His F180 is converted to E975 , means he won't get OTA for F180

What do you mean suitable for Pakistan region ? All roms are fine and work without any issue in Pakistan .

That only contains patch for F180K, I don't find F180L one. Also can you confirm that it doesnt have SMS wait-to-death bug as most korean roms with unlocked 160chars do ?
like we can send SMS as long as 160x3 chars?

F180K patch can be used in F180L....rest of it all is ok

The download speed is around 15-20KB / sec and frequency of electricity blackouts we're having its impossible to download it in one go I'm waiting for mirrors.

LG view. Com speed is 15-20kbps on my side also.. Mega have almost 170kbps. I have 4mbps fiber optic...
I have installed free gee, but it gives only cwm option and no twrp?
Is the efs backup from free gee is enough? As I have getting perfect signals on 2g.. I use Wifi for Internet..

I think best of best stable rom is stock rom for lg f180l best way you can do that flash E975V20A then flash baseband F180LV30c to convert to E975 .
But first shold Backup your IMEI and your data to safe locaton (not in phone memory) then flash F180LV30c before convert E975.

Just go GomdoLight you can read guide there
As for sms limit nobody in the world bother to fixed that under F180 so go E975 you will experience a little dull mobile network and some little problems with CM even Custock because all of this ROM was base on E975 except GomdoLight

You can use the e988 ROMs on an e980 with no issues. As for the baseband, you might have to flash the BM9615a baseband, or suffer from no deep sleep

Again I'm new to the device so don't know everything and all variants in one forum is very confusing. I guess when you don't have a working recovery or wanna go back to 100% stock
Use this recovery, here. Been using it since it's release and have had no flashing problems.

I know with the optimus g, there are kitkat recovery and prior to kitkat recovery (excuse my lack of fancy terms)... Kitkat ones can't flash 4.3 and below roms, non-kitkat recoveries can't flash kitkat. Is it the same situation with G Pro ?

I read that Loki is a locked bootloader bypass. Now with freegee capable of unlocking bootloader do regular users still need Loki recoveries ?

Please follow the instructions as below for a perfectly rooted Stock Kitkat with Recovery. If you do not follow the instructions, things will go wrong and you may have bricked your G2. Then you would have to flash kdz to restore back your phone.
FOLLOW THE STEPS AND YOU ARE FINE WITH A PERFECT ROOTED KK ROM WITH RECOVERY:-
> DOWNLOAD THE FILES FROM MY FOLDER ON MEGA.
> BACKUP ALL DATA AND INFORMATION, PREFERABLY A NANDROID BACKUP, JUST IN CASE.
1. Copy all the files downloaded from my Mega account to your SD card.
2. Reboot into TWRP recovery.
3. Perform an Advance wipe to wipe: Dalvik,Cache,Data & System. Do not wipe Internal Storage under any circumstances.
4. Flash in following Order one after another, dont boot or wipe in between:
ROM---- BaseBand---- Kernel----SuperSU
5. Wipe Cache/Dalvik (This option is displayed on TWRP after successful flashing)
6. Reboot and,
7. Enjoy KK stock rooted with recovery.
IMPORTANT: Install Busybox from Playstore so that you have a completly working root.

Hate to ask but Can we have one for the d803 and i will test it. Its been released a few days ago
If we flash this, does it allow for OTA updates from LG (if/when there are some) or does this 'disqualify' the ROM? Just interested in seeing stock again some day, I get lots of different wants, side effect from the mass dosage of pain meds for severe chronic pain hah.

You will get OTA BUT since you would be rooted with custom recovery it will bootloop. I suggest flash and wait. Xda will surely have someone posting any updates. I will make flash able zip rhen which you can use later

Just wanted to report that the process works flawlessly with CWM custom recovery, too; I had it installed because was using Cloudyfa's ROM before.
I like this because is more stock-perfect than others.

I can't access twrp from my device (it's a d805 with a d802 rom), is there no way to flash it through CWM? Would downgrading the installed twrp work?

As I wrote a couple of posts above, I went through the installation process starting from CWM, precisely this version modded by Cloudyfa.
I have TWRP 2.6.3.4 installed. Can I do it? if not how can I downgrade it to 2.6.3.3? thanks and does it matter if the phone 16gb or 32gb
So right now I'm running Resurrection remix v5.3.7 Lollipop.
My signal seems worse than before, and I found all the prior modems (10c, m &r) but those are from kitkat. My reception was pretty great when I was using 10m, but I wasnt on this ROM and not on lollipop. Also, I didn't have as many call issues, and SMS issues.
Will it work if I flash a modem from kitkat? Is there any way special you have to do it? I googled as much ad I could and got very vague info, I saw someone say just flash modem and that's its, but I'm not sure if they were on a lollipop ROM or not.
TL;DR
Can I flash kitkat modem (10c, m, & r) when I'm using Resurrection Remix v5.3.7 Lollipop, and if so is there any specific steps, or just flash it? Or have to clean install or any certain order etc...

All the modems currently available for the tmobile g3 are from kitkat. There really isn't much of a choice. Either 10c, 10m, or 10r.

No..you do not need to do a clean install........just install the zip.
It wont hurt to ckear dalvik and cache...but it is not necessary
