[Q] Updating rooted t320 - Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, 10.1, 8.4 Q&A, Help & Trouble

So I got my tab pro 8.4 this morning and managed to root it with towelroot without tripping Knox or any other issues. Is it safe to update after rooting or will it lose root and make it impossible to root without triggering the efuse?
My current version is 4.4.2 and I'm guessing the update is for 4.4.4. I have attached a screenshot of build number etc.

[Q] Update Question

So if you have a rooted S4 on stock. are you still able to update your S4 (samsung updates) without losing your root access?

Keep losing root access.

Hi everyone I installed a pre-rooted 4.1.2 on my samsung galaxy s3 i747m, A few weeks ago I lost my root when I turned off the phone. When I started it back up my SuperSU was gone and when I run root checker it tells me that I do not have root. So I used a CFroot and rooted again, which work to root my phone, But sporadically I lose root and Supersu is removed. Is there anyway to fix this or a way to figure out what is causing my problem?

[Q] How to update after rooting without triggering KNOX?

I have a danish P605 tablet and successfully rooted it with RDLV without triggering KNOX - the name of the rooted firmware is "P605XXUAMJ2_P605OXAAMI7_P605XXUAMJ1_HOME.tar.md5". There are further updates available, but due to rooting it, it does not want to update OTA any more - and this is in spite of having KNOX still at 0x0.
How can I get the latest firmware on my device without triggering KNOX? Can I repeat the RLDC process with the latest firmware from samsmobile, or can I even install that one without repeating the RLDC process? Can I get the OTA process to work somehow? I tried to temporarily disable SuperSU, but that didn't seem to help...
Please advise, thank you!
