The phone comes with a manual. You should probably read it.
There's also a pdf manual at Samsung's website.

That manual is kinda skimpy. It basically just says 'hey here is how you put the battery in!".

One question I'm not sure will be covered: do I need a screen protector? The iphone had gotten to the point where I really didn't need a screen protector. It was scratch resistant enough to not need one. How is the Note 4 with scratches?

Depends on if you're going to resell it or not.
I always do it because I resell on ebay and I want to tell the buyer that the screen is flawless. If you don't get one there will eventually be hairline scratches..

I just recently started seeing these, and was wondering if anyone here had tried em. I don't really put too much merrit into the reviews on Amazon, but I do with the people here. So what say you ? Anyone try these out on the Nexus 5 or any other phone ? For 40$ they better be damn good lol

dude...sorry forgot there was a section for that, been a long night.
I went to my local shop today and asked for a replacment as my phone kept getting so slow and hot i just wanted to try another not only that i was silly n scratched the back of the phone "i could of cryed lol" so ive now orderd a case. Well now i have my replacment this 1 just seems much faster. With all apps installed like previous its defo a better device. So i guess theres devices that function better than others. Can anyine recommend me a good screen protector?

No earphones.
No official OTA for nougat but you can install the official Lenovo one.

I almost went for a Note 4 (had a Note 3) but the much bigger battery and better fingerprint scanner tipped the balance for me.

Yes this really has me annoyed as the note 4 has s-pen, q-hd,and more features but the p2 has newer Soc, more battery, nougat,more fluid performance.
Hmmm... I'll have to go with the p2 as the only con of it is the average camera
Don't forget the P2 also has 4GB ram Vs 3GB in the Note 3/4.
The camera actually with normal day to use is pretty good. Was at a garden party yesterday and managed to get some really nice pictures. It's no worse than my Note 3 but no better.
If I want really high quality pictures I take my DSLR out with me!

Also my dad has a three phone how do I get the phone without top up just show that I have a three phone. Thanx for help guys
Mine definitely didn't have any headphones.
I also have a SIM only plan with three and didn't have to buy a topup. Just provided my details and ID and they discounted it off.

Deffo no headphones. Three stores will ask for your name and address and 3 number. I just opened up my account on my phone showing number and name.

Been wondering the same thing. I haven't tried the Z Pen, but it's a bit pricey to take a chance with, even if I plan on trying to get a few years out of this tablet. Did you ever find anything?

Crud...Came hoping to find an answer to this question, too. The z-pen bites completely.
Offset is ridiculous, pressure sensitivity is really shoddy, and actual note taking and or drawing is as bad as if I was using one of those rubber-nubbed capacitive stylii that come bundled free with pretty much everything.
I love the tablet itself, but this stylus is a joke. I just can't afford to throw money at replacements unless I know they work. Almost makes me wish I still had my Note Pro 12.2...

Ya, I paid the high price for the Asus Pen and it broke..
Anyone find an alternative? The pen six for many reasons, including the holding clip is cheap and breaks easily.
I've got a Lenovo Pen for my convertible laptop but I've not tried it on my tablet. To be honest I didn't even think of it until I saw this thread. I'll give it a try because the Lenovo pen is really nice. Should I try and special apps etc? I'm on stock ROM and don't think I'll be rooting this device for a while.

told you so, i for my part will never buy anthing again from asus.
I got the watch the tablet and both are garbage.
I only messed with it for about 10 minutes before I went to my sons basketball game. I'll try again when I have more time to mess with it but I don't think it's going to work. BTW - The Lenovo pen works great on my laptop.

I am tempted to do so but it will be a great first for me. I would like to know if it's easy to do, if you have the same quality and fluidity as before and links to find guaranteed original screens.Thank you for your advice.

Woooaaw.. It does not seem that simple .. I had seen a tutorial to change the window but I had doubts about the method. The full screen is more expensive but I think it is better to change the entire screen. I'm going to ask a repeater to compare the costs. Thank you for your help....:good:
