So I've been using handcent for sms and been getting this APN setting error. Even in putting the APN manually still gives me the error. Anyone run into this issue using handcent?

So on stock ROM with the stock messaging app it wouldn't work. I would hit "Download"...then I would see the "Downloading..." message and that was it. I downloaded Pansi SMS and everything worked well with that.
Now I'm on CM10, and downloading pics from my friends, whether I'm using the default messaging app, or Pansi, it just stays stuck on "Downloading..."
Can anyone help me out with this?

I'm trying to use chomp SMS app. SMS works. But when I try to send a mms it says check apn settings. Ive looked for it everywhere. Any advice??

For chomp it should be settings>mobile carrier settings>MMS network settings>APN settings

Im on 4.3 stock deox rooted rom. I flash it to Verizon and need to set apn setting up. But I can't find apn settings anywhere. Even tired set it up in hangout and it won't save. Have apn setting been removed or is it this rom
Go to your dialer and enter ##DATA# (##3282#). This should bring up the hidden menu function. Tap edit, and enter your six-digit MSL. You'll find all the apn settings you should need here.

Hit the three dots in the apn page and restore defaults
Tried to restore default as well. Didnt seem to fix anything.

Then that would be your AT&T Network issue i would call them and tell them about your issue!
