You have to reinstall the stock recovery in the bootloader with fastboot command,
download the "recovery.img" file, reboot the phone and while the screen turn off you must press the power button plus the volume down button for something like 3 seconds, then it will be on bootloader mode, connect it to your PC with the usb cable and put the command:
-IN WINDOWS:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot reboot
-IN LINUX:
sudo fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
sudo fastboot reboot
this must be done in the folder where is allocated the file "recovery.img"
then just go to the settings/about phone/update system/local update
before this you must put the file UPDATE.APP into your sdcard in a folder named dload
P.D:
you can extract the file "recovery.img" from your UPDATE.APP with the program for windows "huawei update extractor"
Edit:
In the case that you don't have this menu because the mokee rom, you can extract the files from the update.app and flash it manually with the fastboot command, just typing:
fastboot flash "name of the partition" "file for the spicific partition"
you will have to flash the partitions: system, cust, recovery, boot
and do a full wipe before this commands
WARNING: don't flash other partitions or mismatch the files with the partitions, it can brick your device
sorry if I have errors in my english
Data Connection Problem
I got Huawei Ascend Mate from my brother. When he handed to me, he's been ''upgrading'' it to KitKat (B321 rom) from the previous JB stock.
Everything's fine (i feel a little lag, but it's fine). The only problem was it can not perform "data connection" (2G, 3G). The voice & text (sms) was fine.
So I have to connect via WiFi every time.
About a week ago, I receive a notification to upgrade to B331 (via WiFi off course).
It's done. And the problem remains.
Any suggestions for my problem? Thanks

Hi,
go to Settings -> More -> Mobile network -> Access Point Names -> and here add your mobile operator's access point. Mostly you have to only add the APN and you don't have to do anything else. (Your mobile operator can give you information about the APN via you can access the mobile data. It is often 'internet' or 'online'.
Hope I could help

This is a guide for XPERIA ACRO S (other xperia users can also reffer needed information)
[Below procedure looks lendy, but you'll just need max 30 minutes if you have every downloaded file.]
I make this guide for noobs as there weren't such guide (even for my first time of flashing ROM I didn't get any such guide, so I decided to make one)
This Guide is especially for flashing BPaul's 5.1.1 ROM
So here Iam giving detail process to install Bpauls 5.1.1 with every links needed.
we are going to take below steps;
1. unlocking bootloader
2. flashing kernel with recoveries
3. backing up stock rom
4. installing bpauls 5.1.1
Special Thanks;
@BPaul (for awesome ROM)
@cobrato (for stock kernel)
@jajb (for gapps)
NOTE: I'AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU DAMAGED YOUR PHONE BY CROSS FLASHING OTHER ROMS,KERNELS ETC.
BELOW PROCESS IS SUCCESSFULLY CARRIED ON XPERIA ACRO S. AS NOOBS CAN MAKE MANY MISTAKES
I'AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DAMAGE. -DO AT YOUR OWN RISK-
-Here we START-
*_UNLOCKING BOOTLOADER_*
(unlocking bootloader will erase everything on your phone, i suggest you to take backup of your data)
First of all you need to take unlocking code from official sony website (link below)
http://developer.sonymobile.com/unlockbootloader/unlock-yourboot-loader/
after clicking on above link, on the page just scroll down
1.select your device
2.provide your imei
3.you'll get unlock code (save it properly)
Next you need to download minimal adb and fastboot (link below)
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1S0LCuXCnnmOWhnUk1ZWVdQakE/view?pli=1
install it to your computer.
Now we have to connect phone in fastboot mode, follow below steps
1.Turn on usb debugging mode.
(setting > developer option > usb debugging)
2.Turn Off your Xperia Acro S
3.Press and Hold volume up button and then connect usb to computer.
(If you see Blue LED of phone, then everything is going right)
(Let your computer install essential fastboot drivers)
Now open minimal adb and fastboot (we installed previosly)
Type below command
-fastboot devices
-fastboot -i 0x0fce oem unlock 0x(your unlock code without this brackets)
-fastboot reboot
DONE
(Now you have successfully unlocked your bootloader)
*_FLASHING KERNEL WITH RECOVERY'S_*
As you have STOCK ROM, you need to flash STOCK KERNEL with recoveries (link below)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2309117
-The above kernel cantain CWN as well as TWRP
After opening above link, download respective kernel
Save the above downloaded kernel to fastboot folder on your computer.
-Get into fastboot mode and connect to computer.
(Press and Hold volume up button and then connect usb to computer).
Now open minimal adb and fastboot (we installed previosly)
Type below command
-fastboot devices
-fastboot flash boot kernel_62B196_acroS.elf
-fastboot reboot
DONE
(Now you have successfully flashed kernel with recovery)
*_BACKINGUP STOCK ROM_*
As you have successfully flashed kernel with recoverys, its easy to take a full backup of your system.
To enter into recovery follow below steps
1.To get into CWM reboot your phone, press volume up key for few times when the magneta LED appears.
(To navigate use volume buttons, for selecting use power button)
2.To get into TWRP reboot your phone and tap the screen for few times when the magneta LED appears.
3.Select Backup.
DONE
(Now you have successfully Backedup your ROM)
*_FLASHING ROM BPaul's 5.1.1_*
For Flashing This ROM your phone (Xperia Acro S) needs to be rooted (if your not, use towelroot app, for me it was the easiest way to root my phone)
and USB Debugging in developers option should be enabled.
A] Download ROM BPaul's 5.1.1 (link below)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2799765&page=54#post60570826
-Extract the above downloaded ROM to your computer
(you'll see 2img files and 2recoveries)
B] Here you need to download acro s kernel (link below)
http://d-h.st/nJXM
C] Download below minimal GApps for 5.1.1 and copy it to your sdcard/ext_sdcard(link below)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/gapps-google-apps-minimal-edition-t2943330
(keep this downloaded kernel to above extracted folder)
Now to flash this rom you need to download FLashtool (link below)
http://d-h.st/Kb8
install the above downloaded Flashtool to your computer.
1.Now to flash recovery open the extracted ROM, and open recovery folder (2recoveries)
2.Pick your Recovery CWM or TWRP (TWRP Recommended) and copy it to internal storage of your phone.
3.Open minimal adb and fastboot
Type below command;
-adb shell
-su
(confirm popup su request from your phone)
-dd if=/sdcard/twrp.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p11 OR dd if=/sdcard/cwm.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p11
Now you need to flash 2img files, to do so follow below steps
1.Open Flashtool
2.Click Flash button (Lightning icon, top left)
3.Select Fastboot mode
4.Reboot phone to fastboot (power off phone>push vol up key and connect usb)
5.Now in flashtool select SYSTEM to flash and open system.img (wait for 6 minimum minutes)
6.Now select KERNEL to flash and open boot_07_05_15.img
7.Now select REBOOT DEVICE INTO SYSTEM.
8.Open your respected recovery (CWM or TWRP)
9.Install>your downloaded gapps from sdcard/ext_sdcard
10.Wipe cache + Dalvic cache + Factory reset
11.Reboot
(Optional) : For rooting this ROM, just download SU, save it to your phone and install it manually with recovery. (link below)
http://download.chainfire.eu/supersu
For the first time it can take a looooong time to boot up. So just don't worry.
DONE
(You have successfully installed BPaul's 5.1.1)

Dude if you are on stock ROM then navigate to
settings > about phone > build number
(Download specific kernel from that three options that matches your build number and flash it)
About video tutorial,
I recently can't provide it because I'm on poor internet connection.
If you do every step carefully, you'll be done!
Let me know if you have any problem

HI,
I obtained a nokia 6.1 recently.
I had the bootloader unlocked.
I then went to flash the latest ( official) lineage 17
I did all the usual stuff ( i am not a stranger to installing custom roms ), and then tried to temporarily boot into twrp, in order to flash the lineage zip.
I was using the twrp as recommended on lineage site for this device ( nokia 6.1 TA 1050 )
For some reason, after using fastboot boot twrp.img, ( I renamed the image) the phone just booted back to android one screen.?
I could use power/vol up, to get out and back to existing installation, but nothing else.
I then tried temporarily booting the lineage recovery. ( according to the lineage installation instructions)
This involves using a combination of ''fastboot flash boot'' and hardware keys to get there
This worked fine - and I was able to sideolad the lineage zip.
Problem is, if I want to flash images , and do other stuff the lineage recovery cant, i need twrp ( even temporarily).
After installing lineage 17, I tried again to get into twrp, with the same (non) results.
I was wonderinfg if I was getting confused about slots.
I believed that booting twrp temporarily would boot to the right slot? - maybe not.
I then decided to do fastboot flash boot_a, ( etc, ) and then fastboot flash boot_b, ( etc ) to make sure it would boot off either slot. With hindsight, this was dumb
That got me twrp., but lost me the ability to boot into the lineage installation.
After a bit of a panic, I managed to get back to my lineage install.
I have tried since to temporarily boot twrp ( not to both slots ), and am still getting the same results- it boots to the android one screen, and just sits there.
But - if I try to get to recovery using the hardware buttons, I can get to Lineage recovery - which I find strange, because I thought official lineage packages did not install their recovery by default?
Makes me wonder when I thought I had booted lineage recovery temporarily, that maybe I hadn't, and I just booted into a pre installed recovery using the hardware method.
I am probably doing something stupid ( quite common for me ), can anyone enlighten me ?
Many Thanks

Yes - it appears that if you cannot boot into twrp temporarily , then this worked for me!
--at your own risk---
fastboot flash recovery <filename>.img
This will FAIL - but ignore and then right after,
fastboot boot <filename> .img
Voila - boots into TWRP temporarily.
Cheers

Now the phone will not power on without power, but it powers into the Downloading... Do not turn off target.
It has the following errors:

Error verifying vbmeta image: invalid vbmeta header
CUSTOM RECOVERY
I've check that it was the correct TWRP version (matches model number)
Has anyone experienced this error?
