Keyboard: Is it possible to enable auto-correct?

When we type, it shows predictive words, but is it possible to turn on auto-correct feature? When I type "Im", I want it to automatically correct it to "I'm" without having to click on the suggested word "I'm". Thanks!

try Ai Type keyboard

But u will lose alot of options correct? The Samsung is the only keyboard that works well when using multitasking. Also handwriting recognizing ability

I also tried to look for auto correct in the samsung keyboard. Didn't find it. I use swiftkey. It has best prediction I've tried.

Enable 'continuous input' (Swype more or less) and when entering text using continuous input, auto-correct works.

The hong Kong firmware has it. LJ4. Its a chinese keyboard but has full english option

I like it as it is. It has stopped some very embarrassing auto correct inputs I used to get earlier with my Note1.

Use the new Android keyboard 4.1.2 available in themes and apps section of this forum.

You can do, that, but you lose 90% of the S-Pen input.

I was able to mod my keyboard to
1. change the long press delay and
2. add auto-correct

Found this thread.
There are 2 zip files and 1 .apk file. The apk is for international roms. Couldn't get the apk in this thread to work on CleanROM Ace since it's based on an international version of JB.
Just click on my link and...
Copy the apk file to system/app, make sure permissions are set to rw-r-r and reboot (in case you're a noob like me.)

Hi,
I am looking for a keyboard with top row numbers like in note 2 or s4.
I have downloaded optimus g pro keyboard. but i think samsung keyboard is better.
If there is better, that you'd know. Please reply to the thread!

Have you tried using the apk for the Samsung keyboard?
That might work.
After all, the AOSP keyboard works on all the devices I've used.
EDIT: Nah, I just tried to no avail.

im having a problem with hyperion where I cant change any warning messaged box ticks like keyboards. debugging usb. and all that. any idea how to fix that? p.s I hate the Samsung keyboard -.-

what version of the hyperion you are using , if u hate samsung keyboard try use swiftkey keyboard

Depends. What's your current keyboard? And it'll probably only use RAM when you're actually typing something. I think, don't quote me on that
