Since i bought moto 360 navigation won't work. I tried to reset my watch many times. I even reinstalled Conect apk and Android Wear many times. Also I deleted Chach for booth aplications. But i keep geting notification on my moto 360: check your phone to continue!?!?!
I use galaxy s4 running official kitkat, i updated my 360 to 5.0.1. and i'm using latest google maps (9.2.0) on my s4.
So I was wondering did anyone expiriens same problem? and is there a way to fix this bug?

Hi everyone,
The music controls weren't working on my moto 360, so I wiped the watch. Now, the apps won't install on the watch ; it installs correctly on my phone but nothing goes on the watch. Already wiped three times and uninstall/reinstall everything on my phone. I'm using a Galaxy S5.
Anyone has an idea ?
Thanks
You can rescync All apps from Android wear. However, it doesn't show the sync progress but give it some time and it will do it in the background. Your Moto360 will drain some batt, so have your charger nearby.
I've updated to the new Connect app, and the app on the phone works fine, but none of the new features will sync to the watch. I've tried restarting the watch, resetting the watch, uninstalling and reinstalling both Android Wear and the update to the Connect app (on a Moto X, so I can't fully uninstall Connect).
Anybody seeing this? Maybe I need to do all that in a particular order?
I am having the exact same issue. Using a Moto X 2014. The app updated and works on thr phone but none of the new features will sync
In the same boat as well...
Same with me. Running lg g3. I've read the issue is the phone that your 360 is connected with. Some people paired their 360 with a different phone and then the new watch faces finally appeared. But once they would try to pair their 360 back to their current phone, the watch faces would still not show.
No problem here on my Nexus 5
you won't see anything different on the phone after the motorola connect update in terms of the Body app. However, if you go into the start menu on the watch itself, you should see moto body features such as calories, steps, heart activity, and heart rate. hope this is helpful.
Won't work on my S4 either, tried everything. Bummer!!!
Works fine with my s4. Try restarting phone?
ditto
Same issue on my moto x 2013. Can't do anything to get them to show up. Done everything short of a hard reset on the phone
same here, nexus 5 on lollipop
I had the same problem. I use it with my Nexus 5 running an AOSP Lollipop Build.
Solved it by uninstalling the Motorola Connect App and reinstalling. After that everything new appeared on the 360.
Hope this helps :good:

Many thanks this worked for me. I was dreading having to do a factory reset.

This is embarrassing - I have had the Moto 360 for a few weeks, and it has been working fine. I could view the Keep app and view the lists on my 360 just fine.
Recently (I think after the recent Keep app update from the play store to my Nexus 6), the keep app no longer shows up on my Moto 360. I've performed a factory reset on the 360, and paired it again, and have also tried reverting back to previous version of keep on my N6. No difference. (I've rebooted both devices).
I'm getting other notifications just fine. Any suggestions?
(when I use ok google to take a note from the 360, it tries for a couple of seconds, and then tells me to use my phone instead)
(N6 is stock/rooted)

I had the same issue, though not from updating. Picked up the 360 last week and my first install was like this. Reset the Moto 360 / reinstalled keep on the nexus 6.
I too factory reset my phone shortly after getting the watch and this along with the reset of the watch solved the keep program from not opening on my watch.
I again had the same problem after reinstalling a custom rom, I reset the moto again and reinstalled keep on the phone and I am good to go with keep.
Weird - I tried those steps (except for factory reset of the phone), and it didn't help. Hoping to not have to factory reset the phone
Thanks for the suggestion though
Hi there,
I'm having a quite strange behaviour after I updated my Nexus 5X to Nougat. Wear notifications are not reaching my Moto 360 2nd gen. However after I restart the phone this issue gets fixed for a while.
Things I've done:
Before updating to Nougat, I factory reset my Nexus 5X
Factory reset my Moto 360
Review notification settings and make sure they are not blocked
Anybody else with this issue?
Thanks! :highfive:
FYI just discovered that it has to do with the Bluetooth. Connecting / disconnecting from the Moto 360 instead of restarting also works.
I recently started wearing my galaxy watch that I've had for a couple years and I have a rooted stock OnePlus 9 pro on the latest firmware and version and the watch initially connected to my phone and did the whole set up, got notifications and everything then I opened the wearable app and it's now giving me an issue with needing to update the watch plugin but when it goes to the playstore it only gives me the option to uninstall is the update only for Galaxy phones? Anyone know of a way to fix it?
