Camera app
After updating to RC11 I didn't have an stock camera app. If you don't,download the google camera zip from the post with all the gapps,extract it and install the apk from system\app,then it'll work
Should there be an stock camera app?

Bluetooth won't connect
Hi,
I run cm11 rc13 on my gio. I paired it with my tablet. I can send and receive files.
However, the connection won't stay. This is frustrating because I want to use my phone to smart unlock my tablet.
Is this a known bug, or am I the only one experiencing it?

I think Gio doesn't support ext4
As the title says,I can't seem to make my Gio running RC11 To make my sd-card an ext4 partition,the recovery makes it ext3 even do selected ext4. Any support? Need it for space issues

Using Cast Screen
Hi;Can any one Use Cast Screen in this rom? I Have a LG Smart TV and For use cast Screen First Should Conect to TV via WIFI Direct But This rom Hasn't WiFI Direct! Can anyone advise what should I do? (Sorry for Bad English!)

Can't get this install working - stuck on the blue CM logo after flashing..
Doing a wipe after the flashing causes the phone to hang one step earlier - with the Samsung logo.
- CWM 6.0.5.3.
- CM11 4.4.4 RC13 / RC14 (both give same problem)
- Flashed from stock ROM (A 2.3.7)

a2sd darktremor in cm11
Anyone has got a2sd darktremor working with cm11 Rom? After Installing referring steps from many installation guides, used 2.7.5.3 beta04 script with ext4(512mb) partition, when i do an a2sd check it says
Segmentation fault

/system/bin/bash: /system/bin/launcha2sd: No such file or directory found

I have the same issue, have you come across a fix? Also, where did you download your stock ROM from? I can't find any links that work anymore! I have found one, but its all in a language I cannot read! :S

Once your update comes out, do I need to factory reset before flashing?

From android version 4.4.2 to aosp 5.0
I have a rooted, bootloader unlocked, with TWRP nexus 7 2013 (32gb wifi) running android 4.4.2 but have not installed a custom rom till date. Now if i want to flash a custom rom such as this one forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2510141(android 5, while my nexus is on 4.4.2), all i have to do is download the rom from the link given in the instructions and flash it via TWRP. From what i understand from the instructions, it doesnt matter what my tablets kernel number etc is, all i have to do is flash it via TWRP. Or is it that the new kernel is included with the flashable zip file, that i am to download.
Any input or advice is appreciated.

I have the newest bootloader and TWRP.
Running this with the elemental x (3.03) kernel.
Flashed scrosler's rooted stock lollipop rom first. Runs very well.
Tried Liquidsmooth, but it wasn't very... smooth yet.

Is there no encryption on this ROM? I had the same issue on kk builds.

i want to flash your ROM and it installed normally but after reboot the Tablet didnt start it only boot into Download mode and i also cant connect with odin because the treiber installation failed everytime What should i do ????!!!!!

At times, when I install something and the first boot doesn't work, I hold down the power button until the device turns off. Then I turn it on again and surprisingly, often it boots normally. Worth a try anyway...

When flashing the rom it's giving me "Error flashing zip '/sdcard/STOCK-ROOTED-DEODEXED-4.4.2-P5200(fixed).zip'
and before that when it's checking for MD5 file....
after that comes " Skipping MD5 check : no MD5 file found"
I wiped the device completely before doing all this. Please assist.

data is working just fine on my side.

Anyone able to root the device, everything else works fine for me along with twrp but the root app keeps saying binaries not updated

I believe it is because a new kernel has to be generated in the boot.img with permissive mode turned off. Once that is flashed then root will work properly.
@QA Bot could you please change the build number from "m" to "t" for me in the first post. I do not want people getting confused.

Root is working with latest chainfire app and element fix kernel.

I too have successfully obtained root using Chainfire's AutoRoot for DEB 4.4.4 (NOT the one for FLO 5.0); everything is working mighty fine so far.

hey, i has just install rom, but when i connect my laptop, it don't have MTP conect, so now, i can't flash a new rom because my laptop don't receive my nexus 7 via USB, what should i do next?

AOSP Nexus 7 LTE (2013) Building from Source - Driver?
EDIT: Moved this to a separate thread as this is for an outdated version.
I'm just learning to develop from AOSP right now, I've done some modifications in the past but want to learn to build AOSP roms from source.
I've gone through and setup my build environment, downloaded source code for 5.0.2_r1 and downloaded the proprietary drivers and extracted them into a vendor folder within the root of the source tree. When I build the ROM I don't get any errors, but I get a boot loop.
I've tried using the 4.4.4 drivers for Deb, as well as the beta drivers, and both produce the same result with the boot loop. Can anyone provide me any guidance on building this or if there is customization required to get 5.0.2 to work on Deb? I know there are ROM's out there and Fosser has build a 5.0.2 stock AOSP rom, but I can't figure out how to get it to boot. Everything seems correct right up to the point of booting after fastboot loading the device.

To resume using your phone you must perform a factory reset. When you set up your phone after reset, you'll have an opportunity to restore any data that was backed up to your Google account.
Is it possible to get this rom working or I will have to switch back to my stock rom?

Most stable and beautiful rom for cooper. How match time i lost with other roms, and i always go back to him.
Just one Q?: can someone port S3/S4 caller screen from Cooperve ROM "TouchWiz-Resurrection V9.5"? looks amazing.

i got my phone bricked with this rom. Do we need to partition the sd card beore installing it. Which verison of clockwork mod have you used for this installation?
