you need to compile apktool from source in order to make it work. They've patched the code, but no new official version since then.

Use Tickle my Android works good and they do have the updated tool to decompile lollipop and Stock SystemUi.

just download one of the rom G3 stock based and extract them from there or flash kickoff theme...
mine are themed by me, I don't think you are interested...

I dont have lg I just need for theming so I dont know many things about g3
No mine is themed... But if u download the cloudy g3 inside you can find the original one

Just download this rom, the systemui.Apk will be in system/ priv app/ LGSystemUI, settings will be also in priv app

Hi guys I have an F460S G3 and I'm trying to look for the settings apk file and the G3's stock dialer apk. I don't know their exact file names and directory.
Can someone please tell me what they're named and point me to where they should be if I was to look for them from inside my phone and also from a G3 rom I downloaded? Thanks in advance.

wallpapers are usually found in the systemui apk or in the framework-res apk which are found in the priv-app folder, use 7-zip or another zip utility to unpack the apk then search for "wallpaper"
sometimes if its a stock rom it will be in a similar file such as "lgsystemui.apk" or lge-res.apk or framework-res.apk etc

Don't need decompile. Just intall RootBrowser - it has option to view app inside without decompile. When you find what you need just extract.
The question is in the title.
So can take the system ui of LG G5 to launch on the K10...??☺?☺?☺?
We have to port it: decompile adapt code and images, then re-compile it again.
