Apparently the problem is the same even if I use a Sense ROM (here I'm using Android Revolution HD)
I have posted the question in CM10 thread but i did not get the answer. My question is how to get working 3g on ArcS at roms like CM10.On stock based ROM we have settings/Xperia/Download internet and MMS settings and 3g is working wit out problems. My problem is when i install ROM like CM10,at settings menu there is no part for XPERIA/Internet and MMS settings, and my data is not working. And if someone can give me a link to download working/supported/compatibile onscreen buttons fo CM10.Thanks and sorry for my bad english
Try this https://play.google.com/store/apps/...esult#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEsImNvbS50d2Vha2tlciJd
If not you have to do it manually in settings :fingers-crossed:

The "best ROM" is subjective. Try them all and find out which is best for you.
Edit: Make sure you make a backup in your recovery before you try these out, so if something goes wrong you can restore back to where you are now.

Hello meekrawb!
I am sorry for my inexperience, I have a dout.
The function of these rons above is the same that I have installed on my T9889? In the other words, I have installed the Cyanogenmod, this rons will replace the CM10?
Thanks!

Yes, if you flash a ROM it will delete Cyanogenmod 10. If I were you I would just stick with what you have. Unless you really have to have service mode.

Ok! I understood... Let me see if you could help me again...
I want acess the Service Mode because a found a tutorial teaching how to increase the mic sound.
My Problem is: When I call for another person, they say to me that the sound of my calling is far longe.
I'm using UVMC6 Radio with the noise supress activated.
What do you think?
Thank you!
Embryo doesn't support service codes. Its dialer will allow entry but the display won't work.
I am interested in this as well. It seems to me that there should be a command-line function for this available through a terminal emulator, but I haven't found it.

You can try blocking the microphone on the top of the phone. Or you can flash a different kernel. You have to make sure it is the right kernel for your ROM though.
Direction to the solution
O.K i will give you a direction. hopefully someone will help both of us.
I have the same problem, from my searches that is a known problem at T989.
i found a solution to increase the mic sensitivity, that should be at the phone menu but with CM all the Samsung MMI codes doesn't work.
The only code with CM from what I know is *#*#4636#*#* but I didn't find there a Mic option.
So i looked for a way to change it, and i found that there is a way with the app Android Terminal Emulator, but i didn't find the command that change it (at our phone the number should be changed from 90 to 110).
Maybe there is another way to do it but that what i have found till now...
As i said i hope some one will be able to help both of us because this issue is frustrating
i can't add sources because i'm a new user (my first post).
