Hi,
I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 (SM-T805C) which I brought from China. Sadly it does not have gapps. I have already rooted the device but when I tried to flash gapps, CWM or TWRP does not support my device. So there is no way for me to flash Gapps. How can I install gapps ??? plz help:crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:

Hi,
I am trying to install rom for my note 2, My phone is completely formatted and it is looping in samsung galaxy Note 2 screen.
I have Philz working currently. I have downloaded many ROMS and GAPPS. i installed the PA rom and i tried to install the gapps, but the version of gapps was not in sync with PA rom.
I am also facing the problem of status 7 error while i try to install other ROMS. Please help me get a ROM and its corresponding GAPPS for my Galaxy Note2. I am very new to android world.
All this happened because i tried to root my phone.

If u can access downloading mode(volume down+home button+power button), flash the stock ROM.
Sent from my T0LTE using XDA Premium 4 mobile app

I put on CyanogenMod 11.0 for the Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 ( GT-I8160 ) and the rom installed like a charm.
The gapps provided with that is abording....what is going wrong and what can I do to fix it?
I even tried to get the stock rom I8160XXNB1 with odin on and it all succeed but its stuck on boot with that.
I need some help to get this fixed
for gapps try the micro modular package, dont use full or mini package its too big for our system partition
for bootloop after flashing via odin, factory reset on recovery
A few days ago I decided to update my galaxy s4 mini to the latest cyanogenmod nightly rom, But I forgot to wipe the data. After the installation was done ther was only a bootloop, after the android apps where installed the boot begans over again. And I can't access the sd-card in the recovery (cm recovery). There is only the option: update zip and not install zip, when i press on update zip and choose the sd-card, then it says ''installation aborded". I don't know what do do now, Is there anyone who knows a solution?
Sorry for my bad English.

Hello and thank you for using Q/A,
you can flash TWRP via Odin
Hi, I would like to install custom rom for my friend. He has Samsung Galaxy S 4 Mini GT I 9195 LTE version. From what I've read, I should flash custom recovery by Odin from here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2678420 , than install custom rom for example: https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga.../rom-cyanogenmod-14-0-s4-mini-3g-lte-t3471761 (it's LineageOS 14.1). Before installing custom rom i would like to full wipe(everything possible in twrp wipe section) . Here's my question: Do I need to flash stock firmware(from sammobile 900 MB it's huge) before flashing custom rom or LineageOS has built-in firmware and it's not necessary? Ideally, if you would write me at points what should i do from the beginning. Regards

No you don't need the stock rom unless you want to go back to stock later.
1. Flash the latest TWRP with odin. (Untick reboot option, and pull the battery when you complete the flash, then put battery back in)
2. Reboot to recovery. Wipe system, data, internal sd card0, cache, dalvik/art cache
3. Install the custom rom(& gapps if you want them) as per instructions on the first post of the rom thread and reboot
Dear all,
I would like to know how I can install TWRP on a samsung galaxy s4 mini?
- S4 mini 4G LTE (international version serranoltexx)
- Odin latest version
- I use the serranoltexx variant of TWRP .md5
I use Odin latest version and the TWRP version of XDA: But every time I try to get into TWRP get stock recovery, with FAIL:
First I still had the set of warrenty bit recovery fail. But that is now gone.
Someone who can help me? This is because it wants to install LOS on it, so it works better than the stock ROM.
Flash TWRP
I also had the same problem, but i solved it by flashing CWM first, and then, using CWM, i flashed TWRP (custom-twrp-3.2.0-1-serranoltexx-STABLE-signed.zip). With it i flashed LineageOS 15.1 (lineage-15.1-20180222-UNOFFICIAL-serranoltexx.zip) with no problem.
Root with Kingoroot and flash .img file with Flashify
