Hey Zoops...I have a question; I created some Zooper widgets and I have a minor problem and dont know what the work around is.
The widgets I created or themed have to be resized to fit my screen, and when I resize them it makes the Borders/Placeholder bigger than the actual widget and so what happens is that once I get them on my screen I have to send some"To the back" or Bring some of them " to the front" in order to be able to use them as created ( tap actions etc). Is there a way to fix this?
I am running NOTE 4 rooted, Nova Launcher prime, Zooper Pro. I tried changing the grid size in Nova launcher but then stuff got really funky...haha..Thanks so much!!!

Have you try "Scaling" the widget inside Zooper?

Thanks for the reply, I have tried Scaling them and it does help, I think the problem lies when I used APP Dpi in Xposed and choose a "finer" DPI.... I can get it where it looks good in Zooper by scaling, but then when it actually shows on the screen I still have to "resize" and it just doesnt fit well so I get a lot of wasted screen real estate...I noticed in Nova launcher that If I select disable padding it helps with other widgets, but the long press on my zooper widgets I dont get the option. If I did I would be golden.

Can I use Zooper Widgets with Nova Launcher? Also, I really like this widget from the Play Store, how would I add it to my homescreen, or lockscreen lets say? I'm kinda confused about this, can I use Zooper and add the widgets to Nova, or do I need to have Themer launcher? Thanks!!
Clarifying this up for me would be very appreciated, sorry if this has been asked before or is a dumb question!

Buy Zooper Widget Pro, buy the widget at that link, create a new Zooper widget, choose "sdcard", and select the pre-made widget you want. Same for lock screen.

You do not need Themer to use Zooper widgets. You can use ANY launcher.
Hope this helps.

Yes you can use Zooper Widget with Nova Launcher (no need for Themer), in matter of fact most of the developers recommend Nova. But don't forget that you have to have Zooper Widget Pro for any of Themes to work. Why? Because all of ZW themes on Play Store are created with Zooper Widget Pro and for that reason they require Pro version.
Process of adding widget to your screen is very simple. After installing both ZW Pro and Theme you downloaded/bought you just press on screen where you wish widget to appear and then select Widget > Zooper Widget Pro > Size of widget (ex. 4×2). After that Zooper Widget will open and you would be able to select Theme you downloaded and the widgets it has.
BTW you can check my new Theme on Play Store -> just search Metrozoop ... maybe you'll like it

How do I add that whole setup that's in the screenshot to make it my homescreen?! Just want to know before I purchase!
watch a video 1st and then come for help here.
Is this possible at all? I could combine so many different things into a single easy widget if I could do this.

Nope. There is no data shared between Nova and Zooper so you can't know on which "page" you are.

What about after touching an element on the widget? I have a navbar and on each nova page it's slightly different, it'd be nice to just have the one template so if I make a change I only have to modify one.
Also, I seem to have a ghost widget that isn't anywhere on the launcher screens or in the zooper folders, I can see a ton of random zooper /data files, but I don't really know which one is the one I wanna get rid of.
Thanks.
I use ssLauncher and Nova, with Nova isn't possibile.....but with ssLauncher yes! ( and ssLauncher have also PopUpWidget integrated - the author is the same - and option for Invisibile Shortcut when layout is locked, so is very easy overlap a invisibile shortcut to a folder on single element of Zooper.

I have been using the Epic Launcher on my Nexus 5, and as part of the process of setting up home screens in Epic, I created a pretty nifty home page/clock weather Zooper widget, using the 5x1 template widget as my starting point.
However, I recently decided to switch to the Google Now Launcher, and when I go to lay down the 5x1 template on my home page, it is not among the Zooper templates that are offered -- there is no 5x1 template in my Widget drawer when I'm using the Google Now Launcher but if I switch back over to the Epic launcher and I open up the widget drawer, the 5x1 template is there.
Why is this happening and how to get access to the 5x1 in the Google Now Launcher?

You cant that I am aware. Google launcher is only offered in 4x4. To combat this in main settings for the widget you can scale it down to fit the 4x1 size. A customer launcher with grid sizes you can set is almost a necessity for zooper. I for one use a 10x7 or 9x7 grid almost exclusively when using zooper.

Thanks -- I should have noted that I'm using xPosed Framework Google Launcher Settings which allows me to redefine the grid, which is set for 5 columns and 7 rows.
Is there a reason that Zooper isn't picking up on the xPosed configuration? Any way around that, if so?
Thanks again for the quick reply.

FWIW, I went back and checked and the 4x1 widget template is not available either, only 4x2. Strange...
I have the paid version of Zooper but I tried downloading the free version to see if that might make a difference, but no cigar. The same templates for both...
Hello Everyone,
This is not something that I have created, but it is in fact something that I have checked myself and it does work successfully. I am running it now.

The only complaint I have is now that I have 5x5 on TW home screen, the widgets that I have on a few pages are made for 4x4 and I cannot resize it, nor center it. Anyone know of any tricks to force a resize or set a permanent resize for each widget?
And yes, I do now that some widgets have the ability to be resized, but not all, so this is one of the ones that is not resizable lol
Ideally, I'd like to see a 4x5 option so that the widgets could be centered, but we still have 5 rows. Just my 2 cents.

He has both on the link
anyone seen or know of a deodexed 5x6 or 5x7 layout to flash ?
why not just use a custom launcher like Nova? It gives all these options plus lots more.

NOVA completely changes the stock weather widget if you use the S5 weather widget and it dont let u use the calendar widget like its supposed to. This is the main and only thing i dislike about Nova.

I agree what about making a 5x6 custom launcher for stock touch wiz that will fit the stick weather widget? Is that possible
Hi , I saw this layout on someone's iphone - http://i.imgur.com/cZBoGeA.png and I really liked it.
How can I achieve something similar?
easy with Zooper and if you could find the right iconpack!

I google the screen you show and what i can see the icons are called "Custom Gotham icons"..
You can achieve this pretty easily, with the exception of the extreme upper and extreme lower portions, for those you'd need to install a different launcher on Android like Nova Launcher.
I'm really not a fan of those though, so to achieve the other 90% of it, you'd just need the background wallpaper, then use Zooper to make the clock widget, and although you could use Zooper to make the icon layout(s), I would say that once you have the icon set and/or icon images, using an app called Quick Shortcut Maker is the best way to make/set/assign custom icons for every app on your phone.
However depending on how many icons you want in the rows/columns, Zooper maybe the only way to go if you want a configuration other than what your stock launcher offers.
