Google Service - few apps have problem with compatibility (TC CM11 20141109) - Galaxy Ace II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have problem with some apps. For example, I have installed MS Office Mobile and TrackID longer than 4 months (both apps are in latest version). Before update to newest TC CM11 (20141109) all was great, I could upgrade this app via Google Play without any problem and install latest version of it. But now, in TC CM11 from 09.11.2014, Google Play shows that MS Office Mobile is non-compatible with my device and TrackID latest compatible version for my device is line 3.x (actually version line is 4.x). Only thing, which I change is Gapps. Before I used gapps from Cyanogenmod Wiki, but now I have installed pico gapps from this forum (libs are from full-pack gapps from here). What is wrong with my Ace? This is ROM problem or libs from gapps? How can I do to repair this problem? Do have someone problem like my on this ROM?
PS. I can't come back to gapps from cm wiki, because libs on this package don't work with gmail and google services.

OK, I solved my problem. This was problem with DPI, because I'm using custom density. This addon (http://repo.xposed.info/module/de.robv.android.xposed.mods.playstorefix) for Xpoded fix it

[Q] apps installation problem with custom rom

Hi,
I'm using Desire HD and my problem is sometime I can't install apps from market or even .apk via HTC Sync or SD card. It's just download .apk from market and then nothing happens.
I already tested with 2 different roms:
Android Revolution HD 2.0.5. This rom can't install music mod and some another apps but i can't remember its name.
Then after that i switch to LeeDroid v1.4.1 rom, this rom can install music mod but can't install xda-developers app (just tested this rom for a day, so i haven't found any another app which can't be installed)
Is there anyone who got the same problem with me ? or it's just me ? and, of course, how to fix it ?
//
Err... and a little different question: how can i increase LeeDroid's auto brightness ? it seem a little bit dark for me

Monopoly HD Classic

HTC G2 running CM 7.1 nightlies
I get a black screen after install and FC for the 0.30 version
For the 0.42 version, the app installs and downloads the necessary files for setup (20mb) but has an error during setup
Error airplay v4.3.0
cannot open file... did you inlude this file in your mkb's "assets" block?
or something along those lines. i have no idea what to do
please help
Hi all,
exactly the same thing happened me on my HD2 (Adr 2.3.7 cyanogen)
Same here on Desire z running RC Mix Runny
It's not as if our devices don't have the hardware to run this app.
Is there any solution to this problem?
UPDATE:
amazon app store has the app for FREE today! this game is hard enough to find as it is.
go download it. It works great!

[APP][NO ROOT REQUIRED] S Translator for 4.1.2, fully working

S Translator v0.9.32 , ported to 4.1.2 S3 ROMs. Probably also for other Samsung devices with 4.1.2.
For TouchWiz ROMs only. Samsung Apps probably required.
APK, installable as a normal app. No root or custom recovery needed, no need to push into /system/app. If you have previously installed a version into /system/app, you may need to remove it before installing this one.
Working:
-Speech recognition
-Text-to-speech
-Translating over WiFi and mobile data
-History
-Favorites
-Preset phrases
-New, light theme from recent Galaxy S4 ROMs
-TabletUI (from Galaxy Tab 3, if enabled using Xposed App Settings)
Bugs:
-Check box labels are positioned incorrectly. Cosmetic issue only, the check boxes are still usable.

I'm also working on porting the newer version 0.9.18, but it's producing "server error" messages, it appears that some kind of authentication is failing. If anyone has an idea to fix that, feel free to share.

What rom are you getting FCs on? TouchWiz rom required, possibly with Samsung Apps (so it may not work on some "slim" roms).

V0.9.32 is out with new languages, new UI and tablet mode!
Hello,
I've installed it on 4.2.2 without problems, but Norton has detected it as Malware. Is this a false positive?
Gesendet vom Galaxy S3 mit Tapatalk 4 ?
Probably a false positive due to the signing key I used (it's the default key shipped with SignApk), or because I built the app with android:debuggable="true". Either that, or my computer is infected with a new "retrovirus" for Android/Smali, similar to the one recently identified in some Delphi installations.

[Q] Google Keyboard not supported!!

After I updated to PA 4.1 and the latest GApps, Google Keyboard support has been lost. I tried installing it from the play store but it says Device is not compatible. Has anyone faced this issue? Any solutions? I need the stock swype feature from Google Keyboard very badly. Third party swype apps don't work for me.
Read the Gapps thread.
If you have aosp keyboard, apparently the Google one shows as unavailable
The Gapps thread has the keyboard as an addon

Navigation app for S4 mini

Hi everyone,
I am running the last stable release of cyanogenmod 13.0 on my s4 mini (added the 2016-04-18). I tried to install a navigation app to localize me and potentially use a route planner.
Here is my issue: I downloaded and installed the google maps app using an APK downloader, but this app doesn't work, as it seems to depend on the google play services package. So I tried with other navigation apps from the F-Droid repository: Navit and ZANavi (they are quite similar). But these apps don't work either.
Here is a solution that I found to make them work: I installed the opengapps (http://opengapps.org/). This makes google maps work (it is included), as well as Navit and ZANavi. But the opengapps package comes with a bunch of other app that I don't need and I would like to avoid installing it.
So here is my question: is there a navigation app that I can install on my device, without having to install the google apps package to make them work ? Or by installing a small additional package (free or proprietary) ?
Thanks in advance for you help !
