN_ERROR). It worked fine before Lollipop.
I've rebooted, pulled the battery, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, all to no avail.
Does anyone else have this problem and/or have a solution?
(This is the only bug I've encountered with the upgrade.)
I've solved the problem. It seems to have been a consequence of the Google Play Services problem I and others had been seeing (Play Services was crashing when the phone reboots). As others suggested, I cleared Play Services cache/data and solved that problem.
That didn't fix the Amazon Instant Video problem. But when I then reinstalled Instant Video again (I had done so earlier, to no avail, before I fixed the Play Services problem), it worked properly.
Well, this is frustrating. I did a factory reset (wiping the cache from recovery both before and after), and when I reinstalled everything, Amazon Instant Video was crashing again. This time, nothing I've tried has helped (clearing cache/data, reinstalling the app, et.c).
I found the solution on an Amazon forum.
The preinstalled (and unremovable) Amazon app needs to be manually updated by going to www.amazon.com/androidapp and installing the Amazon app from there (it installs the update). Then, download the Amazon Instant Video app from the updated Amazon app.
I have the unlocked US Fire phone running OS 4.6.1. The app store app doesn't work any more. I get a page that says "Looking for something? The web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site." Tried clearing the app's cache. Is this happening to anybody else?
I had this but force quit and cache clear worked for me. Perhaps uninstall updates too and see what happens.

Thanks. Clearing data, in addition to cache, worked for me. I was scared about losing my profile and so forth, but it looks like I lost nothing.
Anyone else having issue with Microsoft OneDrive not working on the OP3? I installed it and seemed like it was gonna be fine but froze and now won't work. I've tried reinstalling, clearing data and restarting but still nothing. Am I the only one?
This is what I keep getting. Freezing up and then crashing.
Little update if anyone is interested. Download OneDrive from Amazon App store instead of regular Play Store and it worked without issue. Weird.
I use GPM on a daily basis. I have uploaded 75k of my own music over the years and do not want to switch services. This morning I got up and went to start playing music as I always do it says "Google Play Music keeps stopping". I cleared the cache, data, uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted the phone, installed the apk from an alternate source, etc. I did some digging in CCSWE and there are some services and receivers that are disabled. I reenable them but they go back to disabling themselves. I'm not mega familiar with reinstalling these things via adb but I assume there is a fix that way. Can someone more knowledgable in this please tell me what I need to do to fix this? Thanks in advance. Note10+, Sprint, Snapdragon, November security patch 9.0.
Are you blocking other apps, using CCSWE, and did you make recent changes to apps blocked?
