bluetooth working

And your back beats ear buds are playing music? By dirty flash do you mean not wiping the caches?? Thanks! been looking for BT for a while, or an auxiliary fix.

Anyone having issues sending SMS? I can receive but not send.

Could someone tell me the reason why the led was lit yellow and would not turn off. I also would like to know if it still does that in this build. I would also like to know if it lets yoy use the led light for notifications or if that is a work in progress. Thanks

I am running the 11/9 build and noticed that it spends no time in deep sleep. I installed better battery stats and noticed a bunch of "ipc" processes spending 100% time awake. Here is the dump. Search down to kernel wake locks.

Love this ROM, just the speaker volume is very low, like in any media

Does anyone have device encryption working with this? From a clean install, I've been sitting at 0% encrypted for over 15m.

the only Mobile Data toggle I have is for roaming, not for sprint data. I'm not that concerned with it though. If I had to choose one, I would rather get rid of the no sim card on the lock screen, sense I'm online all the time, I kind of need data all the time. data works and thats all i care about

I need to toggle it off because I get up super early, and data isn't that great where I work anyway, so I don't need the unnecessary battery drain.
I'm just happy to know that I'm not the only one, because someone else said they were on Sprint and had data toggle, but I find it hard to believe.

MMS not working
I have a Sprint M8 with Bliss loaded as my secondary ROM. I can't seem to receive or sent MMS. Is there a way to fix this? I thought I seen a fix for MMS on Lollipop ROMs, but searched high and low. I really want to stay on this ROM.
Also, I get no SIM card, but still have a solid connect. Bug, maybe?

Logcat included - Hanging/failure when recording voice notes in WhatsApp
When I try to record and send a voice note in Whatsapp, the program hangs and then must be force closed. I saw this mentioned here, but there was no log included so the devs could not address the issue. I really love this feature, and BlissPop is great! So I would love for it to be fixed.
I've included a logcat but if it is too much or not enough information please let me know - it's the first time I'm reporting an issue like this. Thanks!

Is there any way to not have the dark color like in settings or dialer and contacts. Best ROM I've used so far but I like the stock look more. I'm on the 1-5 experimental.

Anybody? Also, constantly see "no sim card" error. Happens on all Android L ROMs. Should I flash as a primary ROM?

this is the best rom of maguro i have used, It go smoothly, a lots custom setting. But it have a small bug that If you fix the bug, the rom will be better. The bug is that when I enabled ring navigation and press back or recent not working, but home button is ok. I hope your project will get success. Thanks

Notifications don't appear in standby mode
Thank u so much for this rom. It's speed and fluid. Very good job.
I have 2 issues:
1) The notifications don't apperar when the phone is in standby. Is there any way to active this function that usually is on by default in the stock lollipop?
2) I've added in the AudioFX tile but even if it's in the list in the settings, it doesn't appear in the notifications menu.
Is there any way to solve this prbs?

How is the camera behavior?

Great ROM.
But...quick settings weren't always disabled on the lockscreen.
I can pull down twice to enable it...

I flashed the rom today Morning...
If i keep the phone away for sometime.. Then it doesnt wake.. No matter what i do.. I have to pull the battery to start it.. Hapend 3 times from Morning .. How can i Fix that..?

Like almost all LP Custom ROMs, this too has issues with the stock camera app. I recommend Camera ZOOM FX instead

Yes, I went from 7 to 8 yesterday. Works like a charm. Just flash 8, newest Gapps and wipe Dalvik & cache. Make a Nandroid backup first of all too, just as it says in the instructions in the beginning of this thread

I've tested the audio on a Bluetooth speaker with both versions, in 0310 in the audio does not work while in the 0227 version works perfectly. I've tested also the data transfer and in the two versions it worked correctly.

Yes i know, data transfer works without problem.
Just audio, but hope after change back to gcc 4.8 the problem is solved.
Lets wait and see, all feedbacks are everytime welcome.

Gps work very well (I'm an ingress player), i' ve noticed some lag exiting from heavy apps (like ingress) to main home seems that launcher3 close itself in background.

I have just flashed latest version. All OK with trebucket! Good work!

Maguro GPS Issues with cm-11-20150316-UNOFFICIAL
Hi Guys,
I absolutely love this rom. I have tried all the LP roms and have only had lag and FC issues.
This rom is fast stable and everything on it is working perfect so far.
Until I was in the car today and had bought something off gumtree, couldnt find the house.
Fired up the old Nexus turned on gps only to get "Google Play services has stopped working" message.
Got home and had a fiddle around with it. Uninstalled play services updates, still didnt work.
Tried force closing, restarting the phone several times. Re-updating play services however no success so far.
Any other people having this issue or a fix or file I can flash to fix my gps issue!
Thanks heaps in advance. GPS is a must for me and also having ram that is being unused is also an issue as this rom uses all of my 750MB lol. rather than the nightly of CM was using 698.

A lot of apps crashing
Just installed it, and after unlocking the phone a lot of the apps seem to crash. If I try to open them, they crash again. Google Play services seems to be in the lead, as I'll get a message every few seconds telling me it has stopped working.
Also no smart lock. I am not a peasant. My phone should be so afraid of me that it should unlock with a mere look ahaha. Going to do a complete wipe and then try again.

Which gapps did you flash? I've had no force closes with deadmans gapps

Just a couple of things
I'd hate to be annoying as crap about questions like these, when I can just flash it and find out. But:
What kernel are you using? I know AndroidOS is going to be at the top of the list of battery usage because of libhoudini, but I'm just wondering.
Does it also support DT2W? If not, its not a complete deal breaker, but its a wonderful and useful feature being the sleep button being on the top

Not Deadmans, so now that I am, that is no longer a problem. Thank you. The camera however is giving me trouble, but it seems to be a common problem with cm and its variants on zenfone. The only camera app that doesn't crash while using it, even when switching between front and back, is the paid version of high speed camera, but not everyone can be expected to buy an app for a temporary problem.

Just the regular CM kernel. And no I didn't add double tap 2 wake because its not supported natively in AOSP. There's a lot of apps that emulate the feature though

Hey Dev, what are the actual bugs in this rom? I really want to know as specific as possible. I want to flash it in my only daily driver..

I downloaded this build, and wanted to share my thoughts on it (wasn't sure whether to post on DEV section or here, but I think it's more suitable here):
Pros
- Very minimal, no bloat
- Very fast and crisp
Neutral
- Battery doesn't seem any better or worse than previous
- Brightness seems to be much brighter than before on the lowest settings
Cons
- Quite a bit of crashing on Camera (works on one try, then crashes on next, or it crashes on Settings etc...)
- Candy Crush Soda Saga is unresponsive on launch - lol
I personally prefer it over ZenUI, and if the two cons I observed are resolved somehow, then that would perfect.
Anyhow, much props to OP for creating this!

How about doble sim?

I installed paranoid android a while ago, but I had a problem with the dual sim (When i rebooted, no sim would be recognized, then when it entered airplane mode, the sim 2 would not be recognized, I had to fisically remove the sim and reinsert ti, really annoying)
Anyone using 2 sims, that can try this in this ROM and give me feedback?

Thanks for the feedback the camera problem is a bug with all zenfone ROMs. Also candy crush works here fine

Despite even connecting the headphones, I'm not able to play any songs from my connection. Audio is not being produced.
