RUU SENSE 1.54.1540.10 bootloader
Hi Guys
I am new to Android but have knowledge of basic stuff through this forum.
I recently tried to run the latest HTC RUU exe file for 1.54.1540.10 but after the phone loads into bootloader, I get an error 171 and the process stops. I have tried to change the CID and MID as suggested by @lsv-1 but in vain. The bootloader has also been relocked still the issue remains.
Any idea what I am doing thats wrong?

This RUU will flash on the following devices
modelid: 0P6B12000
modelid: 0P6B13000
cidnum: BS_US001
cidnum: BS_US002
cidnum: T-MOB010
mainver:
If you have that it will work, if you don't, change them to match
Or you can edit the android_info.txt in the decrypted RUU to match your phone

well you know, whenever Football is asked if the ROM could be installed on any cid, he doesn't answer NO, he says u can install it on any cid, but you need a proper hboot. and the qoute is from mike's thread who is not related to maximus roms. maybe Football IS "the developer, who found the way to get it working". i personally found it confusing if Football's firmware.zip could or could not be installed on any cid, and he doesn't say anything about cid restrictions on maximus rom firstpage

Why do you want to change your cid.Supercid is like universal cid.if you change it you will loose it.But I think the command should be fastboot oem writecid HTC__203 (i am not completely sure though)
hello and thank for your anser but i know the command to change my cid but my problèm is that my device dont write the HTC__203 correctli.
HTC__203 is made by two underscore on the button "8".

In Europe, it's any one of these. It won't matter which you use:
HTC__001, HTC__E11
HTC__102, HTC__203
HTC__405, HTC__Y13
HTC__304, HTC__032
HTC__A07, HTC__J15
HTC__016
I Also Forgot
I also forgot mine.... I'm from Australia (not sure if that counts as Europe) and I'm unlocked without a carrier. I'm using a HTC One m7.
Hello,

Have a nice day XDA community.
Well seen your cid and main it is indeed very rare ! I personally think you are better off to flash a rom that is very close to stock and get sunshine s-off to debrand the phone to a wwe device with its firmware (x.xx.401) You can easily change the cid and main and update the bootloader and also flash the newest roms (and stock roms)
Sunshine costs 25,- but only when it actually supports your phone (it checks that before payment) but in your case i think its the best shot

In your first post you stated S-ON so that is a bit confusing now. But if you are s-off than convert to wwe x.xx.401 and get rid of the rare cid
