Hi, i am trying decomplie LG G3 SystemUI.apk but failed. Is anybody success with it? Have a solution?

you need to compile apktool from source in order to make it work. They've patched the code, but no new official version since then.

Use Tickle my Android works good and they do have the updated tool to decompile lollipop and Stock SystemUi.
