[Q] factory reset with each flash of a phone? - Sony Smartwatch 3

I read today that you need to factory reset your watch to connect it to another phone (that includes also flashing new rom on your host device). Is it really an only option?
it would be quite a pain for regular flasher

[Q] Factory Reset Bootloop

Hello, all. I've had this problem for about a year, but I just kind of put the KF away once I got it replaced instead of fixing it.
Last year, I put my KF into a softbrick, factory reset bootloop. On boot, the KF warns:
Your Kindle has detected a problem and must clear App storage. The recovery process will erase some apps and data from your device.

The rest is the generic factory reset info. Press power to proceed. This looks like it goes through the process, restarts, and just boots back up into this message. Thus, bootloop. I've tried looking up others with the same problem, but no one has had the same one I mention. I don't have a custom bootloader or TWRP.
As for what caused this, if i can remember correctly I was having trouble with google apps permissions and changed a folder in /system/ to something else. The fire freaked out and I rebooted it. The above has happened ever since. So the only modification is being rooted. I've tried getting access to adb, but it hasn't listed the device. Maybe I installed the drivers wrong or something, but I didn't mess with it for long because I don't like being in Windows if I can help it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Not in too big of a hurry, though, as I have a Nexus 7 currently. ^.^
Get a factory cable to force it into fastboot so you can flash a new bootloader and twrp , then flash a new rom. You can also attempt to race it to factory reset and reset it some have success.

I knew about fastboot, I should have mentioned. I just don't have the money to spend on one currently. What do you mean by attempt to race it to factory reset and reset it?
Just what I said you have just a little time to race to settings and factory reset it before it fc`s and shuts down some people manage to pull it off.

[Help] I9250 gets stuck on "Google"-screen

Hello,
I've been searching for a while now to solve my problem, but I haven't found anything yet and hope that you might be able to help me here.
My Galaxy Nexus doesn't boot anymore, it get's stuck everytime on the "Google"-screen. I haven't done any updates or anything else. The last night it was working I just switched to flight mode and went to sleep, leaving it with about 70 percent of battery. The next morning it didn't turn on and when I connected it to the charger, it showed me an empty battery and started charging as usual.
However, I'm running the phone in stock with the latest official update (Jellybean 4.3.1 Yakju Maguro I guess) and I haven't done any custom changes like rooting, unlocking etc.
It's still possible to access ODIN mode and the bootloader. I tried with cache wiping and reboot system, but it didn't work.
I have important personal data on the phone, which I can hopefully recover. That's why I didn't try the hard reset yet.
My computer still recognizes the phone when I connect it via USB. It just doesn't show up in Windows Explorer, so I can't transfer any data this way.
If you have any idea, how to recover my data and to rescue my phone I would be really grateful.
Thanks for any help and advise.
Search up for Google factory images and try to reinstall using the guide on their page

I think it's in bootloop. Try flashing the stock ROM through fastboot using CMD.
It worked for me.

Do you have any links with further instructions for me?
How about my personal data on the phone? Is there still a chance to recover it when I use this method?
Thanks.
I'm still looking for a solution...
I tried to flash with wugfresh Nexus toolkit, but it's not possible since the bootloader is locked.
Is there any way to get access to my personal data such as pictures???

[Q] LG G4 H811 Stuck in Recovery (TWRP) Loop

I was running the latest version of TWRP and a rooted version of the LG G6 port. Everything was stable and worked fine. So I was ready to give it back to its owner who I had modded it for. I went into the settings menu of the phone and did a standard factory reset to remove my account that was logged in so I could test the phone out before giving it to the owner. well when it finished resetting and rebooted, its been stuck in a boot loop ever since.
Tried just clearing both Dalvik Cache and Cache, to no avail. Tried Reflashing the rom and starting over. Still nothing. Tried flashing a different rom. Still nothing.
So what else can I try? and also if its the only thing I can do, rest it all the way back to stock factory everything. How do I do that on this phone. What program do I need and what files. and whats the steps to complete the process.
Thank you in advance for all help that is given
i factory reset in twrp and turned on developers options after first boot then reflashed twrp i always forget backup lol or delete it or use kdz you flashed before anyway i can help i will if you still need
if you have tried to flash the same custom rom or another is still not working, flashes with the program "lg up", you will need a kdz file, and the corresponding drivers. if with that you can not watch this tutorial before doing anything.
if you have a backup made with twrp, it flashes again.

during this process you will have to disassemble the back of the phone, (plastic) you do not need to remove the motherboard completely from the phone, anyway if you can enter download mode try with lg up tool.
if you need help around here we are.
Well now in the process of trying to fix it. The phone bricked and will no longer turn on at all. Is there anyway to fix this ?

Can you get into download mode?
Also, it's possible you have been hit by the bootloop

Bootloop after disabling settings app. S20

I got into a bootloop after disabling the settings app from the terminal emulator, using the command pm disable, am rooted using magisk. Now it is telling me to enter safe mode, but the safe mode is completely unusable. Anyone can tell how to undo so it boots up normally, besides factory reset
Bummer. If nothing works you could go to recovery and wipe phone clean from there. You'll need to look up the button combo to go to recovery, don't recall myself.
Can't believe you decided to proceed even people told you your device will brick. Nothing you can do other than factory reset your device from recovery. You also can flash ROM via odin. Next time listen to others. Otherwise, don't even ask in the first place
