Once you flashed Viper 2.3.3.0 did you have to edit the build.prop etc as described in the official thread? Thanks
Never mind...I got it installed.

Best audio booster Verizon Gnex?

I just got my Gnex two days ago and it's on stock 4.0.4, rooted & unlocked, w/cwm touch recovery installed. My question: is there an audio boosting app that anyone can recommend for an audiophile? Thanks in advance for the help!

If you really want that Beats experience, recommend AwesomeBeats. Just flash via recovery and good to go! But I dunno if it works on stock ROM..
Is awesome beats a Mod or part of a custom Rom?

The one and only thing I miss from my droid charge is the Voodoo Sound enhancements god those were so good.
I've tried the DSP Manager and Beats upgrades but it doesn't seem to do anything, do these work through apps like spotify or only stock??

Volume+ update will be released soon I heard.

AT&T ROM on Tmobile phone.

I was wondering if we could flash an AT&T ROM on our Tmobile phones and would it have any drawbacks? Can I still get full 4G? I don't care about WiFi calling.

hehe my thoughts exactly. These att roms will work on tmo. Anyone tried Sprint roms yet?
I've got the other case -- an unlocked AT&T GSIII and I'm on T-Mobile. Any problems loading up my AT&T phone with a T-Mobile ROM? How about a T-Mobile radio? Never mind, started my own thread, no need to derail this one...

Yep Sprint roms work the same, Verizon don't work yet because they have a sim verifier I haven't located yet. Forgot to mention, some AT&T and sprint roms do have carrier specific apns-conf.xml's but can be replaced with one from ours with ES file explorer. So that means no data, but most work out of the box. Be careful.

No to the radio question, you use the one you have installed. Factory reset, then wipe cache partition, then in advanced, wipe davlik cache. That's it, next flash rom.
As for a list,
I love Aristodemos, using a modified version daily.
Kyan rom is nice.
Ariel,
Triune,
blazer,
and Miui all work well from AT&T.

Play custom battery sound when low?

Anyway I can set a custom sound I got off Zedge when my battery gets low? Using CM 10.1 nightly..

New update, May 2013, from Rogers

Anyone have any info on this update. I updated yesterday, but no version increase. I'm thinking it's just tweaks.

Thanks!

Just bought it!!!!

Hi guys,
Just bought this a half hour ago. I have the G2 so I already know I want to root it. What should I do? I haven't turned it on yet. I'm guessing it will OTA once I do. Is that bad? Should I root beforehand? Any advice is welcomed!
Just turn it on, it wont take the OTA unless you tell it to.
Cool. I heard you can use ioroot 25 with 4.4.2. So I'm upgrading and I think I'll root then.

That method worked for me. Tablet is now rooted and TWRP custom recovery 2.7.0.1 installed successfully. Can't get any ROMs to work well, but I already have a thread on that, so I won't hijack this one

I know I could, I just don't know what's safe to freeze and what isn't. I know there's a Malladus 4.4.2 coming and I think Jakeday debloats it a little.

Oh it runs great. I just left it stock with root so I could back up apps and whatnot. And get rid of ads.
