how i can pair my ps3 controller with my note 2
few weeks ago with note air 4.3 rom i can pair my ps3 controller with my device but before upgrade my device to DN5v2 i can't pair ps3 controller at my device
how i can fix this
thankyou very much!!
Get the sixaxis app from the market, and get the pair tool app for your pc from the dancingpixels.com website.
Connect the PS3 to your pc with a usb cable. Launch the pair tool on the pc. In your phone settings get the bluetooth address and type it into the pair tool then apply it.
Disconnect, launch the app on the phone and hit pair and push the PS3 button on the controller. All the lights will flash, then only one stays on when paired. In future connections you only tap start.

Hello,
I wanted to know if it is possible to use my SGN as a bluetooth reciever, as my computer do not have bluetooth.
The idea is to use the phone as a bluetooth reciever for the ps3 controller, while i play gta IV (Yes i have an emulation program so it thinks it is an xbox controller since you normally can not use the ps3 controller)
Thanks in advance.
I think it'd be easier to spend a few $$ and just get a USB Bluetooth receiver for your computer...
Hello,
i'm having difficulty connecting my arsenal bluetooth ps3 controller to my rooted verizon galaxy nexus running cyanogenmod 10.
I got the MAC adress matching, and i even get the sixaxis controller app to confirm "client connected: 1"
but the controller never flashes 1 light and eventually disconnects.
when i try to pair under bluetooth setting it gets as far as telling me to enter a pin, but on the ps3 controller...
is there a way i can enter a pin on the controller itself?
i know the sixaxis controller app recommends sony brand controllers but i made the foolish mistake of buying a 3rd party one to save a few bucks...
i have also tried tried bluez IME settings and blueinput to no avail.
any help is appreciated, thank you!
So i plugged in my ps3 controller with my OTG cable and it worked without the need of installing an app, but playing with the wire attached is to much of a hassle. How can i play wirelessly? do i have to purchase a wireless device or something?

edit: can't use wirelessly? that can't be.
their has to be a way, are you sure?
I bought Sixaxis app it work great. You also need to download the Sixaxis pairing tool, free, to your pc to enter the bluetooth address from the tablet. Well worth it IMO.

You can stick a small pin in through the hole on the back towards the center and upwards to the right a bit. That will reset it. Then use the pc pairing tool to set the mac address of your bluetooth as shown in the sixaxis app
Just use your pc and the pairing tool and enter the BT address from your tablet.
I bought the sixxasis app and didn't need the pc app. Just make sure your far away from your ps3 so you don't turn it on

You must have root and the app sixaxis controller installed
-When opening the Sixaxis Controller app, allow root permissions and allow Sixaxis as input
-Then press start
-you will see your local bluetooth mac address below
-press stop
-then connect the controller using a otg-cable and usb-to-mini cable
-press pair
-fill in your bluetooth mac address, (maybe it's already filled in, no problem)
-press pair and allow permissions
-unplug your controller
-press start on device
-when device say 'lisening for controllers' press the round middle butten on your ps3 controller
now it's connected
if you want your ps3 controller as android gamepad, go to menu-->gamepad settings-->enable gamepad
Work's great for me, Playing GTA San Andreas like a boss

Sideload settings.apk and try to get it to pair through that instead of the amazon pairing tool.
