Hello all
I am facing a rather strange issue here with my Galaxy Note 3 Neo SM-N7505.
I had updated it to latest stock ROM from sammobile and flashed it via ODIN but the phone does not seem to connect to network.
When ever i try to make a call it says not registered to network.
It shows which network I am connected to but does not make a call or send a message.
The EFS is not corrupt because the IMEI and Serial number are the same and have not been changed.
The phone does not have any warranty so i cannot take it to Samsung.
Any help would be appreciated.
Have you tried changing the sim card? It might help.

yes i have tried swapping the sim card but it does not seem to work.

Bro, exactly same thing happened to me, i m also using the same model, agr koi help milli ho tu please share it with me.

i have a nexus galaxy phone
with the firmware 4.04
but suddenly when i was using the phone the network disappeared
and then the imei was gone too
they said as the support was taken back from indian markets that was the reason
can someone please point me to unlocking the phone and getting the IMEI back and start the normal calling and all on the phone
i dont mind rotting the phone too
but better if its stock

to what i read
there were many with the same sudden time disappearance of imei in india
may not be pba problem
will rooting the phone and putting a custom rom slove the problem ?

At some point between flashing roms I have lost IMEI number, when I have realized what happend I have restored it and my phone wont register on network. Serial number is correct, any ideas? I know I can use ariza patch but I'm wondering why my phone wont register on network with correct s/n and Imei number

If you have restored the backup properly, just try to factory reset the firmware...
Which method you had used to backup and restore EFS?

I did not have EFS backup so I used SRS unlock client with UART cable to bring back the original IMEI, now my IMEI and S/N is correct but phone still wont register on network. Any ideas?

It's happened to me. My phone in stock rom but after updated to XXDMF2 and modem also DMF2 it can't make call, sms and connect to internet, imei no changed. After 3 hours search for the solution from this forum finally my phone worked fine.
Just flashed this modem DMF1_MODEM.zip via odin and now everythings working.

I am having the same issue after having flashed the 4.3 version found on Sammobile. SN and IMEI are correct. Have you found a solution?

previously worked with dlk6 or dll6 firmware/modem on 4.1.2
When I flashed 4.3 Xperia-z1-ized ROM . Device showed correct imei and MK1 modem from the ROM but says "not registered in network "
Have no Idea what went wrong. I have no backup of any EFS or anything .
I installed emergency firmware upgrade via Kies and now running stock 4.3 Android UBUEMJ4 Modem , build number : MK4 Status : offical.
I don't even know if i can root my device with current stock firmware.

I have chosen Note 3 Neo but now i'm thinking i was wrong, i was using perfectly, but sudden problem occured and still........
i find lots of things not working on note 3 neo even i tried various modem i tried various Official ROMs but.................. same same same

Check for a SIM card issue, or possibly go to settings then networks and re_register onto your carrier. Possibly......

before all this happen, have you done any flashing of custom rom?
if you do, try to check your imei first *#06#.
if u get 00 or null thats mean your phone cannot be registered by the carier due to unknown identity.
but if you have your imei , check your baseband, make your you using a correct baseband.
Sir my note 3 neo (sm-n7507) i tryed flashing new rom but its doesn't work and i m back to the original firmware .den network issues was occurred.imei was changed,if i make a call its showing not registered on network

My dad has owns this phone and he frequently complains of loss in signal even when his backup phone has full coverage!
Tried replacing the sim and got it upgraded to the 4g network still this issue persists.
Anybody here know a workaround?

IF your imei is changed then you need to replace your motherboard
my friend and myself have same mobile (note 3 neo)
we so happenend to install custom roms, luckily my IMEI didnt change,
but my friend's imei changed ( 0011... NULL) ,tried many measures but still couldnt fix..so replaced motherboard
BUT THERE IS A SOLUTION
if you have taken a EFS backup of your IMEI, before this incident has happen for you,then we can fix this issue FOR SURE!

It's a UK vodafone G4 which I got unlocked and was using my O2 sim without issues. I ported the O2 number to iD Mobile (three network) and can use SMS as well as mobile data but calling doesn't work at all.
I put a Three sim in and it's exactly the same issue. The iD sim works fine in other phones. Other sim cards work fine in the G4. It's just iD and Three sims that won't make or receive calls.
I since used LGUP to install a kdz file (V20c-234-15) in the hope anything vodafone will be removed but that didn't make any difference. In the phone Settings if I check Network Status it shows the iD connections, in Status it shows Unknown Phone Number, in Network Mode it displays 2G/3G/4G, APN shows all correct iD settings. If I search for Available Networks it displays all the usual UK networks and only lets me select iD network.
Customer service said wait a few more days after porting and suggested a faulty sim (yet works in other phones) but after both iD and Three sims showing the same issue I've not much hope in their suggestions.
I know others that bought the vodafone G4 and unlocked it for Three haven't had any issues. I only found 1 other post online that has the exact same issue as me but their post hasn't updated since last month.
I don't know what to try. Other sims work, just not iD/Three. Any ideas for me to try?
I've since tried another kdz file for lollipop as I know for sure the sim worked before the number was ported before the phone was upgraded to MM.
Still doesn't work for calls, only data and SMS.
Can anyone offer more suggestions to try?

This is a weird problem maybe your problem is modem or wrong kdz file. Downlaod right file and flash again and be sure that you click refrush that is makes wipe in LGUP.(I use LGUP)

I had this problem with stock rom too though. I only started trying more kdz files in the hope that might work. Issue started the moment my number ported from O2 to iD Mobile.
Wierdly the phone doesn't like Three network sims either now and those worked fine before the number port happened.

So i flashed another rom network appears but cant make calls or internet
Now my phone works good but no network
Don't know what to do

I don't also remember the original rom come with phone
I flashed the phone without check my old version
Very sad of all this

May be this can help:
I had the same problem abroad. Check settings with your provider are right.
I couldn't find wifi, because my settings using phone abroad where out.
