This thread is intended for any improvements and modifications, that make the mobile look better and also perform better. As an initiative, I'm adding a tweak.
1. Font Changer
-> Download Font Changer(root) from Google Play Store.
After installing, you can change the font of entire system.
Donate version allows adding new fonts.
You can download thousands of fonts( .ttf format) from Google.
Its really looking great.
2. Adobe Flash Player
As our mobile doesn't get adobe flash support,
install the adobe flash player ARMV6 format.
You can find it by Googling. Works fine, atleast for default browser.
I installed "Live cricket TV in HD" app from market and with this flash player support, streaming is perfect

Hello,
i've got a problem with watching streams on my XPERIA Play.
If I open the browser on my phone (doesnt matter which browser), it downloads a .m3u8 file (the livestream URL i guess) on my SD Card.
I cant play that file with my media player, either i cant find a player who can run it.
Is there a solution for this issue? I dont have ICS on my Xperia Play. Current Version is 2.3.4 Build 4.0.2.A.0.42
So, how can i watch those kind of livestreams?
When I had my s5 I was able to view videos via flashplayer now when I click on link nothing happens however it works with fire fox but it's not that friendly to use.
use uc browser hd it is great with flash player and download the last flash player 11 apk from google
