The latest, but it doesn't work for me in any browser I have tried.
I used this on my TF201, but haven't tried it yet on the new Nexus 7: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1933179
Latest works fine for me using stock browser, obviously not in Chrome.

to use flash, i use firefox with phony addon in firefox desktop mode , works on hockeyfights.com videos! but i think firefox is a cpu/battery drainer browser though, i'd rather have flash work with boat browser

Try with boat browser. Settings -> lab -> fullscreen settings -> both off

Flash works flawless on my N4, it works half assed on both my N7 and N7 (2013) sites freeze up all the time. AOSP browser. Is there something i can do about this? Hows it running for u guys?

uuuum sorry, but you can just download an use the flash player apk from the adobe website... i'm wondering why you post this here.
Does anyone know how to install adobe flash so that it works with the google chrome browser?
I installed it from the adobe site and it works great with stock browser but not chrome.

Chrome doesn't have the proper plugin support. It will not work
When I had my s5 I was able to view videos via flashplayer now when I click on link nothing happens however it works with fire fox but it's not that friendly to use.
use uc browser hd it is great with flash player and download the last flash player 11 apk from google
