Hello.I have searched around but i couldnt find anything that helps me to solve the problem.
The problem is that have formated everything via TWRP and the message i get when i try to reboot is "No os installed" which surely makes sense since i deleted everything.
i cant seem to find anything that helps me.To return to stock which is what i want ,the phone needs to be in download mod which i cant do.
Thanks in advance
so you CANT get into download mode.
Theres no OS installed cause theres not OS for it to boot - you need to flash a KDZ/TOT or flash a backup you should have made before you started messing with the phone

Thanks for your reply.Sorry for this question but..how am i supposed to do that? I cant copy any file in order to flash.
(by the way i have backed up everything with LGbackup app, which fortunately stored in my computer)
You bumped/flashed TWRP to your phone and you didnt make a backup?
If you made a backup on the PC it doesnt matter it wont fix your phone as you have removed the stock boot.img by flashing TWRP.
I think the only way is to get to download mode and flash KDZ or TOT.
OR if you cant get to download mode your going to have to get image/rom onto a microSD card and flash via TWRP.
I ll try this and will update! thanks again.
Ok all set!I managed to get into download mode updated firmware and it is as good as new.! Problem solved!

You could go here [ROM][ODIN][TAR]SPH-L710 MD4 (MD4 Modem/Kernel/ROM - Stock): http://www.sxtpdevelopers.com/showthread.php?t=233 to get the one click odin file, download the EXE (might want to start with the rooted MD4 to save a few steps) then you can try to reflash CM afterwards
how?

That link there has all the instructions and files you need.
Basically you'll download the 2nd file (the exe version) under the heading "nodata" versions.
then follow the step by step instructions on that page.
you should be good to go.
just to sum it up

i downloaded it and my computer said windows protected my pc
I ran into the boot loop early today when I tried to install CM10.2 via the windows installer.
All I could do was to get the phone to boot into "download mode". However, ODIN wasn't recognizing that my phone was plugged in.
I ended up uninstalling and re-installing the Samsung USB drivers.
When I plugged in my phone it completed the install of the drivers,\.
ODIN then recognized my phone was connected and the "COM" lit up.
I was able to reflash TWRP recovery and get my phone to reboot in recovery and reflash the backup rom.

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2011491 <- I followed this thread from skunkape
The ROMS are listed here....
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3-sprint#romList <- you can get the rom from here (remember to wipe the davlik-cache because I think that is what was causing mine to reboot)
You can alternatively get the CM10.2 (http://download.cyanogenmod.org/?device=d2spr) from here and copy it to your SDcard and install.

u have to do flashing to load lg bootloader and with that bootloader installed u cant use cmw or modified rom. after alot of search, i have not found a way to boot into stock recovery once cmw is installed. u can instal rom mananger from playstore if ur phone is rooted than make a back up of ur rom on sd card plus all cmw recoveries provide backup but i found twrp recovery much better as it provide better ui and more functionality

I tried the rom manager but it can't extract the default recovery. However what I get now by searching for many hours that what I want is dumping the stock recovery and stock bootloader and combining into single .img file i.e bootl.img and recovery.img that I able to push back furing the normal running to get the stock recovery back and the bootloader without the ICE Engineer version showing after I flash the custom rom
twrp have the better ui but the one I found for 6200 have some problems I not remember but it had some issue mounting the system for wipe I think so I use the CMW instead both are good and perform the required function I suppose

Probably you are not going to like what I have to suggest because it's a little longer process. My suggestion would be to download the LG Support Tool from http://www.mylgphones.com/lg-software-tools-download
Download LG drivers as well from the same link. Connect your phone to PC. Let the support tool download and install the stock firmware. Then root the device and install twrp recovery. Then proceed with wiping and installing 20A. Yes, it's a longer way but the proper way in your situation. It should not take you more than 30 minutes to be back in the business. Good Luck!
Didn t work
tnx but i allready try it,i try lg flash tool lg flashtool 2014,problem is i cannot go to download mode and the computer dont recognize pc.Only if i go to lolipop 5 but there is no buttons, notifications and i cant to nothing, cant copy to telephone.Becouse the files are missing who i delete it accidentally
I can go to recovery twrp 2.8.0.0 and flash from there.
Adb mode
So i can acces to adb mode from computer. Is there any way to install stock firmware true adb mode or i have to go to download mode?

Don't know about stock firmware but you will be able to download a custom rom and then adb sideload it from recovery. Least you will have your phone up and running while you sort the rest out.

Flashtool is different than support tool... But in your situation it probably wouldnt work anyway.. So are you stuck in fastboot? If so youll need to flash the boot.img and laf.img for your device. If you can get into recovery just flash a compatible rom. You might need to still flash a boot.img first though if it was erased. I don't think a lot of roms have a boot.img included unless it's bumped not sure about that, I have d851.

To restore download mode you need to flash the laf.img. So what I would do is type fastboot erase laf. Then with the new laf.img file you got from your link placed in the proper location, type fastboot flash laf laf.img. Once download mode is back you can kdz flash and return to stock. You might follow the same procedure with the boot.img just be safe but this should be all you need to get back to stock.

Hi, did you ever manage to solve this? I have the exact same problem.
You should really freeze updates with twrp.
You now need to fastboot the stock rom or flash a custom rom to get out of this situation.
In twrp mode, attach to pc and backup your internal files first.

Flashing rom again did not help with this, the problem is in the misc partition.
