Try restoring with stock rom.
1. download the latest firmware (http://lg-firmware-rom.com/)
2. Follow the below thread for the steps to install it.

Had the same problem too, but every method I tried didn't work. So I used the warranty for LG and they're repairing/replacing the phone. You need to email or talk to a LG representative.
The only thing you have to pay is shipping and the rest are free.

I have the same issue (hard bricked g3) but this definitely isn't under warranty, I got it from a friend cause I figured it'd be soft bricked, but nope it's completely unresponsive, besides QHSUSB__BULK
Ummm, tried formatting what? There is factory reset, restore, but formatting?
Did you try KDZ flash or TOT flash?
If one fails, try the other.
KDZ wouldn't work for me, but the TOT flash method worked like a charm to flash my D852.
If you can see ANYTHING at all on your screen, recovery menu, download mode screen, anything at all, then it's very likely your device can be fixed.
But if you can't see anything whatsoever on your screen, like no recovery screen, no download mode screen ect then it's hard bricked and must be repaired by the hardware vendor.
EDIT: Here are a few other common reasons for failed flashing:
1. Make sure you're using the LGUnitedMobileDriver
2. Try a different usb port (front and rear usb ports can act dramatically different from eachother).
3. Try a different usb cable.
4. Try a different computer to flash.
I just got my phone repaired from LG and I recieved it two weeks after I sent it the phone to LG. They repaired my phone but they deleted everything

Hi.
If you have tried the Hard Reset and it did not work then I have to ask you if you are still under shop or LG Warranty. If you are take it back.
It may seem obvious to you my reply but it is so. If you can return it you do not want a problematic phone right?
However:
If you do not have the Warranty any longer then your best and perhaps only solution is to flash with a computer <preferably windows 7> a KDZ or TOT+DLL file. This will flash the LG stock firmware back into your phone and eliminate this issue and make it like when it first came out of LG factory.
Be careful to READ and understand very well this process. YOU MUST choose the correct KDZ or TOT file for your model. If you flash the wrong file for your model...goodbye LG G3! Do not be in a hurry until you completely understand the whole process.
Below is a link to an XDA thread where you will find LOTS of help in doing this. The OP of this thread @hyelton is a really nice and helpful guy and has helped thousands of people. Just head over to the thread, first READ the OP and then post your questions and you will get help.
If you have no Warranty do this. Be patient and YOU WILL get your beloved G3 fixed.

Good luck.

Use LG Bridge. Start the program, connect the phone. LG bridge should see your phone and will ask you to fix it's software. So you wait till it is downloaded and reflashed and after 1/2 hours (because of the slow software downloading speed to LG servers) your phone should get fixed ! I bricked my phone too firstly and then fixed it this way. Good luck !
If you're suffering from the boot-loop hardware failure then you may as well send it back to LG while it's still in warranty. I had to send mine back and was without it for a week, but at least it won't happen again... especially as I'm selling it now!
Hadn't even heard of the bootlooping problem the 505 serial numbers are plagued with until last night. Got really hot, turned it off, did all the telltale "optimizing apps" thing, and now nothing.
I'm rooted on 10B and it's boot looping. It's broken and my work phone and I'm going out of town tomorrow. I was going to use my old G2 which was working fine 8 months ago.... and low and behold - the touch screen has a huge dead spot from the home button to about the middle of the screen! Unusable. I went to go update the software on it, and can't swipe right to flash and flashify failed.
So now I'm here with a broken main phone and a broken backup. Any phones that you guys can recommend that I'd be able to pop a sim card into and have it work? Also, anything possible with getting the G4 replaced under warranty with it being rooted?

You can kdz 10b on it to remove root. I did that with my g4 when i have the bootloop issue. If yiu get your g4 replaced. You might be on 6.0 and hope to god its a 24c. Cause if you dont lije marshmallow i seen you can downgrade to 13b with lgup tool. A friend of mind did it on his and told me he was back on lollipop 13b
i cant find the 10b KDZ file so your best bet to get rid of root is 11aKDZ

here is my post how to use the lg flash tool

hello everybody
recently my H818p G4 , just got in a bootloop out of the blue , I tried all these safe mode , hard reset , .. nth works always freezes at one moment so I decided to reflash a KDZ
the thing is , the phone sometimes gets in download mode and sometimes it doesn't just like there is no battery inserted won't even boot with battery in and fully charged
the times when it gets into download mode it starts flashing and then it just reboot and stuck in LG logo in the middle of flashing process.
I used both LG flashtool and LGup softwares .. and same problem every single time
any fixes to this ?
Your phone has developed bootloop issue just like hundreds of us here (thus there is no need for another thread) so you have 2 options though ultimately it will be still repair job for LG if it is under warranty:
1) Temporary solution to disable big cores and try to recover the data if it is of any importance and you can have phone working for some time but it will be slow:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=67550617&postcount=1273
2) RMA your device to LG to have motherboard replaced

but the link u gave me , talks abt H815 mine is H818p .. would it work still ?
update
I successfully flashed it using LGup software .. all went aright , 100% ... phone reboots then comes that green android robot , then comes LG logo for a while and then everything goes black , like phone totally shutdown
Of course it won't work as per my post above. Hundreds of posts on this so not sure why there is a need for you to be different and create new thread? Is the search button not working?
Everything you need to know is here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/g4/help/recover-data-bootlooping-phone-t3313869
Download the files and read the instructions, it does say what models are supported and what not. Big cored disable tool is not a guaranteed way that you'll recover your phone but if it is outside warranty then you have nothing to lose.
