Change TWRP Splash Screen - Sprint LG G2

Based on this thread for a materialized TWRP http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/themes/theme-twrp-materialised-dark-light-play-t2915584 Thanks @z31s1g
I have replaced and repacked all the dark splash screens for the latest TWRP 2.8.3.1 @blastagator

Feel free to download and flash. Leave a thanks if you like. If enough people ask I will do the light repack collection also. And will update the TWRP periodically as long as I still have a running PC and a G2 to test on.
So Far have all the accents for this Dark One.

If you have the time... please do the light and dark splash screens for TWRP 2.8.4.0. Your work is greatly appreciated. I personally like light teal. Thanks! Btw i don't think it matters but i have a VS980.

Sure. Didn't think anyone was i using it lol

Can you make these for version 2.8.7.1 please??

this theme is sick nice work is there any chance you could port this one of the stock g2 roms?
Nice theme! I'm loving it so far!
One thing though, is there any way to make the battery status green? I'm not talking about the percentage number from the CM settings, i'm talking about the actual battery icon itself like how it looked in the stock theme?
How do I apply theme...ima noob

Flash it just like how you flash a ROM
I flashed it via Clockwork Mod but the theme ends up being too dark on my phone.
Any way you can port this to deodexed stock rom? Much appreciated.
Wouldn't work
Edit: I figured out wat wuz wrong Thanx..nice theme

Do I need to flash this over a fresh rom?
Sent from my HTC Vision using XDA App
For everyone wondering how to apply a theme.
It flashes like a regular ROM using ROM Manager.
Install ROM from SD card.
You DON'T wipe data and cache. You only need to start fresh if you have already themed the ROM.
ALWAYS BACKUP YOUR CURRENT ROM!
Just in case things don't work out how you wanted.
Thanks very much for this theme. Flashed over the nightly; the only change I had to make was to apply the default Dark CM UI Tweak to make the statusbar/notification text white instead of black (black on black != readable).
Thanks for the feedback guys. Which stock ROM did you guys want a port to?
Sorry, I don't know much about the G2 or its ROMs.
Its an amazing theme, thx for the hard work, makes the G2 have a unique look, love the fly by animations on the lockscreen etc.

I would guess for stock:

Thanks, uploaded the first port for Fastludeh22's OTA Deodex ROM. I used Ryanmo5's Nextheme port as a template, so props to him.
Please report any bugs.
When i try to flash the fastludeh22's version i get an installation aborted... anyone else experiencing this?
i redownloaded the rom 3 times too

Well that was just the first try, I am waiting for some more feedback.
Which recovery do you guys use for the G2?
You need to turn off signature verification.

Flashed yesterday afternoon. Looks great. I experienced one lock up when trying to answer a call. Had tune in radio running so most likely completely unrelated to this theme. We are using clockworkmod recovery. Greatly appreciate your work. This is a great clean look with smooth transitions.

I did check out the Touch COlor, I do not understand with one to use for my phone. I loaded the Touch color 3, It did load but I had a blank homescreen. Nothing on the stauts/ notification bar, NO battery, NO date, Etc..
Can you help?
Nerdii Miro
Use the one that says background with color. Flash it in recovery and let it load. You should be good after that. It's in blue text

Make sure you use the right theme for the from you're using. Personally I like touchOcolor with white text, easier to read.

[RECOVERY] [3/29/15] TWRP 2.8.6.x - TeamWin Recovery Project
TeamWin is proud to present TWRP 2.8.6.x for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (Att)!
Youtube video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RIvWVS_Rkxo
Full TeamWin credits are on the TWRP page on the TeamWin website: http://teamw.in/project/twrp2
Introduction:
Team Win Recovery Project or twrp2 for short, is a custom recovery built with ease of use and customization in mind. We started from the ground up by taking AOSP recovery and loading it with the standard recovery options, then added a lot of our own features. It's a fully touch driven user interface , no more volume rocker or power buttons to mash. The GUI is also fully XML driven and completely theme-able. You can change just about every aspect of the look and feel.
Thank you very much
Key Features:
Touchscreen driven with real buttons and drag-to-scroll
XML-based GUI that allows full customization of the layout true theming!
Settings are saved to the sdcard and persist through reboots
Ability to choose which partitions to back up and which to restore
Ability to choose to compress backups now with pigz (multi-core processor support for faster compression times)
Onscreen keyboard
Decryption of /data
Easy selection of internal/external storage
See changelog below for new features
In addition to the above new features, TWRP features a scripting engine that allows an app to send commands to the recovery for the recovery to perform during startup. We call this scripting engine OpenRecoveryScript. This engine will be put to use immediately in the GooManager app. GooManager will be able to install recoveries automatically for most supported devices. The app will also let you choose to install multiple zips from within Android, wipe cache & dalvik, and run a backup.
We are looking for other talented developers, themers, and device maintainers if they are interested in helping with a free, open source project.

I have been away from xda for over a year and i have a note2 att but usually flash 7105 ROMS. I am way behind as i have TWRP 2.7.2.2. Want to update. I used to dl the zip, go into recovery and flash. Now it says to dl img. I tried several times but only end up with a 5.2 K file when it's supposed to be over 7 MB file. I am trying to go from my current to 2.8.4.0 then to 2.870. I can't get either of my browser's to dl the files. I use Next and Maxthon browers. Help please and id's it correct to dl the img file to flash from recovery? Thank you!!

[Bootanimation+Splash][FLASHABLE] Pixel 2 Bootanimations and logos for MG4/MG4+

So just download, and get to flashing!

Just download the appropriate boot animation and flash through any custom recovery. If you dont have one, use apps like flashify to get the job done.

Through a root file manager, go to /system/media and change bootanimation.zip to bootanimation.zip.bak and then flash whichever pixel 2 boot zip you fancy.
-TO RECOVER BACKED UP BOOT ANIMATION-
Again through a root file manager, go to /system/media and delete bootanimation.zip. Now rename bootanimation.zip.bak to bootanimation.zip.
Downloads-
Light version- Download!
Dark version- Download!
Disclaimer- IM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO YOUR DEVICE BECAUSE OF THIS ZIP. YOU CHOSE TO FLASH IT!

Here I am with Pixel 2's flashable bootanimation and logo in one single zip file to minimize hassle.
It is already tried and tested, so dont worry. Special thanks to @abhijeetbohra for testing.
Instructions - Well its pretty simple, Just dark or normal Pixel2[Boot+Splash]-MG4.zip through twrp, wipe cache, reboot to system. THATS IT.
TO BACKUP YOUR CURRENT BOOTANIMATION,
Through a root broweser, go to /system/media and change bootanimation.zip to bootanimation.zip.bak and then flash whichever pixel 2 zip.
Included in the .zip - BOOT LOGO AND BOOTANIMATION.
Credits - @fosser2 - for the stock pixel 2 bootanimation.
@TECHNO_THUNDER for dark bootanimation.
DARK VERSION IS HERE! ENJOY!
Guys i know the quality of the dark version isnt that good. Its difficult to get it better by editting every picture individually. I will try to release a better version in near future.
Heres a video which shows the boot animation in the beginning.

Yeah. This isnt limited by android versions until the path of some of the files have been changed.
In stock 7.0, the G covers all the screen on the boot animation, if you could fix it it will be perfect, I tried on the RC-1 of InvictaO and worked fine, great work sir.
