yeah, the original was a fade-in like that of cm10's bootanimation.
i replaced it with each piece of the Aperture science logo sliding in.
ill upload the older version so you can see the difference..

I did but got parsing error. Same with other ics lwp. It's no big deal just really liked it since I went back to stock 2.3.6. Got tired of the disappointment and negativity on xda. Plus my life is too busy right now to even take ten minutes to backup and the extra time to flash something new and restore. Going to be in the shadows and probably not check xda for a few weeks.

Haven't had to charge the phone since I performed the mod. I think this mod writes to /mnt/sdcard/new folder...which in turn does absolutely nothing besides enable immortal battery tweak.
Will this trip my flash counter?
I hadn't thought of that until you mentioned it. I just checked and unfortunately it does trip the counter. Before the mod I was at 0, and now it reads over 9000, and no longer samsung official... If attempted make sure you grab a copy of Triangle Away.

No I haven't tried it yet. Been testing for computerkid23. To me it's just a teaser without working data.
It's all good with me. Maybe somebody can help with the data issue. If you get it working let me know. Maybe add a huge thanks from me to Dustinb17 for sharing a lot of his blue Cobalt images with me to get the original rom put together. Nice job on what you have so far man.

hey bro, i dl your file and made it into a flashable zip, but it wont boot, i think the boot.img is bad, did you put one of our kernels in?
well it goes to the bootanimation which is nice but all goes black after that, ill tinker with it see what going on but just thought id let you know

Im creating this so people can get boot animations on there device before the ability to use recovery on our device has been achieved. I am accepting request send me a pm with the link to the zip you want converted and i will upload it and update the OP when i have it finished
ALL DOWNLOADS IN POST #2
NOTE: The more Frames the image has the more time it will take to convert my first on had 163 frames and it took a while to convert
Instructions: Download zip from link
Get a files explorer that can access your system partition (I Use Root Explorer)
Navigate to your system media partition system--->media
add .bak to bootsamsungloop.qmg and bootsamsung.qmg
Copy ones from dowloaded zip to system--->media
Reboot and you should see your new boot animation
NOTE 2: since the phone boots so fast it wont last long but its better then whats there so dont expect to see more then a few seconds of your boot ani

All you got left to do is put NK2 on that badboy and remove software update and fota client and tweak it to perfection. (Best battery life ever)
