Unfortunately not, all stock kernels are specially signed by Sony with a signature what can't be replicated.

That may be true for non-stock-based custom roms where they may not run stock Sony apps, but I think custom roms based on stock firmware are fine

Just installed Kies and it tells me that there is an upgrade I'm gonna decline it for now but what's the disadvantages if I do upgrade?

You will not be able to downgrade to any other rom and will be able to use only kk 4.4.4 or newer rom
No roms seem to work for me anyways just thought I might try and see if the 4.4.4 roms would work
