Look at the original thread by dazednconfused for features and stuff here
I seriously hope I didnt upload the wrong file...
I think I got it right
Any testers?
Also: I got permission a long time ago from most of team venum to port, so once this is fixed, I'm gonna port a LOT of roms by them...

Have you flashed this yet? I want to make sure the problem is not specific to Bori however improbable that is

Guys this obviously will only work with WIFI right now so it's something to play with. Dazednconfused is a very talented Dev over at Sprint.

No I haven't tried it yet. Been testing for computerkid23. To me it's just a teaser without working data.

It's all good with me. Maybe somebody can help with the data issue. If you get it working let me know. Maybe add a huge thanks from me to Dustinb17 for sharing a lot of his blue Cobalt images with me to get the original rom put together. Nice job on what you have so far man.

Team venom has a lot of these types of roms over at the sprint forums...
Once I perfect my porting script I might ask permission and port some of those too

hey bro, i dl your file and made it into a flashable zip, but it wont boot, i think the boot.img is bad, did you put one of our kernels in?
well it goes to the bootanimation which is nice but all goes black after that, ill tinker with it see what going on but just thought id let you know

I'll try to get in touch with bori also. I know he changed the boot.img and then flashed an AT&T kernel.

That would have been nice to know lol, ill try again with a kernel flash

BORI u should already have this download. It's just Dazed ROM from the Sprint thread.

[Bootanimation] Aperture Science [*updated*] + random

Thought I would make this for the portal players.
720x720. Just move to /system/media and change permissions to 644.
must have a kernel that supports .zip bootanimation such as CM10s
please back up your old bootanimation.zip if you cherish it.
Updated part0 and replaced the original fade in..
enjoy!
oh and if you have a simple request/idea, post and ill see if i'm willing to do it..

yeah, the original was a fade-in like that of cm10's bootanimation.
i replaced it with each piece of the Aperture science logo sliding in.
ill upload the older version so you can see the difference..

[Q] What is the most up to date stock ROM?

Actually its because I'm trying to flush out some instability gremlins that seem to have crept into my phone while I was juggling ROMs around looking for the right one for me. That link is exactly why I'm asking this question though, because if you follow through to where it says the tars are located, there are two different ones for Sprint and I'm not sure which to use...

Use the first link here http://d-h.st/k9P this is the one I used. I'm on the SPH-L710 for Sprint. The other one should work fine too it is for our phone model. Not sure why he has two links like that.

Yup, I've actually been told I don't need to do as much wiping as I used to since I was still doing 3x of everything. Thanks for the link though, still don't know why he'd give two sprint links, but oh well.

All you got left to do is put NK2 on that badboy and remove software update and fota client and tweak it to perfection. (Best battery life ever)
